This company is great! They're a family-owned business which has grown over the years, enabling them to respond very quickly due to their expanded workforce. They came out the day after I called, did a very speedy & professional faucet installation and troubleshot a broken tub drain. Friendly service! I can wholeheartedly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

We asked another company to come and fix our broken a/c system and they said we'd need a brand new one to the tune of 10-12,000$. Daigle came and less than 600$ later our system is up and running! Paul was super professional, informative and personal, and we had a great time talking to him about our pets and our future needs which we'll definitely be using them for!

Jason and his assistant, Rochell, went to my mom's house recently for a furnace cleaning. She said they were extremely professional. They went above and beyond by educating her on what they were doing for the furnace and what the cleaning entailed. They even took the initiative to install a switch that is required for the town's safety code that she didn't originally have on the furnace. She said they were so friendly and helpful! She would definitely call Daigle again for her plumbing and heating needs.

I will be using Daigle plumbing from this day on. They showed up right on time and priced out a flat rate for the job. I knew exactly what the job was going to cost, straight up. Very professional and Matt installed a new sump pump with a pvc pipe drain and ran it outside, neat as a pin!

I had an emergency water leak on an outdoor faucet that was driving up my water bill so it needed to be fixed ASAP! Clark came out within 10 minutes of my call and replaced the leaky faucet with a new one, and new piping and new shutoff valve. Extremely professional and expert service at a reasonable price! Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again for future plumbing needs! Clark was awesome and very efficient, he aims to please the customer and he definitely did for me!

Clarke was very professional and did a great job fixing our faucet. He answered all of our questions and let us know the price if the repairs before he stated the job. He left the work area very clean when he was finished.

Daigle is the best! Jordan was amazing! I had a water heater disaster emergency. Daigle dispatched Jordan immediately! On the phone Seilah asked all the important questions to get all the info she needed so Jordan was able to bring all needed equipment and parts and replace the water heater immediately! Horrible. I booked 2 weeks in advance for them to come today 7/14 to fix 4 issues in my house. ***I called THEM*** to confirm 3 hours before the appointment, (they did NOT call me or communicate with me in any way). They told me on this call they could not come because they had an "emergency." Later the manager I spoke to told me someone actually quit.

She gave me an attitude too about how it's not her fault this happened, and they would not accommodate in any other way. Not sure what the truth is but extremely unprofessional and I will not be calling them again. I recommend using any of the other plumbers in the area instead.

I have used Daigle Plumbing, Heating & Cooling since I moved to Derry in 7/2020 and needed lots of heating repairs. They are always so professional, top notch journeymen and apprentices. I haven't forgotten to office personnel who have been so helpful and knowledgeable. They return calls as promised and always answer the phone. Daigle journeymen had a huge messy job (replace oil tank) and were very efficient, organized, professional and worked well as a team. They never complained about the gross working conditions. In fact, they were having a great time. I enjoyed having them here. I will use them forever.

Clark and Jordan from Daigle Plumbing were great! They were very professional and explained exactly what the issue was. They told exactly how they were going to fix the problem and what material and parts would be used. The installation went wonderfully and I couldn't be more satisfied. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

I called Daigle Plumbing with a couple of issues. When Clarke came to my house he was professional, friendly (even to my dog!) and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was happening and my options. There was no pressure to go the more expensive route, he just gave me all the facts. He fixed both my toilet and my shower. When he left, the place was spotless. It's a relief to know that if I have a plumbing issue, I have someone to call. I would recommend Daigle Plumbing anytime, and especially Clarke!

Poor response well before covid even though I heard they did good work. No contact in over 6 months

The boiler they installed is the so loud that you can hear it fire outside the house due to there poor venting and the lovely electrical tape holding everything as if zip ties are expensive when they are charging and arm and a leg. Also nice to see that the holding tanks relief is piped behind the tank out of site. How useful to not be able to see if there is a problem. They are about making money and leaving.

I wanted to check out Daigle plumbing to get three estimates on a easy job in the basement. They told me that their estimates are $180. And if I like their estimate that would be taken off the bill. So if you want to blow $180 to have them come out to see if they want the job or not that's up to you. They have done no work for me.

Warren is a fair business owner and a good man. He has a team of 16+ plumbers and a management staff that helps to keep the process flowing. His team is full of great plumbers and they care about your needs and desires as the customer. Jim helped to map out our custom shower with the Grohe system that we purchased with three control handles, body jets, handheld and rain head.

It turned out perfect and loos amazing. Daigle was not hired by us. He came through our builder but we feel that the best part of Warren and his team are their responsiveness. If and when something needs to be tweaked with the new build he is no more than a few hours away to make adjustments. Take the time to speak with Warren about what your are looking to accomplish and let him quote out the project. He stands behind his products and work which is not the case for all plumbers.

IUnfortunately, we're totally disappointed with Daigle. We have been customers for 13 years. We requested an estimate. I was told I would be receiving a call back. After numerous calls and messages left, I never received a call back. All you have to do is be honest and say you're to busy to take on this job. They're are plenty of plumbers out there willing to help. Rude and unprofessional. They have lost a customer.

