I used this company for over a decade for heating. I don't live here year round and it was often hard to schedule. I got a heating unit I didn't need from them ( I had underfloor heating on my ground floor) and then, finally, when I needed a faucet changed and was charged four times what it should have cost I called it a day. Too bad. Their service people I really liked but they took advantage of people moving upstate because of COVID to gouge an old and devoted customer.

When the water started gushing into our basement at one in the morning I called Lowe. I'm sure in my panic I sounded like a lunatic, but the person who answered the emergency line was incredibly patient as I struggled to communicate the problem. While my husband did manage to stem the tide, a technician called us back shortly after our initial call.

He then came the next day and spent a great deal of time going over the entire system and making very good recommendations on how to improve it. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and just plain nice folks. You can't get better than that.

We have used Lowe's Plumbing for years, including service for a business that we owned, as well as for our home. The latest problem was a serious leak from our tub upstairs through our kitchen ceiling. Lowes has always provided excellent service. They respond and come quickly and fix the problem. Although they were not able to totally fix the current problem, they helped me contact BathFitter, because it was one of their tubs and they needed to finish the repairs. Everyone at Lowes is friendly and professional. We highly recommend them.

I had an emergency and this was the only company that was able to get here right away. They had excellent, professional communication throughout and let me know when the technician was on their way. The technician, Matt, was very helpful and friendly. He explained what was wrong very thoroughly and taught me how to troubleshoot on my own. He also suggested some great other things I could do to improve my overall system. Great experience!

Lowe is as good as it gets. They were able, among many other tasks, to repair and maintain our Gree HVAC system (a name none of the other companies in the area ever heard of or could figure out). Lowe not only understood what to do, but had no difficulty whatsoever. Everyone who's been here has been professional in every respect. Totally happy with the company and plan to continue using their services whenever necessary, . Wouldn't consider anyone else.

My call was answered promptly and a technician came to the house the same day to diagnose the problem. They returned first thing the next morning as promised and rebuilt a damaged pipe joint. The team we had come service our plumbing issue was amazing! Our water heater had a massive leak and we had issues with piping to the boiler as well. We called Lowe and they promptly sent assistance, gave us a fair estimate and could diagnose the issues. John and Brandon were incredibly hard working. They worked tirelessly nearly 12 hours straight without even taking a break to ensure we were up and running as soon as possible.

They were professional, respectful, friendly, so knowledgeable and clean. Even though it was quite late John took the time to explain everything and even tagged the new piping in case we forgot anything. He let us know about warranty information and their work looked incredible! Everything was much more organized, clear and compact then it was before.

I cannot say enough how great the team at Lowe is! From now on they will be the only company we will use. I trust they know what to do, have reasonable pricing and that they will do the job right! We had issues with different companies in the past performing shotty work and with Lowe I have absolutely no worries at all! Truly incredible company and smart, dedicated staff! Thank you so much!
