Had a contract with them for much too long. Their prices were always a bit pricey compared to other oil companies, but they offered a free annual burner cleaning, so we kept using them. This past year, the thing started to leak. The technician, Wayne, came - replaced some new parts, charged us for them - along with a HUGE labor charge. He was kind of a condescending and arrogant guy.
The following bill (with repairs and oil) was almost $900. To top it all off, the burner continued to leak after the repairs. The technician came back, turned off some lever and said that that would also be needed to be fixed by next year. Then he charged us an additional $110 for labor for a job (that took under 4 minutes) in which he didn't fix in the first place.
I have since disputed the bill and the cost was deducted, but I think once our contract is over in a few months, I am done with this company. Customer service over the phone has always been professional and polite, but the price for oil isn't worth it. They promised better rates this season, but I believe it is still 40-50 cents more per gallon than most oil companies in my neighborhood.
