This company is ABSOLUTELY terrible and has an argumentative account representative. I had a gas dryer installed and delivered by Lowes. After they installed it I noticed a gas smell coming from the unit. I called Lowes again and had them send out an installer to double check and they said it was fine. Still the has smell persisted. This time I went on google to find an independent gas installer to triple check the install.
I called This company based on the 5 star reviews. I told them the problem and they sent out a technician. He look at it and said it was fine. Said that smell was from residual gas and after a week or two it'll go away. Three weeks later and it still was smelling like gas but worse. I then called my natural gas provider and told them the problem.
They had a tech out in 10 minutes and he had a meter. Said the installation hose was not tightened correctly and that's what was causing the issue. He tightened it and the smell went away instantly. I called Advanced home services to inform them that the tech falsely led me to believe the problem was fixed and something worse could have happened bc of that.
I called to simply ask for the refund of 95.00 and the rep, Tasha or something, was terrible and was yelling at me. Saying that she wouldnt refund the fee and that I called them and they are not a gas installer. I said why did you tell me that over the phone she said it's not our problem. I just hung up. Ive learned in life it's easier to not argue with a fool as it gets you upset.
My warning to you is dont bother with this incompetent company. I gave them the chance to fix the issue before posting a negative review and they failed miserably. I still need a water softener and water purifier which they offer but will not even bother getting a quote from them. Two big thumbs down

They installed my new Lennox A/C right around a year ago. We bought their extended maintenance warranty and are totally dissatisfied with their service. It is June in Florida, our A/C went down 5 days ago, we called them 5 days ago and they have still not made it out to my house. They just called and pushed the appointment to tomorrow. This company is happy to take your money but they have no follow-up. Fair warning, stay away from this company.

AC went out in the house and after leaving a message first thing in the AM no one even bothered to get back to me. I called again in the afternoon and soonest repair was Friday (today is Monday!) so they expected me to go without AC for 4-5 days in June heat! Lost my business. and found a better company who came out that afternoon.

Their technician Bryan arrived on time, prepared for any scope of work to be performed. He listened intently to my review of the experiences that led to the system's demise and got to the task energetically, without haste. I never expected such great service especially on Sunday morning. Kudos Advanced, Bryan was (is) a good hire.

Installed a Daikin unit for me in 2014. Daikin has a warranty. Advance is no longer a Daikin dealer. I tried for a week to set up a service call to no avail. When you call this company you speak to a scheduling person, you can not get to the owner or a supervisor. I'm not sure if ownership has changed hands but this doesn't seem to be the same people who sold and installed the unit, same name, same phone number but not at all responsive and not truthful. They said they had scheduled an appointment with my tenant but they had not. I would not recommend Advance for any service.

I've been using advanced air for a few years. I am so happy to have found them. The 2 techs that been coming are Daniel and Terrance. Couldn't ask for better. I started just using them for my AC needs. Now they are servicing my whole house generator. Truly reliable and knowledgeable. I highly recommended them.

I called Advanced Air the day of my scheduled service to let them know that I had a web meeting that I was running at a specific time. They coordinated a time with William who would be doing my service so that my meeting would not be interrupted. William reached out to me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, professional, and offered advice on how I could maximize the life of my units. A great experience!

Advanced air home services has always outdone itself. This last time I got immediate response and got a new air conditioner within 2 1/2 hours. Things were cleaned up nicely and the air conditioner works so cold it made my toes numb! The technicians were so polite and very informative. I had one question after the installation and within half an hour of them getting back to me they had a technician out here who fixed everything. I can't find a better place to have number one service. They are outstanding!

Sent out request here on Yelp to install a pedestal sink, Advanced Air and Heat responded relatively quick. Price estimate range was fair, so I booked an appointment. A few days later, Kurt the plumber showed up. He was professional and courteous and did an excellent job installing the sink. I appreciated that he made sure it was done correctly the first time, and didn't try to cut corners to get the job done quicker. Thank you Kurt!

Our AC was not blowing cold air, our neighbor recommended Advanced AC Home Services, so we called. They made an appointment for us same day. The young man came out, he was polite, respectful of our home, and very knowledgeable. He had us up and running in no time at all. And the price was reasonable. While he was here he checked out our 2nd unit and let us know if was in good condition. We now consider Advanced AC our go-to company and will recommended them to all our friends and family. Advanced Air has installed new systems in my home and in a condo I used to own. The timeliness of their response is their number one asset. Always same day, often same hour. This is very important when your system goes during a heat wave. Their techs are well trained and very professional and they sell systems with the best warranties, especially important Beachside. They've never let me down. I hope the pandemic doesn't change that.

