To say I've had bad luck with plumbers would be an understatement. After my past plumbers, my concern has always been will the job get done right. Thankfully, I found Thomas Kennedy. I've used their services consistently over the past 5 years. They are responsive, polite, professional and don't price gouge you.

After more than a year, my toilet is leaking. Root of the problem is that they installed the toilet too close to the wall, which does not allow the toilet tank to sit level. Then the water starts to leak from the bolt.
Business response
I am responding to the review below. This person moved into a condo that we had completed work on over two years ago. Work was done for a buidling contractor not the individual. Final plumbing inspections according to state code were passed on all units – that obviously includes installing the toilet correctly. He called and told us he had lived there for over a year and recently had a problem with the toilet leaking. We informed him that the warranty period of 1 year (usual for all construction) was over and that we would be required to charge him for the service call. He became irate and could not understand that just like a car your home has a limited warranty.
