I used the Witmer Company for the installation of a new heat pump in 2018. Since that date, it has had constant problems. Every time it switches from air to heat, a problem occurs. Witmer has spent a total of over 30 hours "repairing" it, and have replaced at least 20 different parts. I do not think that a heat pump bought in 2018 can have this many problems, I feel that the unit (an Amana) is a lemon and would like it replaced.

I was told today that the indoor unit would be placed. Three men, including Andy came out and of course found another problem to fix, so it was decided I did not need a new unit. I have never been treated so unprofessionally. Andy was rude and degrading and Jeff who said I would get a new unit today, had no intention of replacing my unit. I would not recommend the Witmer company for anything.

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I am a retired vice president of a company and have worked with 100's of many different companies. DO NOT use Witmer, unless you want to deal with constant frustration and lies.

Problem withing constant pinging in every vent after installing brand new hvac system. Someone came to check it out and was told they do not know what it is. Left hanging with noises that I need earplugs and white noise machine. Very dissappointed, they got my money and blew me off.

Critical: Value The repair for a kitchen faucet installation was the highest at 724. For a replacement. The unit was marked up 4 times its price at Lowe's. I feel taken advantage of. I had another repair needed but have to wait. Service: Faucet installation

Critical: Quality Called for emergency service when our sump stopped working. After stumbling over his words, the technician who returned the call said they're not accepting new customers for emergency calls. Why advertise as 24/7 and offer emergency calls if you won't take on an emergency?

Jeff is one of those rare guys who will care about your project as much as you do, including that you get a good price. Have done many projects with him over the years and each time leaves me feeling better. Andy and John have been great as well. Always there for you!

Every time I call I never have trouble getting a person out within a day or two. Even in emergencies I have had no issues with this company. They are a top notch, very professional company. I always ask for Ryan S. when I have jobs I need done. He is always friendly always courteous and always professional. If you want the job done right you need to give this establishment a call.

We called to schedule a tune up on a Friday and was able to get a Monday morning appointment. Our technician (Adam) kept us informed of when he was going to arrive, the work is was doing while here, all PPE needed and precautions due to the virus were in place. Booties were worn to keep the house clean and a copy of all work performed was provided for reference. Overall, we were pleased with the professionalism, promptness and service provided.

Service scheduling was very helpful and accommodating. Ryan was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything needed to make the repairs. He was following the proper Covid-19 guidelines for entering our home. Repairs were made and we will have a cool home for the upcoming summer! Thanks!

We just upgraded our central air conditioning system to a new, more efficient system and it was a no brainer to call Witmer. For the past 15 years we have used Witmer to service our existing system, which they also installed, and we have NEVER had one complaint with ANY of their technicians. In fact the technician, Eric, who installed the York system 15 years ago was the same technician who also just installed our new Amana system.

How often does that happen? Speaks volumes for Witmers employee retention. Eric and his co-worker Luis, were very professional and courteous and left our house as clean as it was when they started. From the time we contacted Witmer for a quote, and then gave them the okay to move ahead with the work, it was less than one week to have have our new system up and running. We are looking forward to having them continue the yearly maintenance checks and servicing and can HIGHLY recommended them for any of your HVAC needs.
