I have used American Weathermakers for years for my routine maintenance, repairs and replacement of units. The office staff is beyond helpful and kind! The service techs and installers are incredibly knowledgeable. Huge shout out to John B. He's our go to service tech! He is always so friendly, timely and detailed oriented! About 2 years back I had trouble with central heating unit, the service technician came and fixed the problem. After some time i had problem again, the new technician came and took care of the problem but did not charge any amount. I was impressed with the honesty of technician and after that i decided to replace heating and A/C unit as both were original units working but lot less efficient.

Both units were installed by same Technician Anthony who is very honest, dedicated, great installer and very efficient. I would highly recommend American Weathermakers for your A/C and heating work as all their workers are dedicated and honest in their work.

Air conditioner failed to turn on, called American Weathermakers and they scheduled my appointment for the very next day. Thomas was the tech and did an amazing job. He was able to find some wires for the controller that had been damaged by an animal of some sort. Instead of suggesting a full unit replacement he was able to simply repair the damaged wires and the AC unit fired right up. This company saved me thousands of dollars! Highly suggest a raise for Thomas.

I have been using American Weathermakers for many years now. The company has always been responsive and has performed quality work for what I believe is a fair price. Jeff Taraszka has been my primary service person for the past several years performing the twice annual heating and A/C tune-ups. It is great to have continuity with the people you deal with. They get to know you and the systems that are necessary to support your needs. I would definitely recommend them.

Jeff, Corey and John were all incredibly helpful in identifying the issue with my furnace. Jeff was great at trying to assist me over the phone so I could avoid after hour rates. John was great at coming out, identifying the issue and providing me with options. Corey was great at installing the replacement parts and getting my heat to work again! I will use this company again and will refer them to friends. Everyone I spoke with (either the technicians or the people in the office) were transparent, efficient, friendly and very helpful. The service technicians more recently are very professional and very knowledgeable. Most recently, I've had worse experiences. In scheduling, I was told my window would be 8-12 (in writing). When I called toward the end of the window, the woman who answered my call was quite rude and interrupting me. She kept blaming another employee which i found unprofessional to a client.

She was so rude and there was no attempt to make it right. She blamed another employee and me at one point for not scheduling sooner. They have lost a customer due to this woman's lack of customer service.

We have had excellent results with American Weathermakers over the last 16 years! Jeff and Matt are fantastic. Jeff is newer in the company and he is phenomenal at customer service, including explaining things comprehensively and making your system function to the fullest. Matt has been with the company for a longer time, and he can diagnose and fix anything. They're both topnotch.

I've been using American Weathermakers for the past few years to do routine cleaning/maintenance on my furnace. Every tech that has come to do work has been incredibly friendly and helpful, often explaining what is going on in detail. This morning, Jeff stopped by to take care of my furnace tune up, and he pointed out a few things that were wonky with my unit and thermostat, and recommended some cheap and easy fixes.

He was super knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. It's not often that I go out of my way to write a review or recommend being part of some kind of membership, but the comfort club membership has been super helpful in 1. saving me some money and 2. making sure I stay on schedule for my maintenance. 5 stars all around!

I will start by saying this is the first time i have used this company. I cannot say enough good things about the tech, Jeff T, that they sent to the house. Very thorough. Jeff went above and beyond to diagnose the problem(s) with the boiler. I had concerns about the unit and the install. Jeff took the time to explain and address all the questions I had, in detail. I scheduled future maintenance with American Weathermakers and feel confident they will be able to effortlessly help me in the future.

American Weathermakers are reliable, easy to schedule with, and honest. We've been using them for years, as part of their "Comfort Club" and trust them with the maintenance and upkeep of our furnace and AC in our old home! They are even nice to our cats : Thomas did a great, quick job on our recent furnace maintenance visit. We appreciate them!
