My newer gas furnace broke down I called for service last week because I wasn't a past customer they wouldn't service me very disappointed.

The technician arrived within an hour after I called with a fully stocked truck ready to do the job. This was an emergency and it was Friday. If he had not come we would have been without any plumbing for the weekend. He identified the problem quickly (everything in the house was backing up because the main drain pipe was blocked by roots), and he had the heavy equipment necessary to fix it. The price was more than reasonable considering the time spent. I highly recommend H.W. Bryk and Sons and the technician who solved our problem.

Steve did a great job this morning clearing out my Moms sewer drain- and ridding the basement of that extra rain water.

Don't listen to the bad reviews as they don't know what they are talking about. Yes, this company is pricey, but they do a great job! I'll list what they have done at my house. Air intakes and plumbing redone in my kitchen and bathroom. I don't have a air stack for plumbing in my house. They recently installed an air stack through the secondary story and re did the plumbing to the toilet and shower.

They also installed a new shower for me. I have also had a fan in my outside AC replaced, and my furnace looked at. They do a great job because of the experience the workers have. I have had them order parts and they come back as soon as the part comes in. I even had an old AC unit and the guy had to get a new fan and chop a piece off for it to fit. Looks like it was meant for the AC and it's still working great over a year later. They are worth the high price. Don't complain about their service if you weren't expecting to pay money. I recommended them 100%!

Bryk just saved my basement from flooding when the sump pump failed. They sent a service rep out within hours. Jerry installed a new pump and made doubly sure it was working properly. Bryk gives homeowners peace of mind! Thank you!

Outstanding customer service. Had an emergency plumbing problem. They were at my house in 15 minutes. Joe the tech that came out did an excellent job repairing the problem. He took the time to explain the problem. The cost was reasonable. From my emergency phone to the problem solved everyone was polite, friendly, and very helpful. Don't hesitate to call Bryk & Sons. You will be in good hands.

They installed a brand New York Air Conditioning system 3 years ago. Since then. Visit #1 Bad Solder Joint they had to re solder, and re charge system. Compressor short cycled for a month waiting because they are "too busy." Visit #2 Our upstairs is still (hot) so they balanced my HVAC system.(that did nothing) Visit #3 Our air compressor on the new A/C system is so loud (heard 4 doors down street) the neighbors cant use the deck next door. BTW. my neighbor was the one that recommended BRYK and won't going forward.

I'm told I need to pay to have the compressor replaced at at cost to me of $750ish?( 1/3 cost of new install with new 3.5 ton unit) I professionally expressed my aggravation today after not getting any call back within the last 3 weeks. The HW BRYK Rep hung up on me after saying "That's the Price." Be Ware future customers! Each visit HW BRYK has made to my house including the install I have Paid. I also Referred my father and they installed a double unit at his house. We are done. Do not use this company.

Late last night I realized my wash tub basins were filling up with "unclean" water. First thing this morning Tony came out and fixed the problem. He was professional, fast and respectful. At the time, I was virtually teaching my second graders at home and he took the time to compliment me for doing a great job teaching my students. The pay was very fair. I give H.W. Bryk and Sons 5 stars. Thank you Tony!

I hate to say that I had to call another plumber after I paid $320 to HW Bryk and Sons, but I did. I was charged that amount of money for a Moen cartridge ($60 at Home Depot, $30 with a private plumber) and a drain cleaning, that was never cleared. When I called back to tell them the bath tub was still clogged they told me it would be an additional $150! I refused! I just paid $45 today to a private plumber, to have the drain cleared. Please contact me if you would like the name of my plumber. Great guy! Tonio Bennett

I am absolutely thrilled with the immediate response we got from Bryk. My mom needed a second estimate for HEAP. They came immediately, their price was over $1000 less than a popular Buffalo heating company and they were able to fix it within 3 hours of us calling. Promptness, courtesy of technicians, did jobs well, explained what was needed well, but a bit pricey.

Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Astronomical pricing for doing nothing, then when the same thing breaks weeks later they refuse to even come and take a look at it.

Had overflow drain installed on tub. the drain was not installed correctly and fell off but didn't know for weeks until we started getting a smell from crawlspace because water was draining from the tub into the crawl space. called and they came back on a Saturday to fix the incorrectly installed part but refused to do anything about the water that. had just been draining into the crawl space. they came back and fixed the repair for free but refused to do anything about their employee that made the mistake that led to my tub draining into crawl space and months later still getting smells from crawl space. would not recommend at all because of their lack of accountability of employees work.

