I bought a new heating and cooling system from Superior Heating & Cooling and I am delighted by the entire experience. Everyone and I do mean EVERYONE who I interacted with treated me with respect. From scheduling my estimate appointment, to the Sales Rep, to the installation crew, everyone was professional and respectful. I did not feel pressured in any way during the sales process with tactics like, "You have to make a decision by this date or else you'll miss out on this deal/rebate, " which is what I experienced with another company. Josh, Cole and Zach made up the install crew. Josh is an awesome leader - he called ahead to confirm arrival, introduced each member of the crew, and kept me updated during the install.

I work from home and could hear Josh throughout the day assigning tasks, providing guidance and feedback throughout the day. The crew finished up a little earlier than projected and Josh waited patiently over 20 minutes for me to finish a conference call so he could explain and help me set up my new digital thermostat. The product is excellent and the service is SUPERIOR just like the company name.

I have just had Superior Heating and Cooling repair my air condition unit. They are a family own, local business that have been operating for 49 years. This company is very reasonably priced and my technician Chris was prompt, courteous, professional, and explained the issue and everything he did. I hope I do not need to but will definitely use this company again as well as refer them to others with heating/cooling issues. 5 Star service was definitely provided. Sharon

We had someone from Superior Heating and Cooling come out and check one of our air conditioners. Are downstairs air conditioner was working fine the upstairs one was not. This was the middle of May. We had to fly to Seattle and one of my daughters was at our home when the gentleman came to look at the air conditioner. She specifically told him to look at the upstairs air conditioner.

He actually serviced both air conditioners and my daughter wrote him a check for $800. We were okay with paying this thinking that they would both be good to go. With the recent heat the air conditioner that was causing problems has gotten worse and now is not working at all. Now we are on a waiting list for parts from another company because when I called Superior Heating and cooling they said that they would charge us for another consultation. Not happy with the service. And the record heat is not helping.

Excellent quality service from making the appointment from referral by Melissa Davis with immediate follow-up with confirmation of needs and establishing an appointment! The representative Dave was one the most professional and proficient people that I've dealt with in years! He not only assessed what would be needed, he offered reasonable options that was thorough!

Jesse and Zach came to the house looking clean and ready to work. They replaced all the duct work, tubes and piping. A new a/c unit was installed. It's so cold inside a polar bear could live here and it's over 90 outside. There was a little glitch. Zach switched a couple of wires in the thermostat so the heat wouldn't come on but Dave came right out, reversed them and life was good.

Chris Williams was prompt, professional & courteous. I was appreciative that he was mindful of an in home pet & closed the entrance doors as well. We had a spring HVAC service that was thoroughly done. He answered all of our questions on the Air Scrubber & we'll be having them out soon to install this service. Highly recommend.

Dave at Superior has been my family's go-to 'furnace guy' for many years. We trust and rely on his advice and expertise, and I want to give him a special shout-out for his unwavering kindness to my very elderly mother as her health declined. My brother and I continue the family tradition of calling Dave for furnace/AC service at our own houses. We appreciate and recommend him.

I own an older steam boiler system, which means it can be difficult to find knowledgeable technicians to work on them. Superior heating and cooling provides that service thanks to Dave! I was able to get same day service without issue. Dave is knowledgeable, quick and provides quality work with older HVAC systems. I also appreciate the information that Dave provides and explains what he's doing as he goes.

We have used Superior Heating and Cooling on 2 separate occasions. The first time was for a furnace repair the second was for maintenance, both times Dave came out and he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We found our go to company for heating and cooling needs, we would highly recommend him. We were also very pleased that the following year they followed up with us to schedule maintenance, it was very convenient. The company was also very good about appointment reminders, texting to give us information on who was coming out and their information.

Superior Heating, in the person of Josh Gutridge, was outstanding. Surpassed our expectations hugely. We'd had so many others out and they had no idea of what they were doing. SH replaced the furnace flue liner and cap, as well as all the associated ductwork. What a great job.

Had heat within 3 minutes of arriving. An hour and a half later he's shutting off my gas and says I need a new furnace about $3,800 or a $2,500 repair on a 14 year old furnace. This is 2 days before Thanksgiving, freezing temperatures are forecast and I just got out of the hospital for a major medical condition. They will finance without charging interest.

What a company. I would never recommend them or ever call them. I turned the gas on and hit the reset switches on the furnace, myself and the heat has been working just fine. It cost me $200 plus dollars to almost get scammed out of thousands.

We had all new HVAC placed in our home in September. They were not high pressure with their sales and Jesse, Josh, Chris, & Zach that did the install were great! Very professional and timely. I broke my thermostat by getting a string caught in it as I walked by. I ended up paying 317$ to get it fixed. This company seems to do good work but extremely overpriced. I took a picture of the old style thermostat that I purchased from them due to them not installing other brands, and it was 169$. That costs more than a nest. Then 70$ For half hour.

Overall I'm happy my thermostat has been replaced but my old thermostat costed 30$ so I'm a little upset that it cost soooo much to fix. I paid the invoice and agreed so In the end, it's my fault for paying but I'm not the type to have him come all the way out and not get the repair done especially after paying 78$ just to have him look at it. Overall I think a 78$ service fee on top of a 140$ hourly fee is a little pricey to begin with. So I'd probably look around more next time and would have this time, had I known.

I had an air-conditioning unit installed a few months ago and had maintenance check today. On each occasion the technicians we're professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable about the jobs and very efficient. They were recommended to me by friends and I was not disappointed. Today the technician found a problem that another company did not which will save me money in the long run.

We were in need of replacing our cooling and heating system. Superior Heating and Cooling provided top notch salesmanship of the equipment and the team that came out were a very professional group of young men. They completed the work in a timely manner, were personable and knowledgeable. They explained and walked us through the complete system and answered our questions. We recently became concerned about the longevity of our 29 year old unit and contacted Superior to give us a proposal during the fall checkup. After Lucas gave my unit the once over and told us about an issue he drew up a proposal and explained all our options and left with no real hard pressure! Two days later (Friday) I contacted Superior to go ahead with the new installations and by the following Wednesday Josh and an assistant were arriving early in the morning to do the job! (Wish I had just gotten the proposal so I could have saved on the $85 checkup charge though) We were told that it would take 8-9 hours but even with Josh needing someone to bring out a part the job only took about 6 hours which was great!

The two men worked so well I hardly knew they were in my house or in the yard and they constantly asked if I had any questions (which I had and which they answered) I appreciated their office texting photos of Lucas, Josh, and Rick (the man who brought out the part) so I knew who was coming to my house. You can be assured if you hire Superior that you will enjoy professional quality service and installation. I am.

Superior Heating & Cooling has installed new HVAC systems in two houses for us, and they have done a great job both times. The second time, our AC went out on a Thursday. Our home warranty company sent somebody out. Because the system was so old, he wasn't sure he would be able to get parts to repair it. Rather than wait indefinitely, we decided to call Superior and get a quote.

They came out on Friday, and we arranged to get a new system installed Monday. Financing was easy. The installation crew was quick. And the new system is amazingly efficient!
