Did not show up for the first appointment and said they would be back the following day. Didn't show up for that appointment. I wasted a second day waiting for them. I made several calls to set up a third and they kept saying they would call me back. They never did. I decided I can't trust these people.

Our service from All-Temp Heating and Air was perfect. Our tech Marvin was timely, called ten minutes to make us aware he was on his way. There is a reason I have stuck with AllTemp for over 5 years. Their service is impeccable. They put their customers first and listen to not only their concrete HVAC problem, but also the distress that loosing your heat or cooling can cause. They have been there for me to help guide me through difficult installation and insurance issues. I had a 13 year old system and had some repairs on it over the years. Finally got down to putting more money into it or replacing which made more sense. They arrived on time wearing masks and boots to protect my wood floors. I had it all replaced. Furnace, ac, electronic air filter, uv light, Bryant thermostat and a auto humidifier. I had it priced out and they gave me the best price on a Bryant system.
Two men did the entire install in one day. They hauled the old system away and cleaned up everything. Newer system is quieter both ac unit and the furnace. We are very happy with the price, system, install and overall operating experience

We had used All Temp to service our 45 year old boiler for many years and were very satisfied with their service. A few years ago the boiler shut down and we were without heat! All Temp couldn't come out til the next day so I frantically started calling other hvac companies til I found one that could come out that day. I was satisfied with their response so I kept using them.
This year I called them to clean the boiler and give it a look over to make sure all was well. This other company told us the boiler wouldn't last another year, it was filled with rust and that we should leave the house if our carbon monoxide alarm went off! He wanted to send an engineer to give us a quote on a new boiler. He even checked out carbon monoxide detector before he left and warned us again of the danger! And. if we weren't going to replace boiler we should at least do thousands of dollars in repairs and cleaning that he did not explain at all.
We were skeptical so we called All Temp for a second opinion. They sent Ed out the next day! Turns out everything the other guy recommended was not needed at all! The boiler is working fine. Ed recommended we could replace the thermocouple but did not pressure us to do it that day. Ed also thoroughly cleaned the boiler, something the other company did not do the day before. Ed explained what the thermocouple did and showed us why it needed replacing.
We felt confident having Ed replace the part. He answered every question we had in a way we could understand which we really appreciated. Ed clearly understands how our old boiler works and what's more we trusted him. We will continue to call All Temp for any boiler issue. We were so frightened we would have to replace the boiler for 8 to 10 thousand dollars! Now we can rest easy.

Recently moved to Del Webb in Huntley and was unhappy with my furnace. I noticed an "All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning" truck in my neighborhood. After talking to my neighbors, who highly recommended this company I called and asked to talk to Rick, the manager. Rick came to my home the next day and gave me a very reasonable quote. The next day he sent 2 of his men, Mathew and Rich, to install my furnace.
Both men were on time, very kind and knowledgeable. They effectively completed my furnace, explaining everything to me. I am very happy with this business and highly recommend them to anyone. Will be having this company install new air conditioning soon. Thanks to all!

Unbelievably great service. AC went out during summer and wasn't repairable. Replacement was done next day at a great price. Technician was very polite and got the work done quickly and was very clean. Also had a humidifier installed on furnace. The unit was faulty and fan ran backwards from manufacturer and didn't work properly. Obviously no fault of technician or All temp.
He showed me the problem and explained how the system worked and what the problem was. Replaced the unit and no problems since. I felt that they appreciated my business and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing furnace or AC repair.

Called All Temp Heating and Air installed on New rehabbed second-floor. New heater and air conditioner in the attic. They did a fantastic job. The employees are polite but really know their job. Everything has been working really well. I recently wanted to install new concrete under the air conditioner outside. So I had them disconnect them Off the units, I installed a new concrete, they came back on a day they said they would and we hooked everything up! Everything is working fine I will always use all temp heating and air conditioning service on my home.