William from Advanced Air arrived at the scheduled time to perform our semi annual HVAC maintenance. He was thorough and showed us and explained what he was doing and why it mattered every step of the way. He also recommended several self maintenance actions for us to ensure continued smooth operation until the next maintenance check up. Advanced Air has been our service provider - installation and maintenance - for well over a decade. We highly recommend them. This company has come through for me every time I have called. The employees are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! I will continue to use them no matter the cost bc they do the job right first one foremost, they're on time, give courtesy calls ahead of time, and always a pleasure to work with. I had a new HVAC installed that is heated by gas, I have also used them for electrical work. Highly recommended and that is saying a lot from me having owned my own business. I understand and appreciate the value of great customer service.

Our AC stopped working on a Friday night. I called and they gave me a time for Saturday, noon-2pm. Spent the night in a hotel - too hot to stay in our home. Tech called before 10am saying he's at the house. Rushed to get there and he got right to work. Started checking obvious problem areas, eliminating possible causes. After finding the outside drain pipe (buried under mulch), he had me wait outside watching the pipe while he went inside to blow out the pipe.
He had already cleaned the overflow sensor. He blew it out and all kinds of clear sludge came out. A few minutes later cool air came out of the vents! Awesomeness! He explained that the sensor kept shutting it off. I figured we were going to have to fork out big bucks on an AC only 12 years old, in a home we just moved into. Definitely recommended! THANKS!

ADVANCED AIR IS NO LONGER A LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS. When my conditioning went out on Friday, August 6, 2021 I called Advanced Air and Heating who I purchased my system from. I also purchased a 10 year service contract for all labor and parts. I had a prompt visit from a service technician who diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil which is located within my air handler.
The technician made a good appearance, etc. The bad news was a 4 week wait for the part due to Covid 19, etc, . He also told me that I might want to consider replacing the total system due to the 4 week wait and approximated 8 1/2 years age on my system. This was late on a Friday afternoon and by that time it was too late to call anyone else Here in Florida August is a terrible time to be without AC.
I made it through the weekend with the use of multiple fans, ETC. Due to having 1 1/2 years remaining on my parts and labor service contract I decided I did not want to pay around $7,000 or so for a new system. Monday morning I started an internet search for the needed part. I had very good luck when I contacted Servair of Edgewater, Fl. Within 30 minutes they located the needed part and it was installed before noon on Tuesday, the next day.
Excellent service from their office staff and a very personable and qualified technician. My system is cooling better than ever. I hope it lasts another 1 1/2 years. Systems located beach side here in Florida generally last 8 to 10 years. Advanced Air and Heating while locally owned and operated was a very good customer oriented business. The story about a 4 week wait in order to sell a new system is totally unacceptable.

Company sold me a Frigidaire AC four years ago that had been discontinued due to warranty issues. On at least four separate occasions a service person had to replace a defective evaporator coil which has Class Action suit pending. Further more, at the time Frigidaire, had advise against this unit installed in parts of the country with high humidity.
The sales person should have been aware of this prior to advising me as prior to its purchase. Though I would commend Advance Air and Heat regarding promptness of service, it was not with out cost. Example. $200.00 for a ten minute leak test even though I showed the service tech. the reason for the leak.

Advanced heat and air placed my unit back in 2016 after hurricane. Since 2016 they have been reliable and solid service. I do regular maintenance on my unit and it runs solid. Charles was at my place to do check and gave me additional instructions on how to keep the unit in top performance shape. This is exactly what you want. They came to install this our unit no less than 5 times, water ran all over, after the fifth time the manager told me to call him direct if I still had issues, he never called me back after 2 calls I gave up on that, I just went with it. Less than year later the house is not cooling and the unit sweats on any day over 80 stay away from these people.

For several years we have had Advanced Air yearly contract inspect our HVAC unit. On the last visit the tech told me that the capacitor needed attention. I asked him how much and he gave me price of $251.00. I questioned the cost and he said that is what his firm told him to charge. The capcitor TP CAP-407.5440R cost under 20 dollars. I called the company afterwards and they told me that they could give me 15% off, I replied that I would meet them half way and they said they would get back to me.
As of today I have heard nothing. It took the tech less than a minute to replace the rusted capacitor. $241.00 for a $17.00 retail item is unrealistic. I would suggest that anyone being told by Advanced Air that they needed spare parts for their HVAC get a second opinion. Somehow the trust and faith in this company is gone.

I would not call this service for anything again. In my case they charged an exorbitant price for the service I received. The technician arrived without proper equipment and had to drive from. Daytona back to palm coast to get what he needed. Spin arrival I had kitchen and bathroom plumbing apart and ready. He tried unsuccessfully to snake both drains with the snake going through the vent on the roof.
He had no ladder and I had to provide that. I helped him get the electric snake onto the roof where I had told him was where the problem was to begin with. On his way down he said when the electric snake is used it's automatically $350.00. Buyer beware of the electric snake. Be prepared to pay top dollar for mediocre service!

