After receiving 5 estimates on a new AC and furnace, my wife and I went with Tom and Armor Heating, Tom's estimate was very fair. So glad that we went with Armor, Greg and Hunter did the instillation of the AC and furnace. Greg and Hunter did a fantastic job, they were very respectful and had a great attitude during the instillation. The job took a day and a half, I was very impressed with the quality of their workmanship and willingness to answer my questions. Greg and Hunter went over all the controls and maintenance for both units, and helped me set up the thermostat app on my phone. When we returned home from vacation, we realized our furnace was no longer working. To make matters worse it was a holiday! We called Armor heating and a technician was at our house within the hour. He replaced the needed part and our heat was restored. Seeing our furnace was 30 years old and the hot water tank was over 12 years old, and we didn't want anymore surprises, we decided to have a new furnace and hot water tank installed, so we called Armor heating.

They replaced both parts for a great price, their technicians were on time and very courteous. Also, Armor heating filled out all the paperwork for the rebate from National Fuel. All I had to do was sign it and send it in. My husband and I highly recommend Armor Heating for all your heating/air conditioning needs.

We have been loyal customers since 1973 and had been serviced many times with no complaints. Had a new hot water tank installed and we love it. A new boiler was installed a few years ago and is still pumping out the heat. Keep up the good work.

It was an easy choice for me to select them for the purchase and installation of a new Carrier boiler this year. They provided a fair price, did the work in the timeframe agreed upon, and absolutely made sure I was satisfied with their work. The crew of Mike, Aaron, Terry, Jared, Dom was very professional.

A couple of heating baseboards within my home needed some adjustments after the install date, and Terry came right back the very next day and corrected it to make sure everything was operating as it should and that I was completely satisfied. The service exceeded my expectations.

Our landlord hired armor heating& cooling to install new furnaces & hot water heaters in our & our son's apartment. The 2 crews were AWESOME! VERY professional, & did a GREAT job! Kudos gentlemen!

Armor installed a whole house Honeywell Generator for us. The workers, Mike and Josh, were courteous and explained everything they were doing. Put cloths down to protect our floors. Explained every step of the way what they were doing. Afterwards, Mike showed us how everything worked and answered ALL of our questions. Cleaned up everything! Just had Armor over for a new boiler and water heater. Can't praise the professionalism of both the sales people and the installation crew. The installers were in and out in 2 days and neat as a pin. Armor replaced my furnace and central air conditioner. The crew was on time, very professional, and very respectful of being in my house. They initially took off their shoes and put down a drop cloth from the doorway to the basement. They cleaned as they worked to prevent spreading the debris. This was a big installation that modified ducting, re-used an existing humidifier and re-used an existing electrostatic filter.

Their installation is much more professional than what was replaced. All the piping and wiring is perfectly routed and secured. They labeled everything and did an overall fantastic job. The system is quiet, nothing rattles, and it is doing a great job air conditioning the house. They file the warranty paperwork and take care of all the administration as well.

My neighbors recommended Armor to me and I continue recommending them to anyone who needs a service they provide. Also, Armor installed the whole house generator for the previous owner. It has been trouble free for the years we have lived here.

I would definitely recommend armor heating. Tom was just fantastic and was very honest about what type of system we needed. When it came to the day to do the work, Aaron (sorry if spelled your name wrong) was the lets just say the foreman for the job. He was excellent and his coworkers were just fantastic. They were very professional and very polite. I finally made the decision to get some ductless split systems for cooling our house down after a few summers with just window units. I priced Armor along with 3 other local HVAC companies and they were all pretty close in pricing, but the responsiveness and professionalism from the jump made the choice to go with Armor easy. Armor's foreman, Mike, showed up promptly when he said he would Tuesday through Friday to complete the installation.

The crew cleaned up after themselves and were very polite during their work. As for the equipment itself, I am extremely happy. We have an very large, wide open, main level and Tom recommended going with a 2 ton unit. I was hesitant about it being enough, but the house is ice cold. The other main thing I was worried about were the linesets looking unsightly running from the condensing units to the evaporators. However, as the pictures display, everything is hidden very well in channels that match the siding. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my choice and would choose Armor again for anything HVAC related and I would recommend them highly to anyone in need of an HVAC contractor.

