Darren was able to get someone out very quickly and for much less than I though! Phenomenal service, very professional and honest. It's nice to know when you tell someone to do whatever it takes to get everything working right they don't take advantage of you! Metro Air installed my unit 7-8 years ago and today I'm happy too continue using and recommending them to everyone.

We received a reasonable estimate to replace our HVAC from Metro Air. We also had them check our ductwork because we suspected that it needed to have some work done. Metro Air installed our new Trane HVAC with heat pump and thermostat promptly and efficiently. Their installation crew was prompt, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.

Our ductwork repair was also done in a timely manner with the least disruption to us. We can say only good things about Metro Air's professionalism and quality of work. Even the county inspector was impressed.

Kudos to metro air today. Not only were they able to do same day service- they arrived 2 hours early. Easy peasy and the bank wasn't broken! And my ac drain pipe is also no longer broken!

We've been with Metro Air for a few years now and we can't say enough great things about them. They installed a new AC system for us and they also do all the upkeep & servicing of the unit. Metro replaced both condenser and air handler. The team was efficient and courteous. They did accidentally damage some ceiling, which they promptly sent someone to fix and that experience was also good. New ac runs at 2.95kw old one ran at 5.3kw so it is a lot lighter on juice. Also for October 2019, my old ac ran for 301 hours, new one October 2020 was 228 hours. These are massive future electricity savings. Can't recommend Metro more.

Prior to calling Metro I had trouble getting responses from other HVAC companies in the area. When I called Metro the office picked up immediately and they had a tech pass by my house the same day. He found the problem quickly and scheduled for a coil repair the next morning. AC is now blowing out sub 60 degree air and at a super reasonable price. Great value, quality, and service. One of the best I've worked with!

We had a new air conditioner and furnace installed by this company. First, they gave the most professionally presented quote, very quick response time and very detailed explanation of the proposed install. The install team was very knowledgeable and professional. A local small business that you will love to support! Darren the second generation owner, learned good old fashion excellence in treating their customers' well. Competitive pricing, actually came in almost 1500 less than a large chain store. Most of the estimates I got stated how much for air handler and AC unit. Darren gave a complete estimate on exactly what was going to be done.

How the unit would be strapped down to vacuuming down to at least 450 microns. He also completely outlined the warranty Workers came on time, completed the work within the specified time. And, not only did they clean up their mess, but swept out my whole garage! Darren also came by to make sure I was happy with his worker. If you need AC replacement Metro Air is the way to go!