I made an appointment with All Temperature to install a new heating and cooling system. They provided me with information and they were very good about keeping me in loop with the process. I was very happy at how clean and efficient they were. The installation was done perfectly and I wish that I could've done this a long time ago. When my heat went out I called All Temp for emergency service. I called them on a Saturday morning and Ed arrived at my place in the early afternoon, during the ETA window they gave me. Ed quickly diagnosed my issue as two fold. First he noted that the pilot light on my furnace was out and taught me how to relight it if that happens in the future.
But my heat still wasn't kicking on so he took a look at my thermostat and determined the wiring was loose and fixed it. He also informed me that my furnace (which was installed in the 80's) is pretty inefficient for the size of my apartment and gave me some advice if I were to replace it. I found this very helpful since I've been planning on replacing my furnace and the information he gave me was useful. Additionally, All Temp was upfront about the cost of an emergency visit before they sent anyone out so there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill.

We had a furnace installed by All Temp 11 years ago. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the heat exchange which was detected by Marvin. Due to Covid the part was back ordered so they were very responsive and replaced our furnace under the No Lemon clause. Jack made sure this was done quickly so we didn't have to worry about operating an unsafe furnace. The installer was professional and did quality work. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our future heating and air conditioning needs!

I called All Temp to fix some issues with a humidifier. Not only did they mis-diagnose the problem (they said the humidistat was broken; it wasn't), but the tech also did not correctly reattach the water hose when he was done. Guess what? A couple days later, I have a giant puddle and a furnace that has stopped working because the gas valve got drenched with water.
I had to call a different HVAC company to fix both the furnace and the humidifier, which they did easily. UPDATE: All Temp contacted me after this review posted, and went to great lengths to remedy the issue and compensate me for the extra expenses.

The Installation of a new AC unit went well but they did not get a zone panel installed - this apparently required another team and 'missing parts'. No issue here aside from the installers being late and never providing a courtesy call. The guys who installed the new AC unit get an extra star. The issue I ran into with All Temp is that the AC unit was installed in June and they have yet to finish the job FIVE months later.
There is no accountability from anyone at this company. The sales lead in my area (Berwyn area) claimed he was waiting on parts from the manufacturer for the panel. A Honeywell trueZone kit, (we already had the parts for install from the start) and also available anywhere online and in hardware stores. When I asked what specific parts were still needed there was never a clear answer as I got frustrated hearing the same excuse.
At one point he said he was going to be at the manufacturer and would check on parts and get back to me. I still never heard anything back. I have been messaging the field lead and calling the main office weekly to get an update and schedule the install. Each time, I get "That is not my department" or some excuse from someone that they'd give me a call back (never happened).
Currently my phone seems to be blocked for their 800 number - we used a different phone to call them, which went through. Seriously? It has been months of unanswered messages, calls and promises of call backs. Now we enter the cold months, with the new excuse is "heating emergencies". The deal seems to be that once All Temp get's your payment, they don't care about finishing the job and just ghost their clients.
In reading other reviews, it seems this is all too common and I wish I read all reviews more in-depth. At this point, I simply want the job done but am going to work with an actual professional. I would not recommend working with this company.

