Propane Plus

We have used Propane Plus for 20 years they've always gone above and beyond. They are very professional, curtious, and always return our calls in a prompt manner. The owners are honest, reliable and professional so is their staff from the receptionist to the delivery drivers. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

Been using Propane Plus for over 20 years. Never had any issues. They are fast for service when needed. Their office staff is always helpful.

Changed to one star due to being lied to by your staff. When we were converting over to natural gas, your staff told us we would be refunded for 60% of the cost of what was left in the tank. When we called back to see where the refund was, your staff said they were processing it and should be in the mail that week. When calling a few months later to see where it the refund was, we were told that we don't get a refund when converting to natural gas.only to electric heat.

That is very unethical and extremely unprofessional. You should simply state in the contract that switching to natural gas voids a customer's eligibility for a refund, so we as customers know we will incur a loss and can make an informed decision. Your staff certianly should not be making verbal promises over the phone if they are untrue.

I don't often post reviews, but I thought I'd counter the negative ones I see here and offer my experience with Propane Plus. I have been using Propane Plus since I bought my house in 2015. The previous owners of the house were already using them for propane service, and for the past 5 years, I've been given no reason to switch to a competitor.

They come regularly to deliver my propane and leave the bill, I pay the bill, world keeps on spinning. I've only called them a handful of times, but each time, I was greeted warmly; never have I encountered a rude person on the other end of the line. Today, I had a technician over to perform an A/C tune-up. Couldn't have been a nicer guy.

He was polite, professional, and got the job done without incident. From what I can tell, my A/C is working great, so mission accomplished. To summarize, while others might have had a negative experience with Propane Plus, I've not once had a problem with their service or their employees. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come!

I had questions on the previous home owners usage and they realized the there was an error. it was corrected within 20 min and they adjusted my pricing. They are a great company to work with.

They came and to look at one of my condensers that was not firing up. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to reset the condenser unit but could not identify the root cause of the problem. He told me if it happened again to reset the button which I did. The unit would not fire up so I called them back. They told me that they didn't want to work on a 12 year old unit because they were afraid other things might go wrong and they would get a bad review so the only thing the offered was a replacement unit for $5,600! Are you kidding me?

They didn't even come back to take a second look! So I paid them $125.00 for them to tell me to buy a new one from them. Fat chance of that happening. I asked for a call back from one of the owners named Tim. never got one. Called Taylor Heating and Colling. They came right out and fixed corrected the problem in short time. Boooooooo Propane Plus!

Great to work with, great integrity and very fair HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Still charging fuel surcharge. Either they don't know how to reprogram there computer or they like the money. No reason for a fuel charge

Our propane tank ran out around Christmas time. They essentially held our heating assistance check hostage until we paid a $175 fee because of this. Despite my best efforts to calmly explain that this was not something I could possibly afford, and that I had a cold house and a baby, they simply reiterated that I needed to pay the $175 with a credit card, otherwise they would not deliver the $840 worth of propane that was already paid for.

I generally don't write reviews, but I can't sleep and I feel nauseated every time I hear the heating vents come on. I lay awake at night wondering if whatever it was that they did for $175 was truly worth a month's worth of groceries for my family.

This company is the foulest most incompetent, ,r udest establishment i have ever dealt with. the owner is a certifiable crazy person. I could go on forever how they have treated us, but I would run out of memory. suffice to stay, dont go anywhere near them.

This is the worst Propane company to get propane delivery from, they are liar, player, money hungry.

I love these guys/gals! They are prompt with service and are always following up to make sure I have enough propane. Very professional! Unfortunately for them I have a very efficient home so I don't see them that often but they do always folow up : Second to none service!

I used this company for a short time. The customer service is terrible and they do not return calls. I called and left messages eleven times with no return call. I had to switch to a different provider who was helpful and returned calls. I asked PropanePlus to return my money for the gas they took back. They never did. I would not recommend this company.
