Spengler Plumbing Heating

Came out to clear roots from a clogged sewer line, stopped trying after about 20 minutes and said they couldn't clear the roots with a rooter (a procedure they charge 600 dollars for) and tried telling me they needed to try to jet the line, a procedure they charge 1200 dollars for. Found another company that had no problem clearing the line with a rooter for 100 dollars. Spengler gave me some trouble with a refund that i requested as they were not able to complete a simple procedure, until i mentioned the Better business bureau.

The repairmen were professional, courteous, and efficiently made repairs. They made no mess. I have used Spengler several times prior to this repair. I use them because they get the job done! Services: Pipe repair, Drain unblocking

Replaced Air Conditioner and Heater. Previous system installed by Spengler lasted 20 years, their quality and workmanship is worth the few extra dollars. We had 2 a/c units and a furnace installed. The guys were very professional and efficient. Our house is so much more comfortable and we no longer have to worry about being without heat or a/c on extreme weather days. Everything started going down hill with our old units on Wednesday and by Friday there was the first one installed and by 2:30 Monday everything was done!

I really want to thank the guys of Spengler! They installed a water heater 5 years ago and we had continuing problems with it. I'm sure a default of the manufacture not Spengler because they tried everything! Well on the 12th it was get again out the day I had to wash my bedding and shower plus shower early the next morning for a surgery. One of the guys came right out and got it lit as a temporary fix the day after my surgery they were back installing a brand spanking new water heater! Thanks Spengler Company and to ALL the Crew including office help especially Kimberly who was so compassionate for my situation that morning!

I have used Spengler Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them. I had a water problem in my shower on Tuesday February 16. I called and spoke with the after hours person who was very helpful. I received a call when the office opened at 8 and was able to schedule an appointment that day. An inspector arrived and let me know what the problem was and that since the work was extensive, they may not finish in one day but they would start that day. Billy from Spengler arrived along with his supervisor.

They diagnosed the problem which was due to improper installation of my shower remodel. Billy worked the rest of the day and came back the following day to finish the job which not only entailed plumbing but also correcting and electrical installation issued. I highly recommend Spengler Plumbing. They are knowledgeable and very responsive.

Today I was scheduled for a routing check on my furnace. A very nice young man, named Cole, came and answered all my questions. He was patient and knowledgeable. Not only did he answer questions about my furnace but went out of his way to help me with questions about my new water heater. He even contacted his boss, Josh, to try to assist me. They did not try to sell me anything and left me feeling good about my decision in using their company in the first place.

Excellent service from initial phone call to book an appointment to end of service. Spengler handles all my plumbing and electrical needs. Ched and Billy installed electrical outlets and installed a washer and dryer. Both are professional, efficient, friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend Spengler!
