Dusty came out for a routine maintenance of my 2 HVAC units last week. One unit seemed to have been struggling the last 2 weeks, so he folded this into his assessment and servicing. He did a thorough check and said that both systems are completely fine, which is something difficult to find from a salesman these days. (honesty) Separately, I did explain that about two years ago my average electric bill went up by $200, immediately after one of their technicians came out to service my units.

It turns out that, after I opened the attic return air cover, the technician had accidentally pushed through the floor into the return air space with his foot and the attic unit was now having to cool the entire attic, in the peak of summer! After I finished explaining this story, Dusty sincerely apologized, investigated, and promised to escalate at Precision to management, as "it is not right to damage or break something of the homeowner and not fix it". (He documented in the service notes.

I will be following up on this) He also reconnected my UV light in the AC unit as he was finishing up. he did not have to, but went the extra mile. That to me speaks volumes about Dusty. Highly recommend!

I called on Thursday and spoke with Anthony. He was fantastic! Literally did everything in his power to get our unit installed the very next day knowing it was about to be a cold weekend. I couldn't believe the prompt and friendly customer service that I received from everyone that i had contact with. Serviced the AC unit 3 times before we got a new system put in and they did their best under the circumstances of the old unit! However we got a new unit put in, in July and a month later it isn't working the unit cost over $6000 and we were told the blower went out! The tech stated due to power outages, we have not had any power outages so don't just make something up say you don't know!

Now it's been 90 degrees in our home for days and the tech rudely stated he don't know when the part that is needed will be ordered or fixed! I feel disgusted that after a month we're having this issue and it's so hot but they got their money for this faulty supposed to be new unit!

We had a clog in our drainage pipe from an, apparently, poorly installed HVAC system at our house. Our ceiling started leaking and I contacted Precision to help. I don't think I've ever had the level of communication with a maintenance/handyman company before. Matthew Johnson, the technician who came to help, was texting me and giving me some ideas to try before he was able to make it out.

They came by on time the next day and Matthew was able to immediately identify the fact that the drainage line was installed incorrectly. He figured out our problem, and even offered a "to do" list of the fixes he would do to remedy the situation, if we wanted to try and get a hold of the contractor that did the poor work initially. We ended up having Precision do the fix and he was able to replace the needed duct work, clear the clock and install a better leak detector to keep the problem from happening again. I would 100% recommend Precision to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Matthew was just phenomenal! We have been stressing over our new AC unit and he was the 6th to look at it. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem and stated he had to return with the parts. We were happy to see they sent him back out to finish the repair! Going forward I am certain we will use Precision and specifically ask for him, , he knows what he's doin for sure!

After installations, a manager comes out to do a quality inspection.

The folks at Precision Air installed our geothermal HVAC system. They replaced our existing heat pump with a new 7 Series WaterFurnace unit. The geothermal loop system consisted of 3 vertical boreholes. Our experience with Precision Air was very favorable throughout the project. Tony visited our house to take measurements and answer any questions we might have prior to giving us an estimate.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, installation and technical aspects of a geothermal system. The bid was quite competitive with other bids. I was pleasantly surprised, because the Series 7 WaterFurnace is a more efficient unit than those offered by other HVAC installers. The driller that was used specializes in geothermal boreholes.

He is not a water well driller that also does geothermal. The Precision Air crew that installed the WaterFurnace, ductwork, hot water assist and zone controls were very competent. They were conscientious about making sure the install was fully functional and aesthetically pleasing. The metalworker was quite an artisan. They also were very diligent about keeping the install area clean.

They wore covers over their boots and swept up all the debris. I visited their location in Murfreesboro, and it is the cleanest most organized HVAC shop I have seen. While buying parts for my previous HVAC unit, I had asked the tradesman for a recommendation on geothermal installation. His answer said it all. He responded that there are a lot of companies that will do geothermal installs, but if you want it done right, call Precision Air. I can't agree more!

We went through Precision Air and the TVA to replace our central heating and air unit. Which the TVA has many requirements when installing such as sealing all the duct work properly, new tape on the duct work and making sure there are no leaks. A few years down the road I noticed the boots at the vents started rusting real bad and mold growing under the vents.

I called Precision Air and they had a person come over and totally inspect our house and he said it wasn't mold under our vents on the carpet and his only explanation was we need a pest person to come check under our house. Turns out after two A/C companies coming out this week (Both saying the same thing), we have leaky duct work. That they were shocked it passed TVA.

That a lot of the taped seams were the original tape from when the house was built 20 something years ago. That they wrapped and insulated messed up duct work. I'm so upset that we have to replace everything when the guy could have just told us from the get go that there was a problem with our duct work when he came over instead of recommending a pest company. I have used them for twice a year service but, NO MORE. Be weary of this company.

Excellent service! Our A/C went out and had to have a special order part. Precision went above and beyond to get us taken care of super fast when no other ("24/7") company would even return a call over a holiday weekend. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and professional we truly could not have asked to be in better hands. I'm shocked that there are actually companies that operate with this level of professionalism and knowledge. Everyone from office staff, dispatch and the service tech are the nicest people and actually compassionate. We will never call anyone else!

Precision Air is a dependable company that cares about their customer. We were working with another Heating and Air Company that never returned calls and kept pushing back the install date for our new compressor- although they had the part at their store. After over a week extremely high temperatures outside and inside our house we saw a recommendation for Precision Air on a negative review of the other a/c company.

The reviewer stated they also experienced terrible service from the other company and had wonderful things to say about Precision Air. I couldn't agree more. Precision Air installed a new compressor the day after we called, has great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and great follow-up! Thank you Mike, Mark, and Rick for the Great Service!

Precision air was great to work with our schedule when our a/c went out. They called to follow up and left a detailed note. Since we were not able to be home. They exceeded our expectations! A/C has been cooling every day since the repair.

My experience was not quite so stellar with these guys. We have a rental unit, and when the A/C went out last year my management company said these were the guys they used. A technician came out, re-charged the system and told the mgt company they knew what the problem was and would call me. They never did. Three weeks later, the unit had leaked down again and this company was called out again.

They re-filled the unit again ($240 per filling) then finally called me to say we needed a new unit (to the tune of $5000). The technician apologized for not calling after the first fill-up, as he'd promised to do, and told me he'd take care of the 2nd fill-up. A few weeks later, I find out that they charged me for BOTH fill-ups. It was a major fight to get them to refund the over-billing amount and I've instructed my management company to never call them again. Incidentally, I replaced the unit myself for $2500. Don't call these guys unless you like getting ripped off.

After having to ditch our previous HVAC company, we used Precision Air to re-do our entire HVAC system when our furnace broke in November. We knew that a breakdown like this was coming with a 14 year old furnace and a 30 year old AC. The rep. who came out to price the new system had lots of helpful suggestions. We ended up getting a Trane dual fuel heat pump system with a 3 years same as cash deal from the manufacturer.

The Precision Air guys came over the span of two days and did excellent work. They moved the placement of the compressor unit so that it isn't an eye-sore next to the deck, and in the basement, they moved the unit to a corner and out of the center of room. Now we have a nice fancy thermostat that we can program and even control it from the internet! Precision Air was reliable and they did excellent work for us.
