Can't say enough about Dupuis Oil company. I've had them now for 10 years and have had nothing but perfect service every time I need them. Their technicians are properly trained and knowledgeable and are always polite and courteous. When an issue with my burner occurs they are responsive and have always arrived same day or next day to resolve the issue. I have and will continue to recommend Dupuis to my friends and family.

BE WARNED: Do not contract this company! You will be sorry. They are terrible, unprofessional and useless. They were contracted to install a Generac Generator. After giving them a deposit and waiting six months they still could not get a generator. I then had to acquire generator on my own and they couldn't get it installed correctly and had to have someone else finish the job. Their solution was to tell me it was not their problem.

I can't say enough about how great Dupuis is. They cover my Oil needs as well as my AC. They are always within their service windows and any time I've needed a service call for an issue they are out extremely fast. Every person I've dealt with has been professional and courteous. They have great service plans for maintenance and oil delivery. I can honestly say I can't say one thing bad about them.

Very impressed with their service. On time, on budget. Techs were VERY professional and thorough. No mess left behind. e Capt for the newmini-splits and compressor, you would never know they were there. This is. my second experience with Dupuis. The first was replacing a boiler that crapped out in 10 degree weather. Fantastic in every way. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks, Marc, Lynn, Will, Mike and Jason!

I've been a very satisfied customer for 27+ years. When I was a real estate investor, we purchased multiple oil burners in one year only to have problems with defective products. Pete was great to deal with and helped us resolve all issues. Years later when a plumber installed the wrong oil tank in my brand new house, Dupuis again came out and handled the issue. Great customer service.

I have been using Dupuis for about 8 years. I have had incredibly positive experiences with everything from service calls, to cleanings, to disputing a bill and having the slate wiped l clean. Being in sales, I understand the need for good customer service, and Dupuis goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. Amazing company. Highly recommend!

Dupuis has been very helpful and amazing! They came right out when I thought my tank was empty for an emergency service. Come to find out the water intake was clogged on my boiler, so it shut down. They fixed it and had it up and running in no time. They called to remind me that I needed a tune up, because I had forgotten. They have been amazing!

I've been with Dupuis for about 10 years. Overall a good experience except for the propane side. Last November my stove stopped working and I needed a replacement. It's been 6 month. emailing back and forth with Dupuis and nothing has changed. I don't understand. The oil side good. The propane side.?

Dupuis cleaned and serviced my oil converted to gas furnace. The unit passed the carbon monoxide test I needed to get insulation in my house. The service technician also got my third floor forced hot air furnace up and running quickly (it needed a filter replacement). The service was affordable and only took an hour for both furnaces.
