From my first contact with the office staff to the last day walk through of my newly installed AC system, I was greatly impressed with the whole process. Leah in the office was always helpful and pleasant, Kris did the initial walk through giving me many helpful suggestions, and Jared and Ben were super competent and efficient installers who went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with every tiny detail of the process. We HIGHLY recommend this company for their professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction!

I hired C&C to install a hybrid water heater and remove my indirect water heater because I wanted my oil system gone. The techs were excellent and professional and answered every question I had. They even explained why they couldn't legally set my water temp at the same temp as my old one due to codes being 130° max allowance. My old tank gave me 160° water, which is extremely dangerous.
I have a different company removing my old systems but they refused to disconnect the boiler from the piping system. So I asked C&C if they could disconnect my boiler for me at no charge, because I already paid for the water heater. I was politely told that I'd have to pay for any additional work due to it not being part of the water heater install, which is accurate.
I feel as though the company I hired to remove my boiler is responsible for disconnecting the boiler and not C&C who installed the water heater. I should have realized that extra work means an extra charge, even though I've paid for other projects, those werent apart of this project. C&C has been nothing but honest and fair from day one! I highly recommend this company!

Unprofessional and dishonest. Called regarding frozen pipes and was told this was a problem they could address. Kris, the owner came out and quickly said it wasn't something he could resolve. Kris stated because there was a miscommunication in services offered, the bill would be waived. I was billed anyway. Kris took two weeks to return a call regarding this.
In this call he was rude, insulting, and couldn't reasonably acknowledge billing when it was said that it would be waived. He further couldn't explain why an appointment was made knowing it wasn't a service they offered.

Our heating system was making a lot of noise right before we were leaving to go away and Bob and Leah's prompt, professional response was greatly appreciated! Thomas came and identified the problem, left to get a part and took care of the issue that day. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH ANY COMPANY IN ANY FIELD! Nightmare from start to finish. Small sample of the many problems include dealing with Tracey (customer service rep) who was extremely rude and impolite. After having no heat for 2 weeks, she refused to tell me when an appointment time was going to be, so I could be home for it.
She lied to me about several things, hung up on me, wouldn't answer when I called back, and told me "she could not talk to me and had other customers to deal with." Finally, it took 4 days to install the new unit including the company staying until midnight one night in hopes they would finish (they didn't). Very unprofessional to stay so long at inconvenient hours.
The install was not done properly, they had to come back 5 ADDITIONAL times to fix it because we had no hot water after they finished initially. They also damaged part of the door where the heating unit is and made no apology or offer to fix it. After the town inspection (which the company never told us about, after 6 weeks they randomly called and wanted to schedule it right away showing no consideration for us, why wasn't this mentioned at all before in all the times you had to come to our house or in the 6 weeks since your company has been at our house Tracey?) IT STILL WASNT UP TO CODE they had to come back again (follow up #6) to bring it up to code and fix their mistakes.
The final time straw happened the other day with follow up #6 after their work failed inspection. After scheduling an appointment, the company and owner decided to ignore the scheduled time and to just show up randomly the day before the appointment instead. THE OWNER, who like the rest of his company, never show up wearing masks when entering someone's home.
I asked THE OWNER to please put on a mask as it is my mothers house and she is 79 with stage 3 kidney disease and other health issues. He still took the "not even a mask but a gator" off as soon as I was out of sight and kept it off while doing work. This company does not care at all about customer safety or customer service and satisfaction. Their displayed actions and negligence can literally kill someone, if they haven't done so already it's a miracle.
There are many more horrific things this company has done, too many to name and I am trying not to get an ulcer from all the reminders of aggravation. They had to come back 6 additional times to do work that should have been done correctly in the first place, what a joke. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER!

Jason Bouchard did an excellent service call to diagnose my oil burner. Arrived on time, listened to my explanation of my concern, performed tests, located the cause of my concern, showed me the reason for the noise, and reassembled the burner. Totally professional. CC Temp Control is the worst. Their technicians arrived at 10 am on Dec 21 to clean my furnace, which was working fine and not leaking, to change out the furnace filters. They were in and out all day, removing and installing parts they said were broken or clogged, but which were not defective in any way. By the time they left at about 5 pm, after creating a disruptive day, my furnace had shut down, the heat was off and I was in a heating emergency, the digital thermostat had gone blank and would not work, the furnace pump was leaking water on the floor, they had removed the zoning board circuitry and the digital thermostat without permission or discussion, and they had left unconnected wiring hanging from the furnace.
They also left pieces of metal, wiring, packing material, plastic, dirty fingerprints, and dirt all over my bathroom sink and floor, the thermostat, my walls, my carpeted stairs, and the mechanical room floor. The techs were not trained or licensed in the electrical work they performed without permission, and they were not competent even to perform the basic furnace maintenance without damaging the furnace - they kept calling their boss for instructions.
They then refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes, saying that my furnace and the thermostat, which were working fine before they arrived, were faulty. We hired C & C to do two boiler cleanings @ $250.00 each - at the first location the boiler was found to have two parts that needed replacing - we agreed on a price to do the work - was told by the technician it would take an hour to replace. The heat does not work after the work is done and they have to go back to the location again the next day - should not be on our dime - but lo and behold the bill shows up and suddenly there is 2.5 hours of additional labor charged to the invoice.
We question them on the return trip - which should not have been charged because the technician forgot to bleed the system after changing the parts - a rookie mistake. The bill is $200 higher then it should have been based on the quotes provided by the technician when he called for authorization. If you do business with these guys - be sure to get everything in writing prior to doing the work. Of course when the heat isn't working and you have tenants complaining - they have you by the short hairs and you are at their mercy. BEWARE OF CROOKS.

