As new homeowners, my husband and I were in need of a reliable plumber in the area - luckily we found Matt & his sons. They have done a number of jobs for us in our short 6 months in our new home and we are forever grateful for their punctuality, professionalism, and extensive knowledge & skills. We highly recommend Greenpoint Plumbing!

Matt and his sons did some extensive plumbing work in my new home build from start to finish. Their work has been flawless. Always professional, polite and on time. I will for sure be using Greenpoint Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone in need of a good reliable plumber.

Initially when I reached out to Greenpoint Plumbing, Matt was super nice. I contacted Matt because I wanted to convert my electric stove to gas and have a gas line run from the unit 12 ft up through the kitchen floor. Matt told me the earliest he could come was after 4pm Monday, 6/13. Matt had asked if I would send him a text to remind him of our discussion, so I did.

Around 12pm, on 06/13 - i sent Matt a quick text to confirm we were still on for after 4pm today and that I had to leave my house by 530pm to get to an apt. Matt called me and was extremely rude saying that - He is a sole business owner and up on a ladder and I am shooting off text messages like fire and he could not commit to be there by 530pm. He doesn't know when he would be able.

He very rudely said, why don't you just call when you get home and he would see if he could come. Again, I had committed to after 4pm - just not past 530pm. With his huge attitude, I politely said not to worry and I would find another company. If you are thinking of doing business with this company, I would reconsider. Totally unprofessional.

I am thrilled with the wonderful job that Matt and his son, Ben, did on my home today. I had what appeared to be signs of an early leak in some basement copper plumbing. They came out promptly, same day, and completed the job right there and then. They repaired the segment that was leaking and did so professionally and expertly. They also made other suggestions on the need to update other areas of worn piping, given the condition of the part that was replaced, as well as a tank related to the hot water heater installed in 2011.

They were an awesome team. I am so happy that I contacted their business. Bright, polite, friendly, efficient, accessible and expert. Can't ask for more! Thank you, Matt and Ben!

Matt and his team at Greenpoint Plumping & Heating have exceeded my expectations with the work they have done at my employers office. After calling multiple plumbing facilities in the area, Matt's company was the only company willing to come fix the plumbing in a short amount of time. Also what seemed to be am overflow of the toilet in the beginning Matt discovered a large pipe leakage and blockage in the basement.

He immediately sent his employees and they worked on it for less than 24 hours. The price was reasonable for the job that was done and most importantly he educated myself on the cause of the issue to prevent further issues in the future. Lastly, his entire team was friendly. Heard about Greenpoint through my sister in law, who had nothing but great things to say about Matt. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and explained everything he was going to do. The work he did was incredible. New outdoor spigots and shutoffs, as well as installing a new kitchen faucet with new shutoffs under the sink. Everything looks great. We will definitely be using Greenpoint again, along with recommending them to anyone looking for a great plumber.

Matt and Ross were fantastic. Responded quick, diagnosed and fixed the issue right away. Fantastic people to work with. I really appreciate how seriously Greenpoint takes their customer's concerns. Supporting a local family owned Business is a huge plus too.

We worked with Greenpoint to have our new hot water heater installed. Upon first notice, we immediately noticed how thorough Matt was with his explanation so that we would understand what exactly was needed. On the day of the installation they were on time, courteous and professional. Matt made sure to answer any questions we had during the process. I had been looking for a good plumber in my area. Greenpoint came up as a referal on a local fb page. I decided to give Matt a try based on the reviews I had read. I am happy to say that I have found a very good plumber! Both my husband and I are very satisfied with the quality of work, Matt's friendliness and professionalism. His prices are fair and reasonable for the job involved.

He replaced a pressurized water pipe reinforcing and stabilizing it. He straightened out my bathtub drain pipe fixing the slant so the water flows down and drains better. He installed a new showerhead, faucet on/off handle and new drain. The following day my refrigerator water tubing sprung a big leak. I called Matt and within the hour he called right back and arrived shortly after. Matt's son Ross was with him assisting.

He was polite and professional and I was highly impressed by this young man of 19. They replaced the tubing and inserted a shut off valve from the water main. Very thankful to have found them and highly recommend to anyone in need of a plumber. Great job Matt and Ross- thanks again!

In addition to the work already listed Matt also replaced some very old and not so easily accessible shut off valves. He always responds in a timely fashion and his work is always high quality with close attention to detail. We also very much appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile in taking the time to check on a couple other minor issues before he left. Would highly recommend.

Having Matt come to check out my furnace problem was a great idea. He returned my phone call in very reasonable time also when he was running a little late he actually took the time to let me know and apologize for being late. He showed up and inspected the job and gave me the price of the work and if I wanted him to do it. The price was reasonable and he did excellent work and left no mess when he was done the furnace looked like it did when I first had it installed which was 35 years ago. Matt said any problems he would come over just to call him. I recommend him to everyone I know as he did an outstanding job.

We had Matt install a gas line for our new gas wood stove. Absolutely fantastic job. Exceptional work done professionally in a timely fashion. The cleanliness he incorporated was bar none. He also installed new faucets in our basement. Another stellar job. I would not hesitate to contact or recommend Greenpoint for any plumbing job.

Matt called me back right away. He came to the house when he said he would, gave me my options and prices. Extremely professional, neat and overall a good person. I strongly recommend anyone to contact Matt. You won't regret it.