All temp replaced my AC and furnace and also added a whole home humidifier in August 2021. The responsiveness of my concerns and questions have been awesome! They even scheduled someone to come checkout a knocking and hissing noise on a Saturday. Explained and fixed the issues for me right away - techs explanations are great, for someone like me that has no idea about how a furnace and AC work. Great value! Three visits, two weeks and an unnecessary AC purchase later. We felt like we were trapped in a Kafka novel. It was two weeks of the coldest time of winter, and we didn't have heat. Waking up in the middle of the night with your home's temperature in the low 50s isn't something I would wish on anybody. The good news was that All Temp came out the next day for a repair.
The bad news was that, over the course of three visits, four repairmen and two weeks, we still didn't have a working furnace. The first technician showed up, not even wearing a real mask but one of those gator covers. All I heard was, "Shit shit shit, " which, as you can imagine, was a bit disconcerting. He called me over to show me that the humidifier had leaked down onto the furnace and that the motor and all the parts were fried.
He also told me that All Temp doesn't even touch that type of Genaire humidifier and that the man who invented it realized its faulty design and ended up committing suicide. I was told that we needed a new furnace and that our AC was so old that it was worth getting a new one, especially since we'd have to pay to have the furnace removed if there was ever work to be done on the AC in the future.
Since then, I've seen no evidence of this, and I'm pretty sure that was a lie told to make me feel pressured to buy a new AC as well. The quote we got included the AC installation, even though we would have to wait for a warm spring day for installation. Ultimately, we ended up feeling taken advantage of. Given that the repairmen didn't hook anything up and left two hoses sticking out above the furnace, I have my doubts they were telling the truth about the benefit of adding on an air conditioner.
But we had no heat, and there's a pandemic, and my brain wasn't at its sharpest. Most alarmingly, though, we realized that they skipped over replacing the faulty suicide-causing humidifier! They had no excuse they could come up with to explain this, so I was thinking the repair guys were just wanting to move on with their day and get to the next appointment.
They said they could come out two days later, but we didn't hear anything from them even though I was following up. They finally came back out, about an hour after the window time frame they had provided. Not a huge deal, but I had to work through the installation with all the clanging going on in the background. The man who repaired the humidifier was a nice guy and even called both of the previous repairmen to chew them out for skipping over the humidifier.
That being said, every time our furnace runs now there's a loud trickle like a fountain when the water runs down the front of the humidifier and a tube to the drain. So all told, I cannot recommend All Temp. I do feel like they pressured us to add on an AC unnecessarily and they didn't complete the repair on the first go around. If you have a furnace or AC repair or installation, I'd suggest checking out other companies instead.

I spoke with Ed at All Temp and he was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He walked me through the steps needed to deal with my issue over the phone and insisted on doing so to avoid incurring the expense of having them coming out over a simple issue. On Tuesday, the fire alarm in my basement went off and when I checked our bolier, flames were definitely not where they should be. I immediately called All Temp and they sent out Bryan and Luis within a couple hours to come and take a look. They let me know that it was time to replace this 50 year old boiler, and gave specific and informative details as to why.
We scheduled an install for two days later. Turns out they were able to get the new furnace installed the very next day, for which I was delighted. Marlon Galvez and his team came out and did a wonderful job uninstalling the old furnace and installing the new one. They were professional, polite, and extremely informative. Gave me tips on how to maintain the new furnace going forward.
They even stayed a while after installation to make sure everything was working properly. I couldn't be happier with the service from All Temp, and will recommend them to my friends going forward. Thank you so much!

This is my second experience with All Temp. Both times they have been fantastic. Today, on the coldest day of the year, my furnace stopped functioning. I called All Temp and they sent a tech (Naeem) over in an hour. He was professional, masked (important in our pandemic world), and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed and addressed the issue quickly.
And gave us valuable tips! My prior experience was also fantastic - it was just a couple of years ago now and I don't recall the tech's name. And I forgot to leave a review that time.

Our bathroom flooded into the basement and directly on top of our boiler. In the middle of winter we were left with no heat. I called this company at 10:15pm, David S called me back within minutes. He arrived within 30 minutes and by 11:15pm the radiators were running again. He was able to dry our wiring and get the system running again in no time. I'm so happy with the service we received and grateful we didn't have to wait until the morning which is what other companies told us. Thank you David for your help!

Very pleased. Needed a new furnace for an addition to a house we recently purchased in Glenview. Mike C. showed up on time for a quote and was able to honor a coupon I received in the mail (small space=small furnace). Julio and Ernesto did the installation. They were fantastic! Super friendly, professional and clean. Very careful not to make a mess. Would recommend this company for fast efficient service. Also, all were cautious with Covid, masks all around.
