Mike D and Marcus H did a great job in repairing some plumbing issues in our home. I like the up front pricing it helps with budgeting. Mike explained what the repairs would in tailed and he tested the pipes after to make sure everything was working. Both him and Marcus were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Bayron from Aqueduct installed new Furnace and AC condenser at my house recently. He was polite and patient, always asking for permissions when switching rooms/floors, and explained things in detail when asked. The work took 2 days, and he arrived on time and cleaned up the work space very well each day. To address temperature difference between different floors, he spent a significant amount of time checking every vent on each floor and adjust the dampers to ensure temperature accuracy.
He volunteered to help install and program a new thermostat I received from Con Ed. It is the end of heating season and I will see how good the system work in the coming summer and winter. But I am satisfied with the service so far.

Every time that I have an emergency I know that I can count with Aqueduct! I have used them many times and I have nothing bad to say. They are responsible, on time and professional. The work was done with quality and accuracy and totally professional and explained in detail all of the repairs. They thoroughly tested all repaired items to make sure everything was operating properly using hot and cold water in checking the repairs. Mike and Brian were very polite, very professional and are great in making the repairs. Mike was very concern to make sure you understand the whole process and why the work was necessary. They made sure that I had the right heating/hot water system for my house, worked tirelessly to install it, and made sure that I understood how it worked before they left on their last day. Aqueduct Plumbing is great. I have multiple issues that I have needed help with. Everyone who has done work and come to assess the issues have been great. They explain everything and are quick. I am thrilled with the service I received. Mike was professional and explained every detail to me, he gave me options, answered all my questions, made sure I tested everything before he left, checked if I needed anything else repaired. He was on time and showed up and this sounds silly but I cannot say how many times I have waited for a repair and they never show up.
Not only did he show up at the exact time, he called 15 minutes prior to arrival, wore a mask, shoe covers, and did not leave one trace of dirt. A thousand star service! Thanks Aqueduct.

(version of this review posted to Better Business Bureau via ReviewBuzz) We've been using Aqueduct Services for several years with invariably excellent results. Prices are fair--particularly given the discount that comes with the very reasonably priced service contract--and the products installed have proven to be of high quality. The technicians are uniformly professional, highly qualified, diligent, exceptionally hardworking, prompt and courteous.
In this instance, I particularly want to thank and commend our most recent technician, Eduardo M. This was his second job for us, and on both occasions he's soared well above and beyond any reasonable expectations. Both jobs proven more difficult and time-consuming than anticipated (this time, for instance, when he turned off a valve an entire, very old, pipe broke off in his hand!), but he's stuck to his original written estimate.
But the reason I'm particularly grateful is that both major installations (a bathroom sink and, earlier, toilet) have been necessary to accommodate my 96 year old mom's changing physical limitations. Eduardo has been very attuned to mom's needs (finding the optimum height, depth and stability of the sink), sensitive in helping her navigate terminology and the differences between products, and non-ageist in respecting her ability to make her own decisions. He even carefully removed and re-positioned several wall tiles so that she wouldn't incur any additional costs. Exemplary. I can't compliment him highly enough.
