I was not happy at all. It cost me well over 800 dollars to fix my air conditioner over 3 days and 2 visits. And it still does not work. Called another company in and the part will be in on Monday. These people more or less ripped me off. Last thing I had to buy was a capacitor which they changed out in the furnace. It was not bad. The serviceman was nice but, I would not recommend Burton Sheet Metal.

I also had to go out and buy air conditioners to put in 3 windows. Why, because my mom is on hospice and on oxygen and it was way to hot in the house. Also I have congestive heart failure and can not breath in this weather without air. We did not need a new unit and the man charged it and ordered a new fan motor for the unit all for 320 dollars which will be in Monday.

And I don't need a new unit for 4800 dollars. This was an expensive lesson to learn and I just want someone to be aware and not have to pay out a bunch of money they may not have. Thank you

Burton Sht Mtl installed a new furnace/ ac unit in my home last fall. They just came out to make sure the gas pressure in the a/c unit was at the proper level and ready for summer use. Good team to work with.

Furnace stopped working during horrible cold spell, called a local company from a friend's referral. 1st technician put a bandaid on problem, 2nd technician said problem was fixed, 3rd technician said new furnace was needed. 3 technicians with 3 different answers, should have seen a problem right there! After $700 was spent finally got an email with an estimate for a new furnace but no followup calls. Attempted 3 times to speak to someone about potential credits for parts already purchased was told " have to send this to a manager" No one has ever returned my call. Ended up going with a different company. Don't waste your money! Burton sheet metal certainly doesn't value their customers! Terrible customer service and obviously varying degrees of technician's abilities.

The company responded quickly. The gentleman who came out was very patient and professional. Will use them again, and highly recommend them.

After several visits and hundreds of dollars paid to this company our heating system still isn't working. Overall, our dealings with this company were unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Since then we've been told by others who've dealt with BSM that they've also experienced problems. Hopefully those looking for a company to fix/install a heat pump will consider this review.

Zero stars is too many. First, I want to say that BSM's service techs are amazing and this review has NOTHING to do with them. My furnace needed parts at it's last service. The excellent technician, Russ, said the office would call me with a price. A week went by, no call. Strike one. I called them and they supposedly began the order for the parts. Seemed to be taking forever so I called again and was told that service manager was on the phone and would call me right back.

That was a lie. Strike two. I called the next day clearly in a foul mood (with every right to be) yet level headed. Service manager could have easily solved the problem but chose to escalate it instead and then hung up. Strike three. I can see that BSM has no appreciation for loyal, paying customers who have used them for years. I also see on here that, rather than solve problems they prefer to just blame the customer.

That's an ignorant move which earns you no new business and even drives away current customers. Plenty of other HVAC contractors in the area who actually appreciate the people who pay their bills. Done with BSM.

My furnace went out and I needed someone to check it. They came out within hours after I called and there were some serious parts needed. This afternoon the parts were installed and all is well. Less than 24 hours from my original call for help. Very kind, professional people who really care. Thank you BSM, you will be my new go to company.

I was having trouble getting a reliable furnace maintenance vendor, until I tried Burton Sheet Metal. They are very courteous and on time. My furnace has been ruining great and even sounds a little quieter. Would highly recommend them for HVAC service.

Excent service as usual with Frank. On time for the appointment and did a complete service update on our furnace. It is always a pleasure to look forward to Frank's yearly visit. He represents Burton Sheet Metal well, very profesional technician who takes pride in his work, and a pleasure to see him every year We are both lucky to have him.you as his employer and us as your client. We had an annual maintenance appointment scheduled for November and then the furnace failed to kick on. BSM was able to get us a technician the next day. He was prompt and very professional and courteous. We were up and running within 30 minutes. This company has never disappointed. Highly recommend. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system maintenance
