Williams Fuel Oil

I just thought I should pass along my review. These guys always provide top notch service. Call in AM generally find a way to sneak you in if you need it. I don't even bother price shopping or even checking I don't care. People on the phone always nice, drivers are great. Good place to do business.

I have to say that I am very pleased with Williams oil company. We had a very bad storm on a Friday night and woke up to no heat Saturday morning, our oil burner kicked back soot and shut down. We had no heat. We have a wood stove but very little wood. The roads were so bad on Saturday and the storm was still going strong. I called and they came out asap, first thing Sunday.

They worked on it for 3 hours. We got heat. Later that night we had another problem with it. It's was 11 pm they wanted to come right out, I said it could wait until Monday. They worked on it for 3 hours Monday and didn't charge us for the work they did. Our boiler was a mess! Williams went above and beyond what they were obligated to do. Kevin K. This company is amazing! I was about to run out of oil in my furnace during the coldest week of the season, called them, and they delivered oil the next day! I am very grateful for the hardworking people over at Williams Oil for their service!

My wife and I just had our first child and were in the hospital a bit longer than anticipated. With a newborn, I lost track of time and let my tank run dangerously low. I called their on-call service at 8pm on a Friday night before an expected 15 inches of snow and within 5 minutes, Chris, the owner called me personally. I explained that I screwed up and he was more than accommodating and his team filled my tank up within 2 hours. The Welch family is more than grateful and our son can stay warm throughout the storm. Williams Fuel Oil has been GREAT since we started using them after we moved here in 2019. Our water heater failed 2 times and they came in the next day and fixed it the same day. They are super responsive and technicians are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a heating service provider!

Just switched to Williams Oil and are so happy we did! We called and they were out here the next day to deliver. Stephanie who delivered was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was a pleasure to meet. I am so happy with our decision to switch to them. Thank you!

Williams Oil has been nothing but wonderful to work with. Between the great rates and customer service we have been so happy with their service. The owner and the service techs have proven to be helpful, reliable, timely and very knowledgeable. We have been very happy with the service since we started with them almost 2 years ago. Would highly recommend to our friends and family!

They started out great years ago and as they have grown have become worse and have little care for Customer service. My wife and I have been repeatedly treated rudely have never been given any consideration despite over 30 years as an oil Customer and almost 20 as both oil and service. Today I needed to schedule a cleaning and was told it would be over a month to get one. Furnace is acting up due to being over due for cleaning but still nothing they could do except a service call.

I don't need a service call, I need a cleaning. Seems silly to pay twice since the service call guy won't do the cleaning(I've encountered this is the past). So I called around and found several who could do a cleaning by Monday and called to cancel. I ended up with Brian Williams answering the phone. I expressed how I was upset and that we would be taking our business elsewhere and he actually challenged me to come down and fight him!

He was careful in the wording, but it went like this. "You want to come down?" I was like "what to fight?" He said "I didn't say that, you want to come down here?" Again I said "are you serious, like let's step outside type of thing?" He said "Yeah". This is the most unprofessional treatment I've ever encountered and a shame that clearly things will only be getting worse as the next generation takes over.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They have shiny trucks and decent oil prices and ok techs, but their Customer service is absolutely terrible and they are very rude.

We let our oil get too low on New Year's Eve and it got so cold we ran out. Didn't find this out until we returned from a party at 1am. My wife called Williams emergency line and the owner came out with a delivery and a restart for our furnace. At 3:00 AM! He didn't want to bother his employees on the holiday. Incredible service and we are customers for life. Wish more companies treated their customers this way.