Had them do a dig in the front yard to replace a pipe with tree roots stuck in there. The crew did a great job and were super professional. The owner came out to do an estimate beforehand. The job was completed to specs as communicated. Hoping this stops any issues with the water that came up. Overall, I still have to pay them the second half of the quote, but as long as there are no surprises with the final bill, I wouldn't hesitate to give H W Bryk & Sons a call again for future jobs that come up, especially ones that involve digging - they seem to be experts and have a lot of experience with that sort of thing.

Called them out to look at my fathers furnace, there are children in the house and he is ill. The man came looked at it and said he can't do anything until Tuesday, took the $138 and left. Well thank you for doing nothing. What a rip off, don't worry we found someone who can get the same part you couldn't TODAY. Will never ever recommend you to anyone!

I should have done better research. I just moved to the area so I called HW Bryk & Sons. My shower was backing up and water was coming from the base of the toilet. Obviously a main line clog if you know even the basics of plumbing. He was here for over 4 hours, left my bathroom a mess, and charged me $450! My girl didn't know what to do, so when I got home, I was livid.

I cleaned the whole bathroom and the next day, same problem. I called them back and told them twice to make sure they call because my girl is working from home and I am at work so I would have to leave work early. Of course they don't call and just show up, so my girl's pissed because she's on a conference call. I leave work to come home and he left my bathroom dirty again and told me there is no guarantee if he has to come back again.

I should have paid the premium to have Rainbow Plumbing come out from Buffalo because they would have probably still been way less and I know the work would have been done right the first time. Unless you like throwing your money in the trash for shotty work and service, call someone honest and reasonable like Rainbow Plumbing in Buffalo. HW Bryk & Sons sucks. Now I have to go clean my bathroom again.

We are the Robinsons' Our furnace broke. You alll came and installed a brand new one on a promise to pay. You guys didnt know us but we are so thankful you helped us out! Cant thank yah enough!

Called for after hours service on a Sunday evening. Our call was handled in a timely manner and the plumber took time to educate me while he was fixing the issue. I have always had solid service from HW Bryk and for this call Karl was awesome. This is why Bryk is my go to.

Had a technician come out to fix a small leak in a shower faucet, technician broke faucet and now cannot fix. then tells me it will now cost almost $700 to fix and that is after I pay someone else to come in and open the wall up. the best part is the company still charged me 92.44 for breaking my faucet! What a complete joke I will never use Beyk again or recommend them to anyone! What a joke

Just had to deal with them last night due to a plugged sewer line. John that came out was there within 15 minutes and took care of everything very professionally. Would definitely call again and request him to come out

Prices are at the top. It is worth paying top dollar if the work is done right. When the installer tells you that he will be back to install something that is left to be done on the job and it is included in the amount your paying today then tells you a week later that your mistaken (after you have over paid for the job already) you get a ONE star all day long! Installers name was Jerry so get it in writing. His word is not good enough.

Do not patronize this company! They are nice enough when they do the work. However do not try to call when a problem arises. Phone calls are never returned, the office workers are rude and not knowledgeable at all. They promise to look into things and never call back. For the cost of the work this is not acceptable. We went days without heat last winter before someone finally got back to us on a product they installed just months before. I'll think twice before trying to give business to a family owned business again.

I had an unexpected disaster in my office and it was not going to be an easy, quick fix but thanks to Jayson Bryk and Matt I will be back in business in no time. They were so quick to respond. I am very thankful and highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues that come up in your life.

I got a frantic 5:00 PM call about 4 of water in the basement of our rental property. After trying 3 other businesses that popped up through a Google search, I called H.W. Bryk & Sons. Brandon showed up at my house within 20 minutes. He quickly assessed the problem, and had everything taken care of in around 45 minutes. The price was unbelievable! My husband and I had expected to pay 3x as much for an emergency nighttime call. Good to know there is a reliable business to call whenever we have an issue!

Had them over today to install a faucet in my bath tub. I bought the faucet, all they had to do is install it, I cut the hole in wall for EASY access. Here for 2 hours and still they charged me almost $300.00. What a RIP OFF. WILL NOT be calling them again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM
