Great maintenance program for the yearly checkup on my two AC units. Thanks to Mark for recommending the replacement to my ductless split unit that lasted approximately 15 years. I needed a new hot water heater. Mark and Tom were scheduled to be here at 12:30. They were here at 12:30. They were both very kind and courteous. They are well trained and skilled in their profession. They had the old one out and the new one in, promptly. Obvious teamwork. Airmax has responded four times in the 2 years I have lived here. The first time when the air wasn't working. It was fixed inexpensively by clearing a drain. I have AirMax inspect and maintain my system twice a year.parts are replaced as needed. I believe AirMax will keep my 2007 HVAC running as long as possible. Honest, reasonable, timely service. Tom is great!

Tom notified us well before his scheduled time to confirm his arrival. He arrived on time and spent adequate time inspecting and evaluating our entire system. He provided valuable information on the upkeep of our system and gave us confidence that our system is running properly. I did not feel pressured into spending more money than necessary to fix the issue, and Mark and Tom truly do a great job and are educated greatly on how to properly fix the issue. As well as being always willing to talk things out, highly recommend Airmax.

Installed my AC in 2017. AC failed today. Charges 150% more for a diagnostic visit than competitors. Apparently doesn't believe he is responsible to filing the warranty paperwork, even though according to the manufacturer (Trane) ONLY the installation company can & the home owner cannot. (To be fair they actually did the warranty. So I guess if they "feel like it" they'll do it. YMMV) Not only that but they only offered 1 yr parts and labor for the i AC install - other companies do more (I just had a Goodman installed by another company with 10yr parts and labor). 5 years after installation the motor is burnt out. Capitalism only works if buyers are well informed, I wasn't when I hired this company and that's my fault entirely. Don't be like me, be smarter and go with another company for your AC needs.

I love Airmax Refrigeration. They put in my Trane system. Have never let me down with their services. I have had issues with other companies. But never Airmax I absolutely love them. Highly recommend them. Their tech was here for over three hours last night. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Tom is a wonderful tech. I at this time will not use anyone else. I can only say good words about my experience with AirMax Heating & Cooling I wanted to replace my HVAC because of its age (20 years) and also to lower the temperature upstairs. I have a two story house served by one HVAC unit. I considered switching to two units as well as creating two separate zones. After a conversation with Mark from the AirMax, I decided to invest into variable speed HVAC without zones.

He also proposed other modifications to help lower the temperature in upstairs rooms. I'm writing this review approximately a month after the installation. I'm pleased :-) Temperature in upstairs rooms is 2-3 degrees lower and at the same time my monthly bill is 20-30% lower I have to also mention Tom and Jeff, who performed installation. Super professional and at the same time very nice and friendly guys.

Everything was done quickly. and clean. They answered all my questions. When I expressed my concern about air ducts, they, without hesitation, simply checked all of them (most are placed in very hot upstairs attic). Month after installation everything is working perfectly without any issues. I'm super happy!

AirMax just installed two Trane units. I have spent over half a year looking for A/C company. I wanted good quality equipment, great install and competitive price. They are all above and beyond.
