We have been very fortunate to have Bradley M. come to the house to service our multiple air units. He was very informative and helped me label my power box so I know later when I'm by myself, which one goes to what. He also went up into a attic crawl space that hasn't been serviced in a while due to shelving in the closet of our new home. It was nice to know the condition of the upstairs unit, it was as bad as we thought.
Time to replace, he gave us our options with no pressure, but we decided it was better to get a new unit for upstairs. It was time. He is very friendly and enjoyable to work with. I appreciated all his knowledge. He explained anything I was curious about in general about how the air units works and if I wasn't sure about something he was willing to explain so I did. Roscoe Brown is very lucky to have him on their team.
As hot as it is, got to have air, so give them a call to keep your units in check. Ask for Bradley as well. You'll see what I mean in my review. We had our A/C put in by Chris Keller and his assistant David Smith. Very friendly fellows. They were on time and ready to go. They didn't waste any time putting in my air unit. Unfortunately for them the one part of the unit was in a tiny spot in the ceiling of our closet and so hot up there.
Never heard Chris complain once. He was very clean worker, picked up after he was done. He made sure everything was good to go when he was done hooking it all up and went over the thermostat they put in which now I can control with my phone. It was 87 up in the room where the repair was and hotter in the attic where he had to replace it. David Smith hustled down the stairs with the old unit and out the door to not get anything on the carpet and he helped out the thermostat on the wall for us.
Throughout the day going to get things for Chris to keep it moving along. We are very happy to have our air upstairs now for our guests. We were very lucky to get this done in a day. I know they had a lot of clients this week, but they fit us in as they said they would.

Very pleased with this experience with Rosco Brown. All the technician were professional arrived on time and worked to get my system installed. They had to do some work to make the spa e big enough to accommodate the unit. They even got caught in the rain. Cody and Zach were courteous and keep me up to date on what was being done. The salesman, Tony was very helpful finding a unit for me and followed up to make sure we were taken care of.

Josh Guthrie is professional and efficient. He came to our home and gave us a second opinion on an issue we are having. We are moving forward with his suggestions. Then Ashley called and asked if they could send a tech out last night (Monday).

We were all chatting, and he discovered my husband is a veteran and told us to call today about the Veteran discount. Today, Lacey called and discussed the discount with my husband, and re-ran our bill and payment to incorporate the discount. Thanks to EVERYONE we worked with at Roscoe Brown. A major thumbs-up!

Have dealt with other companies that claim to offer the same service as Roscoe Brown, but they cannot hold a stick to this company. Sales person on time and professional able to answer all questions truthfully and to the point. Installers courteous and pleasant to talk to and every step of installation explained. Couple of days later had a little hiccup with the system and this was taken care of immediately, no fault of installers problem with thermostat. Please contact Roscoe Brown for your next service needs you will not go wrong.

Our AC unit has had issues for years, so we have used several different HVAC companies. Working with Roscoe Brown was our favorite experience so far. We found out our unit was running on emergency heat and we knew it was time to replace it. Seth came out for same day service to look at it initially. We were able to schedule a meeting the next day to discuss replacing our unit and because we had children they moved around schedules so we could have it installed immediately!
Within three days we had our unit replaced. Nathan came and installed our new unit. He was friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. Everyone we interacted with was great. We would highly recommend this company.

I've been using Roscoe Brown as my service company for nearly 10 years. Whatever your needs are, they are able to assist you! We just had Seath Williams as our tech. And I cannot say enough great things about his work ethics, professionalism, and knowledge he was to diagnose my problem and quickly assess the issue and got the unit working good as new! I highly recommend Roscoe Brown for any service you need in your home.

We've had good service from Roscoe Brown for many years, since the time Air Care was purchased by them. There have been many different techs over the years, most really good, a couple just good. Today the tech was exceptional. Nathan D. was particularly thorough. Call Roscoe Brown, see if they will send you Nathan D. You'll not be disappointed.

Our master toilet in our new house began leaking from the base and the next day our guest bath began leaking too! We called Roscoe Brown and they were able to get someone out the same day. Our tech, Patrick, was very helpful. He was thorough in his inspection and so patient when answering our questions. Ultimately it was decided that we needed to contact a septic company to remove a clog near the septic tank. Patrick reset one of our toilet seals so we have at least one toilet that won't leak while we wait for our septic appointment. We look forward to having Roscoe Brown techs back soon to install new toilets!

Patrick installed our new toilets yesterday & we're very happy with them. He took the time to patiently answer all of our questions, removed a small clog in our bath drain, and even added some septic treatment to our drains before he left. We were really impressed with his customer service! Highly recommend Patrick & Roscoe Brown Plumbing. We'll definitely be using their services again.

We had issues with our heating during a cold Saturday and called Roscoe Brown for assistance. Nathan D. came that afternoon and fixed our problem promptly and efficiently. Nathan D. was thorough, professional, and walked us through each step of the process. Nathan D. spent time educating us on each part of the process and what he was looking for to evaluate our problem.
He helped us better understand how to properly maintain our units, how to troubleshoot issues at home, and what issues to watch out for. He was extremely professional throughout entire process and made us feel comfortable during the entire visit. I would highly recommend using their services in the future. We made a mistake and called another company. In our defense, we are new to the area. After a week we called Roscoe Brown. Joseph Henry came out and looked over everything and had parts ordered and installed in less than 48 hours. He even apologized for the other company. We are now buying the service plan and I hope they always send Mr. Henry! Great job! It was very nice seeing this van in front of our house!
