Chan and his team was excellent. Punctual, courteous and very thorough. Took their time and explained everything. And when there was an issue he came back and fixed it. We highly recommend the energy audit from Solvit. Melinda was also excellent and helpful in scheduling. Now I am just waiting for Chad to go over insulation quotes. We had the energy audit 12/20/2019.

I would highly recommend this service. The men who arrived here to assess and service my house were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, hard-working, conscientious, and thorough, and they made many energy efficient improvements to the house while they were here. Chris T. was able to diagnose a problem I had experienced with my new water heater, which was occasionally discharging water. He took a water pressure reading from the outside faucet. PSI was way too high at 90! He recommended a pressure reducer valve with expansion tank and installed it the following week. Did a great job installing the valve and expansion tank. Very neat and meticulous at his work. A pleasure to do business with Solvit.
