Neves has always treated me respectfully and done an excellent job in efficient/timely manner. They have been servicing my gas boiler since we moved into our house 6yrs ago. Over the years they have done other maintenance work like add new/replace thermostats, etc and always charged fairly. One job they reduced the final invoice because they had under quoted us for time/labor and the work went over - it was a seemingly easy project that was later complicated by horrific electric wiring issues (previous owner) etc. I highly recommend Neves.

I have a problem with my main water valve that left me with no water in the house, Jim came and fix it, very fast, responsive, it took him 2 hours two fix it and he did a really good job, I am so happy, I will call them again for any others problems and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Also very good price reasonable.

Only positive thing I can say is they came same day and refunded us travel time. Didn't tell us they charge for travel before they came(which is ridiculous. Plumber could be coming from up the street or an hour away, how is that my financial responsibly?!), padded bill as they sat in car for 15 mins after installation and then rounded up, installed incorrectly causing a crack.
We need to then have it re-installed by another company. Owner not helpful at all and took no responsibility for any of this. Incredibly disappointed that companies today don't stand by their work and are looking to dishonestly make money off of their customers.
