Rohan and Sons was recommended by a close family friend who owns and operates Pacific Coast Copper Repipe based in Anaheim. Throughout our experience with Rohan and Sons team, at least 10 years, we have been so grateful for that referral. Calling them is like calling a friend. They are so nice and have taken excellent care of all our HVAC needs. Everyone at Rohan & Sons, thank you so much!

Tom at Rohan and Sons is seriously professional and is the most patient person. He gave me a quote and went above and beyond in helping us convince our overly nervous and fussy HOA president that the mini-ductless system was quiet and would work for our townhouse. Tom even talked to the HOA guy for 45 minutes. He worked with that and our contractor and did a great job with no hassle. He did an incredibly good job and I would recommend them highly to get the job done. Their know-how and patience is amazing.

Kelly in the office was quick to respond and great to deal with and then Luis was able to quickly find our refrigerant leak (his experience saved me a bunch of $$) and make a quick repair. Definitely my AC guys going forward

Just wanted to let everyone know what a great job this company does. Our guys were so pleasant and efficient. They were knowledgeable and honest and got the job done. My new AC is working great! I don't write many reviews but had to for Rohan & Sons. They installed an A/C unit in our home two weeks ago. I had a few companies bid the job and they gave me the best bid. They scheduled us for install but moved us up two weeks when they had a client have to stall for permits. Yesterday I turned our system on for the first time since they installed and it didn't blow cold.

Today is Saturday and I called them only to find out they were closed. I then emailed them so they knew I had an issue when they returned Monday. About an hour later I got a call from Tom asking what was going on. He told me he was busy but was trying to get a hold of one of their guys to see if they could get someone out today to look at it. Bill (I believe) called later and let me know he was going to stop by!

He did, found the problem and fixed us up. He was so nice about it even on his day off! That's a company who takes pride in their business. If you have heating or A/C issues/needs your crazy if they are not your first call. Promise!

I have used this company for almost 20 years (3 different residences as they service most of Southern California) and have never been disappointed. They are always knowledgable, timely, and honest! Every technician they have sent has offered great expertise and polite service. Most recently, Eric gave EXCELLENT SERVICE and fixed everything we needed quickly and completely; finding problems that we did not know but that needed to be fixed.

We can't thank him enough and everyone at this outstanding service company. Kelly was wonderful when I called and expedited service offering the same day or next morning. Amazing to still find people and companies that function this efficiently, politely, and with integrity!

This company was right on time and did a great and honest job. They performed an HVAC service on one of my properties and did an excellent job. Great customer service by both scheduler, and technician! I had used Roham and Sons years ago and can confidently recommend them again. They are qualified and competent.

This company is amazing. They came out to look at my a/c unit in the middle of a heat wave and all it was - a dirty air filter that's was causing water to leak. They could've told me anything and I wouldn't know the difference. They are so honest and such an amazing staff. If I could give 10 stars I would.

You have an HVAC issue, don't think twice, Rohan & Sons are there to take care of it for you! Tom and Kelly will make it happen, there's no one I'd trust to take care of my home. Over the years, Rohan has maintained several properties for me and installed AC in two homes. Couldn't be more pleased. I send an e-mail and pictures of a driver committing an unsafe and illegal act And I get, the response below with excuses and a personal attack and by the way my suv holds 8 passengers and everyone has a phone. Next time social media and a 911 call. From Dean Rohan we do appreciate you looking out for our technicians while driving our service vehicles. However, it is tough to tell if this tech is actually texting, or using the device for the map app for directions to his next service call, or perhaps reading his portal for information from the main office.

Our technicians are instructed to pull over and operate their device, but this one did not obviously. We agree that this is unsafe mannerism. He has been spoken too already and this will be brought up at our next safety meeting. In addition, I can't help but think you too are some what guilty of displaying unsafe driving manners, as you are taking several photos with your phone while operating your vehicle. Thank you Rohan and Sons for my latest heater installation! These guys are the best. Always reliable, on time, honest, friendly, and most importantly do great work. They don't cut corners and their work speaks for itself. No need to look elsewhere.

All I have to say is WOW! I will never trust another company for my HVAC. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly, they answered all my questions and helped me find the right AC for me. They also educated me on preventative maintenance to keep my unit running longer. In addition to all this, their drop cloths kept my home as clean as it was when they entered. By far my best HVAC experience. Highly recommend for your home or commercial needs.

Bam! Heat wave strikes, A/C goes out. Everyone was a week to 10 days out for a service call. Called Rohan's and they came the next day. Technician shows up, makes short work of the whole job, I honestly thought that i was going to have to pay a fortune which I was prepared to do but he was in and out for a lot cheaper $$ NEVER will I call anyone else! 10 Stars

Nothing is ever good about your A/C going out. Always that unexpected expense & experience that no one ever wants. After calling around, ended up speaking to Dean Rohan of Rohan & Sons. We bought a bank owned home, and it was an as is sale. Sure there was an inspection & warranty in place. but amazingly the inspector only inspected things that were in working order.

That included the furnace (because it was new and the A/C was apparently disconnected?) Long story short, Dean gave us a more than fair quote, showed up on time, knocked out a complete new system for much less than the other quotes. Happy with everything. Thank you Rohan & Sons, you made a horrible situation much easier to swallow.

Rohan&Sons installed my wall furnace in December of 2017. During the installation, the installers didn't think the gas flame was correct. So they went to the manufacture on my behalf and after 3 months of phone calls, emails, and numerous times out to my house to check the heater, we were able to replace the defective heater with a brand new one. It would not have been possible if it wasn't for the persistence of this company. I highly recommend them - I found them to be very trustworthy.

They came out quick and repaired my air conditioner in less than 30 minutes for a great price. I highly recommend them!

Heating unit broken: Tom was at my home with in an hour of my initial call. Went over the unit, explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Was considerate of my home and time. Great first impression of this company. Just had Dan and Steve at my house replacing my heating unit. They were right on time, friendly, clean workers and explained to me in detail what they did and how I was to operate the controls. It was an overall stress-free experience, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you!

Rohan & Sons are fantastic! They came and quoted our 2 story house for air conditioning in the mid of summer heat. We then had AC within the requested timeframe. They had respectable customer service and great knowledge of the job at hand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get AC in their home. I am so excited about a cool home in this summer heat!