Tom came out for a quote on replacing a 28 year A/C unit as the A/C was on borrowed time. Tom examined what we had and made several recommendations to improvements for our chimney, ducts and a/c unit. We quickly could tell Tom was speaking from experience, not just doing a sales pitch. Fully confident the job was going to be right. Armor installers knew what needed to be done and completed the job efficiency and neatly. 100% satisfied on a job well done! 100% Recommend Tom and Armor Heating!

Armor was fantastic to work with, from the initial consult to the day-of process for our A/C install. The guys were knowledgeable, clean, friendly, quiet, respectful, and tidied up when they were done. I worked the whole time they were here. Also I love that they take credit cards and there's no business extra cost. So many companies pass the credit card fees onto you, the client, and even if the service has been great, it winds up feeling yucky. Tom and the team are all class, and very responsive, too. Hello, My name is Gregory Sander, I would highly recommend using Amour Heating and cooling. Ok here is how the story goes. Anyone who knows me knows that I am very picky. I look for attention to detail and quality workmanship as I would do for anyone else. Well I have found a company that does just that. I sent a request via google to Amour Heating and Cooling on a Sunday.

The following Monday I had spoke with a gentleman named Tom. We set up an appointment for an estimate. Tom had come to the house and proceeded to educate me on what had been happening with my 11 year old Carrier unit. See the duct work was the original to the house from 1958 and was only a 4 inch in diameter. The unit could not exhale the way that it needed to and may have been over heating the cabinet which lessened the life of the induction motor.

I never knew this could happen until I spoke with Tom. Tom was very honest and had told me that they could replace the duct work and then repair the 11 year old unit. I had made the decision to replace the duct work and the unit seeing they were already removing the existing Plenum and duct work. The crew (Greg and Collin) from Amour cooling and Heating were very professional and always on time.

The guys had answered any questions I asked at the time they were here. At the end of the day the crew had cleaned up after themselves removed the trash and had vacuumed the floor. They came back the next day to finish up the minor details of the job everything that had been explained to me was completed. I have to say that I was very impressed with the quality of their workmanship.

Their attention to detail was amazing. The guys went through and explained everything from the controls to the minor home owner maintenance to me before they left. I called in the afternoon for my generator to be serviced. They were able to come out the next morning to take a look at it. Mike was very informative and showed me what I needed to know about my generator. Answered all of my questions in a way I can understand as I know nothing about generators. Will definitely be calling this company again in the future!

Armor Heat was quick to respond to our call for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The inspection leading to an estimate was fair and fast. An installation date was set up quickly and the installation went smoothly taking about 7 hours.i am very happy with the whole process!

My mothers heating went out in the middle of the night. A phone call the next morning lead to a quick response and we had a tech at our house addressing the issue. In addition, since the furnace is almost 20 years old, we also had a visit from one of the owners (Tom) who reviewed all options moving forward (replacing the motor or installing a new furnace).

His no pressure consultation covered a couple different options for a replacement (including rebates, air conditioning options, and vent efficiency around the house). He was incredibly informative, personable, and very fair with pricing options. His goal was not to up sell, but rather provide my mother with all of the options to make an informed decision.

I cannot say thank you enough to Armor Heating for the expeditious service they provide for my furnace, air conditioner, and gas fireplace. When my almost 30-year old furnace was on death row in the middle of winter, one call was all it took to have me up and running with a new high-efficiency furnace the next day. The service personnel are most knowledgable, courteous, and professional, and they respect your home surroundings.

Not once have I had to worry about vacuuming or washing floors after a technician has been to my home. The technicians leave your home in the manner in which they find it. I trust all of my HVAC needs to Armor Heating, and my hat especially goes off to Mark for being most excellent at his job. Had to have my boiler fixed from a not so great job from another company. Of course this was the coolest spring in forever. I didn't who to even call! I researched and asked around and Armor Heating popped up! I called and within 24 hours I had a gentleman at my house. It was only to have it checked out to see what needed to be done but he said I can't get this taken care of no worries. 25 mins later the heat kicked on!

Our boiler used to make this god awful hiss when it went on and that noise stopped too! Apparently the other guys didn't know how to fix that either! Mark, the repairman was totally professional and knew exactly what he was doing I mean he got it done and done right! I am so glad I found Armor Heating and I know who I will be calling for any of my Heating issues from now on! Without a doubt!

We were in the process on moving on a really hot day when our air conditioner broke. To our pleasant surprise, Armor was at the house within an hour and fixed the unit immediately. Armor has been servicing my furnace and air conditioner for over 15 years.
