Mission Plumbing & Heating - South Coast

Started with a different company to fix my water heater. By no means were they bad, I was just looking for a 2nd opinion on a potential new heater. Tyler was able to see a minor problem at the beginning that ended up being the issue. Was able to fix it with a simple visit instead of an entire project. I am happy for the service that he and mission plumbing were able to provide as well as giving me multiple options for the future since I was interested in potentially getting a new water heater. We needed to have a plumber come out and provide service for a while. The headache of who do you call and who is going to get the job done right at a fair price had me keep putting this off. As the issues with our plumbing became worse I was forced to start calling around. I found that most plumbers in the area have pretty high service call rates between $80 to over $100 just for them to show up. Mixed with I didn't know what kind of plumbing issue and cost I was going to experience I was already feeling overwhelmed.

When we called Mission PH&C it was a great experience right from the start. A very friendly lady answered who was nice and helpful. Service fee to come out was $49.99 which would be waved with any repairs they do and this was on a Saturday with no extra charge to come out on a weekend. The service tech we got was Collin D. who came within 30 minutes of us calling.

He was very helpful, knowledgeable and was able to put any concerns to rest. Repairs got done at a fair price and we felt great that we called Mission. I'm even thinking about dropping my current HVAC company, not because they did anything wrong, but because of our experience with Mission was great. Thanks guys!

We've needed a new AC and Furnace for years but what we had was always good enough. I'm also someone who has done most of the work on my house by myself. So trusting someone to come in and do such a huge project for a substantial amount of money was nerve-racking. I got three estimates and one of the reasons I went with Mission was due to the professionalism of their estimate process.

A man name Craig came into my house took numerous pictures spent significant time in the crawlspace, drawing and measuring exactly what they would need to do. None of the other two companies did that they looked at it and then sent me an estimate. All three estimates were fairly comparable in amounts and what we would be getting. Mission did a little better and what they could offer in the mid range.

Both Craig and the office manager were very responsive and set up our install in very short order. The day of the installation they arrived on time and worked constantly until they were done. It took the better part of 8 to 9 hours. Then the installer took the time to show me how everything works, what changes are necessary in the winter versus the summer, and even fixed a light fixture in the crawl space that had been busted for years!

I believe his name was Steven. Everyone I interacted with at Mission was professional, courteous, honest, and seemed genuinely glad to be providing the service to me. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done.

We used Mission for Plumbing. We had Nate as our guy. And he was phenomenal! He was super knowledgeable to all of our needs. Our plumbing issue entailed a house that had the plumbing turned off for several years, and Nate knew all the extra precautions to take. He was sensitive to our concerns (personal and business-wise) surrounding our particular situation. Thank you, Nate!

Tech came to my home before a birthday party to repair my ac blower unit. Was extremely professional, fast, and honest about our system. Steven and Mick did a fantastic job installing the new HVAC system. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. Despite morning storms, and the challenging location of the ac unit, they finished the installation on time. I would highly recommend Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling and plan to use their services again.

We have used their service for maintenance for several years now. I have always found their technicians to to be friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Last year we had a complete replacement of our hvac system and water heater. The installation was was done cleanly, professionally and on time to the appointment set. I would recommend them for any maintenance or new installations you might have based on the experiences we have had with them.

A crew of 5 technicians from Mission arrived on time & were well prepared. They removed our old furnace & a/c & replaced both units with high efficiency Lennox units along with a new thermostat & furnace filter. They reconnected our humidifier & replaced my filter. They started work at 8am & was done by 12:30. We are completely satisfied & would highly recommend Mission PHC.

Nate was fantastic. We really appreciated his skill and professionalism. Thanks Nate! The company was able to get out to us same day in a very timely manner. We appreciated that. Cost was comparable to other local companies. Fee to come out, plus fee to diagnose, plus fee to fix problem. All separate. But it's what all the companies do so it is what it is. They helped us out in and jam and we would use them again.
