Great experience with design and installation of new HVAC system. The team did a very nice job with the installation, taking time to make things as discreet as possible. My first year owning my house. Of course the heat acts up and I get the the number of an HVAC company. The guy comes out, tells me it's the boiler and I should get a plumber. I call a plumber and he comes and replaces a part that didn't need replacing. The heat still wasn't working. I heard from a few people that Needham Mechanical was excellent. I called and explained that my kids are doing school at home because of the pandemic and that I could really use their help. Boom!

They said we will come first thing tomorrow morning. The technician "Lucas" arrived promptly as promised. He looked at the system for a few minutes and said "I'll be right back." Shortly he returns and tells me that an outdoor thermostat was the cause of the boiler not turning on. He replaced the thermostat in a matter of minutes, and the boiler and the heat came roaring on! Needham Mechanical is my new HVAC Company! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Before all the craziness of covid-19 I got several quotes to replace duct work and 2 furnaces. Needham Mechanical's price was lower than we anticipated and the job was done quicker than I ever could have imagined! I spoke with Courtney multiple times, she really helped me understand what needed to be done and when it would all be completed. She went over our bill and all of our rebates with us as well!

She was so professional and kind. The 3 workers that came to my house where such nice guys! They were friendly, neat and worked hard! They showed up on time, worked a full day and completed my job in just 2 days! They even went the extra mile and checked the duct work I was not fixing and made sure all seals were tight. (Some were not) I highly recommend this company! If you're on the fence give them a call and by the end of your call you will be sold! So glad I chose them!

Wonderful company! My wife and I were in a pinch when our a/c suddenly died on one of the hottest days this summer. We called Needham Mechanical and they responded to our needs quickly. Our a/c was back up and running that day and I couldn't be more thankful. The office staff as well as the technician they sent were both professional, nice and well spoken. After this great experience we will now be switching our home heating oil account over to their sister company Needham Energy.

Excellent service. Right at the beginning of the cold season it was discovered that we needed a new gas furnace. After juggling a few things, Needham Mechanical was able to do the quickest installation, which was most appreciated. Their price was also the best. Paul delivered outstanding service from the initial visit to our house to the inspection. Very impressed and would recommend Paul and Needham Mechanical in the highest terms.

10/10 recommend Needham Mechanical. Their team modified existing AC ductwork in our home in less time than expected and under budget. I am so appreciative of their team. The first day they arrived, it was snowing. They helped my husband shovel out our driveway and then worked all day long. They laid down drop clothes and worked carefully around our home.

They spent time vacuuming and tidying up at the end of the day. (I think they left the room in better condition than when they arrived.) All around, an excellent experience that we are very thankful for. We will not hesitate to contact them again when the need arises.

We used Needham Mechanical Systems to do our oil to gas conversion. They replaced our old furnace and water heater. They also "quarterbacked" the whole process with the electrician and the tank removal. Finally, the help us with the mass save paperwork. We are extremely happy with the work Pete and his team did. They were prompt, professional, kept us updated and did great work. Strong Recommendation!

We have always had the best experience with Needham Mechanical. Our heat broke on a Sun, they had someone at our door within an hour. A new motor (or something) needed to be ordered. Part was ordered on the spot, arrived the next morning and they were at my house installing it by 2:00. One of many great experiences we have had with this company.
