Called to make an appointment for simple cracked sink issue. Very nice woman picked up and said someone would call back and they would be able to make an appointment. After no call back the next day I called and a nice man picked up. I explained that I had not received a call and asked if maybe by mistake they forgot or lost the info. He said nicely that it was in the notes and someone would call they were just very busy.
I understand plumbers are busy. No one ever called and it's been over a week and no one has called and I was told in both cases a person would call the same day. I asked them if they could not make an appointment that was fine and i would move on, both cases they said they would be able to call me to make an appointment. You need to communicate to customers better and be more honest about your appointment creating system.
