Spent $20,000> with this company to have our radiant heat fixed and it has NEVER worked. Archibald never came to check his team's final work. All of our thermostats constantly show that there must be something wrong with the boiler because it can't keep the heat up. He will find a way for you to pay for every little extra thing to add up to whatever he wants you to pay but.it won't work.

When I asked if he could make sure our heat actually goes up to whatever temperature we decide he said legally it only has to go up to 68.that was his response? But doesn't matter because our house stays in the 50s anyway. And don't try to talk to him about it either - he will find a way to blame you for it. It's weird. Save your money and your energy and stay far away.

If there was a 0 as a rating option, that is what I would give this company. They are unprofessional, rude, and expensive. Dewitt installed a ductless system at our house two years ago and we are still dealing with a unit that does not respond to the thermostat. We tried to get him to come back out and fix it but he has refused, after yelling at us.

I am attaching a picture of how what we found after he installed the unit (the thermostat was left on top of the dresser with the wire coming down from the ceiling). After calling him to find out if he was finished, we had to pay again for him to come fix it. If you want headaches and to pay top dollar for them, then this is the company to select for any heating and air conditioning.

We have worked with Archibald HVAC on three separate projects. An oil tank replacement, a minisplit in our finished attic, and another minisplit system for our downstairs. Dewitt and his team are always. professional, personable, and prompt! I would recommend Archibald HVAC to anyone and everyone, and would use them time and time again!

Archibald Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing. They worked with us to try and fix our system, did not push us to replace it. When we called because it still wasn't working, they stopped by that same day to check it out. Ultimately we had to replace it and they did a great job, were so pleasant, punctual and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Very knowledgeable and thorough put a new condenser in and reprogrammed my entire AC system works better than new They were very professional and did everything that they said that they would do They were so good I'm going to have them come back to check over my heating system before winter I highly recommend these people Rarely will you find anyone anywhere that's this trustworthy

Archibald Heating saved us when our 7 year old furnaced stopped working. The company that installed it said they would not service it. UGH! But Archibald came to our rescue and we have heat again. Thanks to everyone there. They were all so friendly and helpful unlike the company that installed our furnace. Should have used Archibald from the start.
