We have been working with Steve Smylie and Smylie One since buying a 1927 house 25 years ago. They installed two AC systems in a house with a steam boiler and no ducts which are able to maintain temperatures of 71-72 degrees even when the outdoor temperatures are in the mid 90s. 19 years later they proactively upgraded the AC systems to improve efficiency.

They have replaced our steam boiler and have performed routine maintenance and repair. Their technicians are knowledgeable and always communicate what they are proposing to do and why. They show up on time for appointments, and call anytime they are running late.

Smylie One is the best in the business, wen you need service. I have two HVAC units and they watch over them like gloves. Mikhail is a true professional and he is always neat and clean. He is dependable and always explains a situation if it requires any service. He follows the character and reputation that Steve Smylie and the company has portrayed for many years. There is no one better.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are so responsive, every time I've called, a tech is over within the hour - even on a Saturday night. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. My AC recently broke, and it's 80+ degrees outside. A tech came out on Sunday to look over our system and then Steve Smylie himself came by on Monday, and fixed the problem.

He gave me his business card and told me to call him later to make sure everything is still working right. He was so kind and helpful, I've never received such personal attention from any company before. I'll always use Smylie One and recommend them to all of my friends & family!

Our furnace stopped working on Saturday night, the tech showed up quickly and was friendly and professional. He showed us why it wasn't working and why it wasn't safe to run. We were in touch with the company and, as promised, Monday morning we received a quote and because it was an emergency they were able to squeeze us in for a new furnace. The installers were friendly and professional and left the space clean! Recommend on every level.

This is my third experience working with Smylie One, and the first time at a new-to-me (but VERY old) house that needed a replacement furnace and A/C system installed - a big job! From the quoting process, to cleaning up after install, to the fine details of walking me through how to change the filters on the new furnace, every person I came into contact with was responsive, professional, and friendly.

My dogs liked them, and they're the best judge of character out there! The completed work was thorough and detail-oriented, and I feel that I received excellent products, installation and service for a very fair price. I would not hesistate to recommend Smylie One to anyone for their HVAC needs!

Well about a month ago they came out to check some work that needed to be done mainly heating cooling and plumbing. They said they couldn't help me with plumbing ok cool. I had a guy (Ronnie) tell me he'll get me an estimate for a brand new hvac and furnace. Call back Thursday get their receptionist telling me Ronnie. Will call me back. It's Saturday and I've got no call back or an estimate. Don't waste your time I will take my business elsewhere. Should not take that long for an estimate much left no response. Terrible service

Mikhail was fantastic. Showed up within 40 minutes on a Sunday morning. Troubleshot every step properly and kept us up to date with what to expect. Found the right parts (Circuit board) and had it installed the next morning. Definitely recommend. Service: Heating system repair

This is my second time using Smylie One and I could not be more impressed. They've been quick to respond and extremely thorough with their assessment and recommendations. Their Technician, Dave, was simply fantastic - he was empathetic and creative with finding a way to keep the heat running over the weekend while we waited for the new parts and repairs on Monday morning. I was most impressed with how he followed up throughout the weekend ensure we were on track. He is as good as it gets!

I keep a service partnership with Smylie. For near 20 years Smylie has been the first choice for any work I have needed done. Water heaters, furnace maintenance, plumbing issues, and air conditioning installation, have all been done correct, done right the first time, and done at a reasonable cost. There are others, but none really better.

I have had service contracts with Smylie for 20 years. I am glad. They have serviced my home well and there may be others, but none really better.

Smylie team of Cody and Jerrel did an incredible very difficult job at our home installing 2 high velocity air conditioning systems. It was a lot of dirty work in cramped spaces and they always went the extra mile to ensure that the new system was as unobtrusive as they could make it be. They did an awesome job! Our AC wasn't blowing cold air and I also smelled Freon coming from the vents so I submitted my concern on Smylie Ones website. Linda then spoke to me and sent the technician Andres over to diagnose our ac unit. The first thing Andres did before entering our home was that he put on shoe covers which was very important for us! Andres explained that our ac unit outside was low on Freon but could also be leaking somewhere in the lines.

He then pointed us in the right direction to speak with consultants about replacing our ac unit. Andres and Linda were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company and would definitely be contacting them for all our plumbing, heating & cooling needs. Thanks again!

Our installers were on time, efficient, and professional. Most important to me was their respect and care of our home. No damage to our walls or floor. They cleaned up everything. Smylie One was a positive experience from start to finish. There office staff was kind and caring to answer my questions, as well providing update on the the plumbers arrival. The plumber worked diligently until the problem was located and the job was finished. The cost was very fair and we appreciated the overall experience.