Showed up in a timely manner gave me an estimate, got on their schedule for a couple days later as they knew I had a time crunch. The day of the job showed up with 3 trucks and 4 guys ready to get it done. Repiped my whole house in just a few hours. Was very respectful of my house and made the least amount of mess as possible. The job came in less than the estimate and I could not have been happier!

I rarely write reviews, but the excellent service provided by Josh and Pete at this company is truly significant. They were thorough in there diagnostic inspections involving all four of my heating and AC systems, inspected vents that presenting airflow issues outside of our home, cleaned the furnaces and AC units, inspected the aging status of my exterior AC units, repaired the ceiling access trim, repaired a wire affecting the performance of furnace blower, replaced air filters with Merv 5 pleated filters, and brought thermostat parts to consider upgrading our home.
They worked on my home like it was theirs, climbing three stories multiple times with ladders in hand. Advanced Air should be proud of these employees. They have my complete business going forward.

I recently had the need to replace my water heater. Paul went through all the different options for tankless water heaters and we decided on one that fit my needs. The water heater was ordered and an installation date was set up. Paul arranged the entire instal (with the electrician) and came prepared ON TIME and ready to do the install. The install was done very professionally and works amazingly (as he assured me it would). I would recommend anyone looking to replace a water heater contact Paul and discuss your options. I purchased a brand new system 2 years ago it has failed after 2 years which by chance the labor warranty runs out. They donot go over that there is a extended warranty available. The installers also donot know what they are doing. After they installed the air handler incorrectly it leaked hundreds of gallons of water into walls and above the ceilings of my neighbor.
Which they never fixed Brandon face me a free water heater so they did not have to spend money on repairs. The only advanced service they provide is unit s that fail after two years, terrible shady service, and installers that are idiots, and incomplete communication that protects the customer. Stay away.

I had the pleasure of meeting Shannon and Jason today when they came to my house to service my A/C. Professional, courteous, and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed their time in my home as they patiently explained the various tasks they were there to perform. I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Air and Heat - they definitely place emphasis on quality customer service!

I had work done on my AC unit March 8th. The tech stated he made multiple repairs and bypassed my dryer. Needless to say it started leaking again, which it's old I understand. So I contacted the company numerous times asking for detailed work order of repairs done. They said they were unable to provide this to me. I had another company come out and the dryer they stated the removed had not been removed or bypassed.
I was also told the R22 refrigerant needed was very hard to come by, I got charge 1500$ for 9lbs. The other company got it directly from United for 150$!? Yes, you have to be certified to purchase it, but wow price gouging. I'm really just disgusted with not only the price I paid, but also the poor customer service. No, I would not recommend this company.

During my scheduled tune up on my system, technician Pete Ruiz, found a problem with the switch and replaced it. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Even showed me the old part and what was wrong with it. I appreciate the excellent service and would recommend Advanced Air & Heat in Palm Coast to anyone looking for a customer focused company.

Called for service and the technician obviously tried to sell a new system. His sales pitch was full of statistics and technical talk. He was emphatic that a simple repair was a waste of money and a new system was the best, smartest and most cost effective remedy. Inspection and diagnosis took a few minutes and the sales pitch was much longer. He was unable to restart the A.C.
He called for a second technician to replace the blown breaker. Tech #2 did not have the part. Next day, Tech #3 promptly replaced the breakers and charged the system that is now working perfectly. So, which technician does a customer believe? There is a huge variation of skill levels among techs at this company. There was an obvious attempt to make a big sale that was not required. I will not call Advance for future needs.

First, the office personnel who scheduled and later confirmed the appointment were friendly and polite. I later requested to change the date. The office called, verified the new date I requested, changed it, and later confirmed it again. Advanced Air technicians showed up on time on this warm Friday morning and ready to work. I was taken aback by how young they appeared, however, they quickly demonstrated they were quite capable. Matt H. came to the door first.
He politely introduced himself and coordinated the parking so that it was easiest and convenient for them and for me. He stated a second vehicle was coming. The second vehicle arrived moments later. Matt worked on the air handler, a second gentleman worked on the outside unit, and a third gentleman helped both, installed the thermostat in the house, and took care of the work in the electrical panel.
These three gentleman worked quickly, quietly, nonstop, and with purpose. They thoroughly answered any questions or concerns I voiced until I was completely satisfied and comfortable. They clearly took pride in their work, even made sure it was cosmetically done right. NO INTEGRITY~Was quoted $70 over the phone for service call. Guy walked in telling me it was bad news before he even looked at it. Wanted $85 for service call after already quoted $70. Price gouging at its finest. How am I going to have enough trust to use a company for expensive repairs that are not even on the same page when it comes to service calls. Called another company. Their rate is $45 for service call.
