I have a van and a small solar kit that I was not sure how to set it up. I called this company because they were local and we have great local businesses in Gulfport. I didn't think they did small 12 volt vehicle systems but I called anyhow thinking solar is solar all around. (It's not lol) The man on the phone could have just said to me "No we don't do that kind of work".

But instead he asked me what I was trying to do. I told him and he explained to me step by step what I should do. I just wanted to say Thank you for your help. I won't be frying my system now. You don't see many companies like this anymore. If anyone is reading this review I would like to mention if you are looking for solar in St Petersburg only address, Gulfport is St Petersburg. We are a small quaint artsy, family style town in St Petersburg by the Bay. Thanks again Solar Energy Systems~!

We are a property management firm with several associations. I can always count on Rich for being timely (both email and phone calls) as well as professional when out on the property. Rich is also very knowledgeable and explains scenarios as well as options in a way that is easy to understand.

I met Rich years ago at a green program. He has a lot of interesting ideas, so I hired him to install a solar hot water system. I use it for the hot water and to heat my hot tub. Love it only on a cloudy day do I not have hot water. I had a solar PV system on my roof already but last year 2014 I had Rich come replace my inverter wit a newer kind. I found the simple facts if u want to go solar go with someone local because you will get better service and when u need help they will be there.

So if you live in the area and want a solar system I'd go with Richard the Solar Guy. If you have questions about going solar my advice is to talk with folks who have a solar system on their home first, then go see Rich. The difference is with many dealers they love to talk about solar, but do they live solar? Rich has it on his home and so can you.

Jill Ballantyne was an Employee, should have looked into Her past, Fired from the S S of Largo, and ASC of Riverview, Rude, False statements, etc. 27 years in the Solar Business and still have to defend myself from XYz's like this.

Rich has done two PV systems for me, one at my office building in 2009 and another last year at my home. Both are performing above my expectations! Rich does everything he says he is going to do and goes above and beyond. I wouldn't use anyone else for a solar system!

Rich installed 30 MAGE panels with a capacity of 7500 watts, as well as, the Enphase micro inverters on my house in May of 2012. Since then my electric bills have been cut by more than a third. I have a 3700 sq. ft. house, my lowest bill so far was $19. Since the installation I have had one inverter failure which was replaced for free. Later, I also had Rich install a solar water heater for my pool. You can view my system online through Enphase.