Your two technicians just left after finishing up on an issue we were having with our Rinnai water heater. From the moment they got here, after they reviewed my need, they explained what they would be doing. I let them go to it and in less than an hour they were done. Steve the head tech explained thoroughly what they found and how they addressed there findings.

I tested the water system and it works much better. From my initial call for service with Michelle and her follow up with an even sooner appointment, to Steve and Jason servicing the water heater I couldn't be more pleased. I'll be sure to contact you guys for all my plumbing and heating needs.

A little background. Have used Daigle a number of times previously; and they installed a new water heater in September 2010. Earlier this year I had a set appointment with them. On morning of, they canceled my appointment to handle some emergencies calls they received. I was pretty bothered by the last minute change, but understood. Called them about a month ago when heating system wouldn't work. Didn't receive the same treatment.

They couldn't handle for a few days so I needed to call Palmer Gas.who were great. Fast forward to Friday, Dec 7 (2018) at 10:30pm when our water heater busted. I called Daigle's emergency line at same time; I called back at 11:30pm"ish" when I didn't receive any response. Their answering service called me back twice (the last at 2:10am) to say that they weren't receiving a response from anyone; and that I should get a call at 7am (Sat morning).

I called Daigle today (Monday, Dec 10) to let me know that I never received any call and/or response from my emergency call, and that they lost a customer. I've been a propane customer of Palmer's since 2001, and now I'm a heating and plumbing customer as well.

Well here's my story in a nutshell - Hot water went out yesterday and, first thing this morning, had a cold shower. Not my favorite thing to do. I wasn't sure who to call having had trouble in the past with some other local plumbers. While I was at the Derry Dog Park with my big, big dog, I asked the people there "Hey, who's the best plumber around? Fair? Fast? Honest? An old-timer said, "Daigle.

They are the guys." I called them, and the scheduler was wonderful. They pushed the schedule to get someone out to my house ASAP. The servicemen gave me a price that was exceedingly fair and did the work in record time. I have a new go-to plumber. Daigle! Daigle! Daigle! Make the choice that makes sense. They are great. Also Steve and Tim are really solid guys who know their stuff. They got in got and out in record time and left everything perfect and cleaner than it was when they started. Hooray!

I just had a water heater installed by Daigle Plumbing and I couldn't be happier. Zach and Kris (the two technicians) were efficient and knowledgeable. They showed up within the agreed upon time frame and went to work immediately. Zach showed me how to operate the water heater and the work area was clean and neat when they were finished. Back in the office, Shannon provided me with a perfectly accurate quote, scheduled the work and took care of the payment.

I told Zach I wish I had more work for him - that's how great the service was. My compliments to the entire Daigle team. Based on my experience with these folks, I would recommend them to everyone.

Would not recommend them scheduled work to be done two weeks in advance.they Called me twice to confirm prior to the date I took time off from work. 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time they called me to reschedule.

Good job replacing my very rotted plumbing - old piping lasted almost 40 years with the hard water that I have. I thought their work was very professional.

Had a problem with my 8 year old heating system and a very experienced technician came out to diagnose the issue. I was in the room and before he even started, the office called and asking him if it needed to be replaced. 15 minutes later, he tells me everything needs to be replaced (including the power vent). The sales guy will call me to discuss. meanwhile I have no heat for the third day.

I knew this was completely unnecessary and Daigle Plumbing taking advantage of my difficult situation. The price for a new system would have been around $10,000. I called Irving and the sent a technician out and he repaired the system for under $700!

Couldn't be happier with a company! Our boiler failed on Sunday and they came out Monday morning and we have a new system up and running as of Tuesday afternoon so we could have heat and hot water. The crew and workmanship was top notch. It's nice to find a place that I have never worked with before, that was able to help out and go the extra mile - and do it well. I highly recommend them!

I came home one Saturday evening to find my house cold and my propane-fired FHW boiler dead. I called Daigle the next day (Sunday) for an emergency call. The on-call plumber showed up as promised to deliver the last rights to this boiler. It was 22 years old and I had been expecting it to expire. It was just one of those premonitions. I had a major service call 11 years earlier and it was eleven years later now and some familiar moans and groans had been coming from it.

A repair would have been an expensive proposition even it all the parts could be obtained -- and I'd still be left with a 22 year old boiler. Steve showed up the next day to discuss a replacement. I got an estimate for an updated version of the same unit which also provides hot water on demand as did the original. I obtained an estimate from another company to see what the present market and technology alternatives were.

I chose Daigle because they had done the original install, the estimate was the lowest, and I preferred the technology they proposed as I was familiar with it and pleased with prior performance. The plumbing team showed up on Tuesday AM and we had heat and hot water shortly before supper time. The install was neat and clean. No muss, no fuss. Sometimes Daigle can be tough to schedule in a minor emergency due to demands for their service.

In the past I've received discount coupons for future work as an apology for being unable to respond timely. However, in this instance they went all out with all hands on deck. I doubt I'll be around in 22 years but if I were they'd be my first call.

Used to love these guys. They used to be very professional and fair. Recently we had Jim come out and replace the controller on our boiler, he charged us $430 for a $140 part and lied about the labor time. They then just sent a bill with nothing itemized. Bad business practices here Daigle. Finding a new plumber.
