The negative reviews listed here do not in anyway reflect our experience with Pearl. Pearl went out of their way to help us with a furnace issue no one else could solve. After dealing with two reputable companies, we were referred to Pearl by the second company because they specialize in high efficiency furnaces. They were able to solve the problem on their first trip. They were professional, courteous, and downright friendly. Our experience was such that we are now lifelong customers.

Fairly recently we were in the process of buying another home and upon the inspection discovered that the floor ducts/vents were collapsing although the furnace was fine. Repairing the floor ducts would have required tearing up the floor and foundation ($15K plus). At that point we considered walking away. To make bad things worse, it was discovered, the swamp cooler was on its last leg and would need to be replaced.

We had a very "short runway" to try to close the deal as the sellers were anxious to move the property. We made a call to Pearl Mechanical and Al Trujillo (owner) came out to assess immediately. Our minds were set on buying this property but didn't want to incur any significant additional expenses. Al in his observations provided a solution that the sellers and we could agree on. Al and his son Matt could install a Coleman HVAC (all in one) unit in place of the old swamp cooler, and could tie in to the ducts in the ceiling.

And well below the price we would have incurred replacing floor ducts and a new swamp unit. It wasn't more than two days and Pearl (owner and company's namesake) called to schedule the install in just one week. This was a big part of saving us from walking away from the purchase of the home. We continue to receive exceptional, affordable and prompt service from Al, Pearl and Matt. My experience with this place cheap on material cannot be trusted says he's a family man but when it works out for him. My experience he cannot be trusted tells you one thing and does another I should know I've worked for him.

Pearl Mechanical did an incredible job from beginning to end, installing my new air conditioning and heating system. They were reasonably priced and very helpful and knowledgeable. I am recommending them to everyone I know!