They installed a ductless mini-split system for me in early September. I have been testing it out before writing. Has been working as expected with no problems. The salesman and installers were very responsive to my needs, installation was on schedule and done well. Their price was the best of the 5 estimates I got for the same equipment. Jared and Ben were great and did a super job - would recommend this company to others.

Replaced my propane/forced air/central air system with a Mitsubishi heat pump system. It's a significant investment but economically it was very smart and I am confident the system will pay for itself. C&C was great to work with. They provided a timely competitive proposal and did the install (decent sized project) within a month. The install was done smartly and professionally by Jarett and Ben. I definitely recommend.

Our A.C. system stopped functioning the end of last summer. After a disastrous experience with another company that tried unsuccessfully several times to patch things up, we called C&C on the recommendation of a friend who had used them to straighten out a similar issue. They came in, took the time to make a thorough assessment, and determined that since it was a very old unit the compressor and other parts of the system needed an upgrade.
They also took the time to explain exactly what our issues were. On the day of the install, John, Jason, Derrick, and Adam arrived on time and were a whirlwind of activity getting the entire job done in one day. We were well pleased with the quality of the work and the neatness and politeness of the staff. So pleased to have found them, and to have our system in the hands of competent pros.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob Chase when deciding to replace my AC and Heating unit. Bob was professional and kind and answered all my questions, which made me feel very comfortable to chose his company to do the job. His team Joe, Matt and Brian did an amazing job with removing my old units and installing the new AC and Heater units. They were very pleasant and Joe explained everything they were doing throughout the day.
They took the time to clean up after and I could not have been more pleased with their work and my experience! I used C & C Temp Control to install 3 ductless AC units in my house. Everyone I spoke with at the company was responsive and courteous thoughout the process. On the day of the install the two technicians, Derek and Jimmy, were right on time for the install and went through all the steps they planned to do before getting started. They were respectful of my house and property and made sure we knew how everything worked before finishing the job. I would highly recommend using C & C Temp Control due to their customer service that they provide throughout the whole process.

Initially, I had no issues with this company. I asked for a specific unit, received a quote, and had it installed in a timely manner and moved on. Over the winter, my heating bills became higher than ever compared to the past few winters with an old unit. Therefore, I called the company to get some feedback. They sent their lead tech, who came to inspect the unit during which I inadvertently found out that the unit installed was not the unit I asked for.
My initial email and inquiry regarding a new heating unit indicated the exact model I wanted. Therefore, I figured the quote I received was for this particular model. I called and spoke to the owner Chris to resolve the matter after checking and confirming our email exchanges. Unfortunately, his response was very unprofessional and downright rude.
He laughed at me, told me I signed a contract and should have checked the model numbers. He was very difficult to reason and deal with. However, once my boyfriend got involved and spoke to Chris, the situation was quickly resolved, and I now have the unit that I initially asked for. My intention was never to demand money or cause an issue, I simply wanted the product I intended to have installed.
This matter could've been resolved with one phone conversation, instead it took two and an additional meeting. Regrettably, I felt disrespected and feel that it was solely because I am a woman. I would not recommend this company to my family or anyone I know based on, not the quality of the equipment, but the quality of customer service.

They replaced and installed two new central AC systems, heating boiler and water heater. It was a big item job and they have been nothing sort of phenomenal. They were always on time, very respectful and went out of their way to make sure that all my questions or concerns are taken care of. Can't be more satisfied. Highly recommended

I was a little hesitant at first given the the wide rage of reviews, but they replaced my existing system with a new one, spent the extra half a day to make sure it was all done correctly, helped me with completing the rebate paperwork, and the office staff, while not able to answer any of my technical questions, were friendly and always followed back up with me once they had the answer to my question.
Their price was significantly better than the other quotes I received and they tried to work around my schedule as best they could. I will update this review when I need to contact them for service or if I need to use their 1 year service warranty, but I am not disappointed with the service they provided.

