Our AC broke very suddenly and they came out to fix it very late at night thankfully! We are so appreciative that they came through for us and they did a great job with the repair! VERY thorough in their recommendations for fixing our short term problem as well as telling us what we need to do in the future to avoid another sudden break! SO HELPFUL AND KIND! My parents also have been using their services for many years now and they have also come through for our family time and time again! Can not recommend highly enough :

I wish I could give no stars but that's not an option on here. We were scheduled at 3 from them to come fix something they messed up last time that caused a leak.they called at 8pm to ask if they could still come out when they didn't show up at 3 we said no because we have small children that needed to be in bed. He made it like it was my fault bc I wasn't letting him come 5 hours after our appt time.
They didn't get back with me for two weeks to reschedule and then when they did it was to try and put me on the schedule for the last day of the NEXT week. I said no we can do it this week so they scheduled us for 2 to 230 for him to show up. At 250 I get a call from the office that says he's getting the stuff he needs and he'll be there in 30 min after we waited for another HOUR I finally called back and told them to forget it! Horrible communication and costumer service not to mention they caused the leak that needed to be fixed in the first place.

Had to have old split system replaced this Spring 03/17. They did a great job by taking the time to to explain to me the best options within my budget range. They had to retrofit the closet area so the air handler would fit just right. Everything they said they would do was completed, and done very professionally! Very pleased with the install, system works flawlessly!
The office manager Christie has always quick to respond to my emails concerning anything. Three years later, now 2016, and my previous review below is still the same with great quality service, parts, people, and patience! Previous review: We have used Advanced HCR over the years and they have always done an excellent job everytime at a reasonable price.
They take the time to explain what they see, what needs to be done and why. Occasionally I have had to use another company because they were booked up and have not found anyone else as thorough as ADV. HCR. Murfreesboro based and family run for three generations! Give them a call for any of your HVAC needs. They do commercial as well.
