My AC went out late last night and I called in the next morning and they were able to fit me in on a hot Sunday afternoon and my service technician Alex showed up on time, diagnosed it and had my AC blowing cold in no time. I had an awesome experience with Huge heating and cooling and will definitely recommend them to anyone. Once again Alex did an amazing job and was very professional. Thank you for saving the day.

He saved us thousands of expected repair costs by taking the time in the heat and sun to make the minor repairs that would save us from replacing entire unit. Very pleased from start to finish! My furnace quit working & was older. My a/c unit was extremely old & needed to be replaced as it was not energy efficient at all. John C. sold me the system & I really appreciated his no-nonsense style. He was quick to get me a quote & it was competitive. The installation crew were great! Matt, Eric & Sam were all professional, courteous & simply knew what they were doing.

I appreciated the Quality of building the plenum to join the air and heat. Previous contractor did not display the skills of building a transition. Rick and Matt seemed like a team. I was not ready to replace my furnace, but I am satisfied.

We bought a house where Huge had installed a mini split just before our purchase. They've been responsive and great at assisting with a couple problems that have come up in the year since our purchase. They were also willing to educate us on the unit functions and self-maintenance. Vince at the office has been fantastic and stands behind the service. The tech that resolved our issue (Bret) was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We will use Huge for any future needs.

Can't say enough good things about Huge Heating and Cooling - they gave us a same day estimate with multiple options for our price point and were completely transparent about the different benefits for each unit. Two days later their installation team came out and swapped out our old condenser and coil with the units we purchased, showed up bright and early and finished the job in just 6 hours.

They made sure everything was tested fully before they left, and overall I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We'll likely need a new furnace in a couple years and I'll definitely be going with this company again.

Update: I thought i'd be able to squeak by with my 19-year old furnace for a couple more years, but the idea of being without a furnace in cold weather was beginning to scare me. I called Huge who visited quickly. Their recommendations for furnace matched my research. In addition to their honesty and not up-selling me, their pricing was also excellent.

As previously reported, the technicians were wonderful---professional, respectful of my home, and as personable as everyone I've worked with at the company. They showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. I can't recommend Huge enough. They are great. Previous review: From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was helpful (educating me at every step), honest, and, gosh, personable. I know I have to replace my furnace in the next couple of years and now I know who I will call.

My furnance stopped working late, afternoon January 27, on a Wednesday. I called Huge the same day and Nicole the receptionist, was able to send Alex within 30 minutes. Alex called Jim, who gave me excellent options, so we purchased a new furnance. Mind you, our furnace was over 25 years old! Jim was also kind enough to loan us 3 space heaters as it was 52 degrees in our house. Steve and Joe did a magnificent job of installing it on Thursday. Excellent service. They are the only company we use. I would highly recommend them.

This install was done on my home flawlessly. Rick and Matt did a clean, professional job. Very happy. Kudos to John C. in sales for giving a very fair quote. With a lifetime warranty on the compressor/ condensing unit, it makes this package hard to beat. Customer service (Vince) was also very pleasant to talk to. Thank you again, good job everyone.

I was very happy with both the sales and installation services of Huge Heating & Cooling. Our sales person, John Clark, went through a range of options and suggested a moderate price, high quality, U.S. made option. The service people did a great job on the install. We installed a new furnace and A/C with new sheet metal, a new exhaust, and a new thermostat.

They filed the paper work for the refunds from the gas company and the city permits. Both the sales and service people were happy to answer questions I had about the details of the install. We have flooding problems and they were able to mount the unit higher off the ground than usual. They also pointed out a problem they noticed with our plumbing which allowed me to get a plumber and have that repaired before a pipe burst. Great job all around.

I have worked with Huge for a few years in commercial and residential applications. On the commercial side they seemed to be the most experienced of the companies I had worked with and always did their best to be timely and efficient. On the residential side my experience has been good also, I just had a new furnace and A-coil installed and the men did a nice clean job at a fair price. Lastly, Nicole and all of the different techs I have gotten to know on both sides have always been courteous and helpful.

I recently was in the process of putting an offer in to buy a new residence. The place had an older ac unit that had been serviced in 2003. I wanted assurance that the ac was in working order before i put in my bid. If therr was a problem, i wanted to know before i spent the money on the place. My realtor set up everything and the owner had these guys come out.

They ok'd and signed off saying the ac worked fine, so i bought the place. The first day i move in, i find that the ac would not cool the place below 80 degrees, despite being on for literally about 12 hrs. With three people inside, the residence actually went from 80 degrees to 81. When the sun went down and night temperatures dropped, the place cooled to 75, but then went back up again in the morning.

I donr understand how an ac unit that cant cool below 80 degrees can be considered to be working properly. I had the receipt so i called these guys back and explained what was going on. They sent a guy out who said "Its working, just not working how you want it to" and left (i wasnt home for this, just my fiance and her father were present, i was at work).

The next day i call again and get put hrough to a guy who said his last name was franz, france or something similar. The guy was very rude to me and said their obligations were to the previous owner and that they were "done with this" and "going to pass " on any other work with our ac unit. I ask him what I am supposed to do and he says "you do what you have to do" before telling me to take them to civil court snd hanging up on me. These guys are very disrespectful and seem to have no integrity in my opinion. I have already contacted a civil attorney and would not recommend them at all.