I'm just going to call this Where's Bob? I called to get a quote for central AC last fall. Had a set time with Bob and he was a no show. Called back and was told "something came up". Set up a new time with Bob, he came an looked around, answered my questions. I receive his quote and called back to ask a couple follow-up questions. This is where I should have stepped away, I was told he would call back but no Bob.
This goes on most of the winter. I call, they say he will call back but doesn't. We finally get back in touch this spring ( months later) and I give them the job. Bob tells me they could start the end of May. Nope, Bob made a mistake on the calender they can't start until the 3rd week of June. I agreed and spoke with the office staff several times to make sure everything was set.
I hear nothing leading up till this Friday afternoon when I call to see what time they will arrive on Monday. Guess what? Bob "forgot" to order the equipment for my house. So to sum this up: Bob missed our appointment Bob didn't get my message ( office problems he said) Bob had to change start date Bob forgot to order the equipment We cancelled our 19K job with Bob! The 1 star. are for the office folks. Deb and Leah. very nice! No stars for you Bob. Bad Bob!

This place is the worst. Go somewhere else. Trust me. I spent 16k with these people on a new heating and AC system. The install was fine, but that's where it all ends. They are very dishonest and have horrendous customer service. They send this guy name Kevin to my house on multiple occasions who has no idea what he's doing. He came to service my system and then proceeded to shut my hot water off.
He then told me I needed a new hot water heater and would call me later with a price. Well, he never called me until I called their incompetent office manager named Deb. This lady is the definition of incompetence. She made all the excuses in the world for his behavior and finally gets me a ridiculous quote, which was around $2,500. Turns out the hot water heater never needed to be replaced.

We have been getting services from this company for a year now, and its all coming to me now the racketing of this company. They would actually charge you for 2-4 hrs if they can get away with it. On july 18, 2016 just to replace a "standard"capacitor and $100 filter. Billed us for 2.5 hours when the actual work time is not even an hour. The bill was $450.00.
The manager on the phone said she was only going to reduce it to $49.00. I told the manager to ask her worker "Kevin" herself if he did worked for 2.5 hrs in my house, the manager ridiculously told me why would she believe me and not Kevin, when they have thousands of clients. I do remember so well we had a chat with my mom, and was not aware he was gona charge us for that too!

I have to agree with the other reviewer who said that they charge for 1.5 hours of time when they were at my house for 30 minutes. That was the first of two visits it took to replace a humidistat. The second visit I am billed for 2.5 hours. Total 4 hours or $430 labor plus the part for $152. For the part at that price they already make at the very minimum a profit of $80, I looked that up prior to the install.
But I understand the fact that they will charge retail for the part ( in this case very high retail) and I figured their expertise in installing it was worth their markup. Well not when you also charge $430 in labor for what should have been a one hour job. He did have to do some minor rewiring. Old unit analog, new unit digital. But not $430 worth. Who do they think they are kidding. They are a rip off. Never again.

This company pulled the "we don't have the part in the truck" gimmick to try to jack up their rate. I called because I needed a new thermostat wire to install a nest thermostat. When I made the appointment, I told the person on the phone that I needed a three-conductor wire. When the technician came, he informed me that he did not have the wire in the truck, and needed to go back to the shop to pick up the wire.
This is ordinary thermostat wire! It's not a specialty part, so I'm pretty shocked that they did not have it with them when I specifically made the appointment for this wire. The technician arrived an hour later with the spool of wire, and then asked me to help him run the wire. I'm about 10-15 minutes away from their shop. Overall, it took the technician 45 minutes to perform the work, but the technician billed me for 2.5 hours of work! Will not do business with again, and I've recommended that Nest remove them from their list of approved vendors.
This is ordinary thermostat wire! It's not a specialty part, so I'm pretty shocked that they did not have it with them when I specifically made the appointment for this wire. The technician arrived an hour later with the spool of wire, and then asked me to help him run the wire. I'm about 10-15 minutes away from their shop. Overall, it took the technician 45 minutes to perform the work, but the technician billed me for 2.5 hours of work! Will not do business with again, and I've recommended that Nest remove them from their list of approved vendors.

I wish i could give them less than 1 star. they charge for the drive from their place to come out. The guy burst 2 dye packs all over my place, making a giant mess. They had to come back 3 times for something that should have only taken two. Then they left me a note and charged an outrageous fee for the final visit. The only good thing i can say about them was everyone was really nice.

I received a call from my tenant saying there was a problem with the furnace - and of course, it was the coldest day of the year with a storm moving in. We were able to resolve the problem short term, but I knew I needed to get someone out there immediately. After a bit of a panic, I called C and C - and could not be more impressed with their customer service. Debbie handled the call professionally, assured me that a tech would be in touch to diagnose the problem.
A few hours later, I got a call back from my tenant telling me the tech did call, diagnosed the problem over the phone and got everything in working order. What a relief! Because of their excellent service, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Terrific!

Great service! Nice people! I've been a customer for over 5 years and I've never been disappointed. They respond promptly and do great work. Every tech who has come to my home as been polite, friendly, and informative. One time they had to come to my house on the day of their company Holiday Party to thaw frozen pipes. They stayed until they knew I'd be set, even though it was late.
I recently had them install a high efficiency boiler and water heater in my home. They gave me a good price, and did excellent work. They were in my home for 3 days, and they were a pleasure!
