I work at a glass manufacturing facility near Pittsburgh. We could not reach a competitor for a repair. I was familiar with CCS but not sure if they would service our area. Boy- have they ever! Been using them for more than 5 years now. They are quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Their technicians are friendly and informative. And they are not as expensive as some of the others in the area. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any type of HVAC service.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was charged $391 for a new a/c capacitor (a part that online sells for $10-$30). I was not provided an invoice. The technician was there for 30 minutes. AND the air condition broke again 2 weeks later. A technician from a different company said the capacitor was probably fine, replaced the fan, and the a/c has been working since.

I use Controlled Climate in my industrial facility. We have 4 HVAC units, 3 machine chillers, and 11 million BTUs of oven. Their quotes have always been better, and they have people who know how to work on my systems.
