Chris C. Is very kind, knowledgeable, professional outstanding plumber. He originally came to what I thought was replace the Hot Water Heated. Chris first off checked a few things. It turned out to be an adjustment or something like that in the shower valve regarding the mixture of hot and cold water. Hence due to it being incorrect as I understand it I was getting all the hot water at once so I ended up mostly taking cold showers.

I was thrilled with Plumbing Solutions and Chris C. They are now my new Plumbers/HVAC Team. I will definitely use them for any need I have that they cover. We really liked plumbing solutions at first, and I'm surprised because other reviews have said they are responsive, but we recently had them come out to our house to give a quote and they never provided one. Since May 18th when they came out initially, my partner has called and emailed them at least a dozen times and no one has returned her calls/ emails.

During that time, we've had to leave our bathroom unfinished while we wait for a quote/ wait to have someone perform the work we need done. We would have liked to hire them because they've done quick/ reasonable work for us before, but it seems we won't have the opportunity as no one has responded or provided a quote in about a month.

Plumbing Solutions installed an in-floor heater to replace an old cast radiator. Everything was very well communicated and installation was complete to schedule within 3 weeks from the initial survey. Courteous and professional from the onsite visit, quoting and to the final system check. Pricier than your usual plumber, but worry free. Would use again.

Very happy with Plumbing Solutions. I hired them to check my underperforming hot water heater, came on time and diagnose the issue quickly (need to replace) and gave a quote on the spot. When I called back to schedule them to come in they were able to get me on the schedule easily, again arrived on time and did all the work quickly, did a great job, and charged exactly as quoted. Chris and Artie were very friendly and helpful. Would gladly call them again for future work.

Artie has come to our house to help with plumbing repairs /installation twice now, and both times he was excellent. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and he will also make sure you don't spend unnecessary money if you don't have to. I always appreciate it when Artie is assigned to our house. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!

Artie was great to work with. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was happening before, during and after the process. There were a lot of repairs that needed to be done which I thought would take at least a day and a half, but he finished in half a day. He and his assistant were quick and thorough. Plumbing Solutions responded quickly, on a weekend (!) and let us know that they could fix our hot water heater. They helped us determine what the problem was and let us know when they would have someone come to the house. They were excellent at managing our expectations, showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem quickly because they brought the required part with them. They were professional & courteous & I would recommend their services to anyone.

Artie K. provided plumbing services for me on two occasions. Very knowledgeable and professional. Was able to save me a considerable amount during his recent visit. He's a great representative of your company and an asset that is hard to find in this job market. I would not hesitate to recommend Artie if asked to suggest an honest and reliable plumbing professional. I will assume the rest of your employees are of the same high caliber but he is clearly the best plumber that I've dealt with and is certainly deserving of a nice big raise!

I work as a professional property manager and had a couple of plumbing issues that were a little more complicated than I was comfortable dealing with. Jose was a total pro and we walked through a couple of plumbing related problems on my furnace, hot water heater, and plumbing system. He arrived on time and was a total professional. Will call him back ANYTIME and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. 5 stars!

Artie was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He first came out on an emergency overflow situation and showed up when he said he would. Then today he replaced the loo and it looks like a secure and clean job. We did not compare prices and of course we don't know yet about the longevity of the work, but it looks great and I would call this company again. Thank you Artie and plumbing solutions!

Amazing! They were able to fit me in the day after I called and were right on time, gave me a quick breakdown on the prices for the various things I needed done (spigot replacement, garage disposal replacement). Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Qualities we all look for in a good contractor but yet hard to find. Contact with everyone at Plumbing Solutions was very professional, from booking an estimate, assessing and diagnosing our problem and resolving our issues. They picked up their phone and/or called us back right away to address all our questions and needs. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Artie was fantastic! He quickly identified the problem and talked me through solutions. (He also explained that lots of people make the same mistake about using the wrong hose connector, which made me feel better!) Returning a phone call promptly is key, but add in a quick (36 hour) turn around for a visit in a non emergency and a rapid solution to our leaking toilet problem, and I'd say I'm more than satisfied with my experience. Artie was professional and friendly, and the quality of his work was impeccable. He even educated me a bit on what the problem was, how it evolved, and what could be done in the future. Top notch experience overall.

Plumbing Solutions replaced my sump pump and rerouted the discharge pipe. I talked to at least 5 companies before selecting Plumbing Solutions. Their price was reasonable (not the cheapest but not the most expensive, either), and Matt, the owner, responded to my questions within a day, at most, and their pricing was clear. Plus they were available within a week. Chris, the plumber who did the work, was efficient, courteous (put covers over his shoes, had a mask), and professional. We haven't had a wet day yet so I can't comment on how the pump actually works, but assuming all goes well I will definitely be calling them again.
