We used Ronnie 4 1/2 years ago for major rennovations to our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We were happy with the outcome and spent thousands of dollars and the work was well done. I called Ronnie recently for some minor work needed and did not receive a returned call. Although I would have been dissapointed if he called to say he does not accept small projects, that at least would have shown courtesy and professionalism.
Everyone is busy and overworked, but make time to pick up the phone to return a call or send a text. I posted on Facebook about the overall project rennovations that in part Ronnie was involved with and how thrilled I was with the outcome. I ommitted his business, not deliberately and he brought this to my attention. I updated the post to include his business. Because he was so intent on having Dighton Plumbing on the acolades, when things don't go well you need to own up to that too.

I reached out for a quote on a new heating system as our oil fired boiler cracked last month. Dighton plumbing and heating said they would mail us a quote, which never came. We had 3 young children at home with no heat - not sure why you cannot just be up front with us and tell us you cannot take on the job. Becuase we waited on companies like yours to provide us quotes that never came though you said it would, you prolonged the process of us getting a new system installed. We went with MJ heating and cooling and has been a very good experience. Reach out to them before unresponsive companies like this!
