Tony and James came out to update all of the outlets and light switches in our home, add some light fixtures indoors and outdoors, and repair some issues we were having with our electrical shorting out. Not only did they quickly find the issue (melting wires!) but they were able to fix it quickly and get things up to code that previously weren't. They double checked all their work and made sure everything was working properly before they left.

They explained to us any issues they found and why they thought the issue occurred. They were also really great with our pets in the home as they were working even though we tried to keep the dogs out of the way! Chase came out to fix our water faucet in the front yard, add a shut of valve to it, and find the source of some water leaking into our basement from our bathroom.

He had the faucet and valve installed before I knew it and was able to quickly find the problem for the leaking. He was also very kind and prompt. I have never worked with a company where all of their employees have been as great as Tigers are. All the employees seem to really care about their work and their customers. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them the past two days and will definitely use them again in the future! P.S.

They also paid attention to the fact that my husband and I are younger and living in an older home when choosing the light fixtures and such that would be installed. I really appreciate that they took that into account to give us something we'd love! They also didn't mind staying for almost a 12 hour day on day 2 to finish the work.

We chose Tiger on a whim because we had some electrical work we needed fixed as soon as possible. They had a technician out the same day to look at our home and assess what needed to be done. Our technician for this visit was Jessica Mooney, and she was fantastic! Not only was she very personable, but she was also knowledgeable. Between her and Rich, the project manager, we were able to get on the schedule the very next day to fix the issue and add additional features. I would definitely recommend Tiger to anyone needing quality service!

I think they do a good job and are friendly but they don't double check their work. I had to call back twice for them to come back because they forgot to turn the hot water back on. They also installed a pump which started to leak when I turned on the faucet. Easy fixes if it was just double checked before they left. Service: Water heater installation

Our ac stopped working today while it was 100° out and we were able to get a technician out the same day. Joe A. Was our technician. He was very polite, friendly and explained everything very well. He figured out the problem and was able to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend tiger for all hvac needs.

We had Tiger come out to check our A/C & make sure it was Ok for the Summer. Our A/C & Furnace were 16+ years old & we knew the A/C was on it's last legs. We had a leak in the coil & it used the "Old" R-22/Freon Refrigerant. We opted to replace both the A/C + Furnace. We dealt w/ Seth, Tyler & Toi. Price was reasonable & the entire process was easy.

The Tiger Team were Extremely Professional! They also brought out a few A/C window units for us to use (at No cost) to get us through a hot week of weather until our installation. Toi & his "helper" had the old A/C + Furnace torn out & replaced within 6 hours. They were Very courteous & did Great work. The new system is Definitely more cost & energy efficient. We Highly recommend Tiger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling! We'll be using them again in the near future for electrical work.

While the workers did a great job in a quick time, i believe that the service was way over priced based upon the estimates i received from other electricians. Still waiting on pictures from the work that was done. Also, when i questioned the cost of invoice in an email there was absolutely no response. I will pay the invoice reluctantly but probably will not have any other service done by your company.

When we found our water was leaking downstairs, we did what any reasonable homeowner would do- panic, contemplate getting rid of the whole house, and then googling people who could come fix the problem since we cant run from our problems. Tiger was the first place that could help us out the quickest. On the day they were scheduled to come out, they sent a technician who photographed what needed to be fixed and sent it to their project manager who came up with several different solutions/pricing.

While we went with the cheapest fix, it's nice to have other options (these ranged from 18k to $1,200) Unfortunately they weren't able to fix the problem that day, but they were going to come back the next day after the city came to turn off the water. And even more unfortunate than that, we got a big winter storm that postponed our fix for 2 more days. Tiger was super accommodating and we were able to get a bit of a discount for the inconvenience.

When the new technician came out, he was quick, friendly, and professional and our pipe work looks a million times better than the whack job that did it prior to us moving into the home (some home DIY-er who literally bent copper pipes instead of putting joints in it, so it was a mess down there honestly). Hopefully we never have any water problems again, but if we do I would call them to come back and fix it.

I called Tiger to unclog a toilet. I knew exactly what was in it, a bottle that fell from my medicine cabinet. Honestly, I'm surprised it hadn't happened sooner with the way my bathroom was designed. I called about 9 a.m. They were the first and only place I called. I knew several people in my neighborhood have used them, and the price quoted seemed more than reasonable, straight forward, and a flat rate, and they were able to come out that afternoon.

As most types of calls, I was given a time window. About 15 minutes into the window, I got a call that they were running a bit behind. About the time I was about to call and make sure they were still coming, about an hour after the end of the window, I got a call that they were one their way and then received a text letting me know the technician, Tim (TJ) that was coming, including a picture and something about him.

I really liked that, that way I didn't feel like a "complete and total stranger" was coming into my house. The clog ended up being a bit tougher to remove than we each had thought, requiring the toilet to be removed. But overall, it did not take all that long for him to get me a working toilet again. He did point out a few things that I need to address sooner or later, but did not try to pressure me into anything, which was a relief as well.

When I called to make the appointment, they also told me about their maintenance program and I ended up signing up for it, because of the benefits they told me about, but again they did not pressure me into signing up. Hopefully I will not have another major issue but am looking forward to them coming out to do routine maintenance.
