Jeff is one of the owners of this small family business. I believe he genuinely wants every customer to be 100 percent satisfied with their work. The company installed the indoor unit for our HVAC system, and he made sure the job was done right. He really cares about the reputation of his company. He also genuinely cares for the well being of his customers.
He identified a recalled fuse panel in my home that is a fire hazard and recommended an electrician to do a replacement. He did this when he was making a service call for the HVAC (which was not the problem - the fuse box was the problem), and he didn't charge us for the service call. These are good people!

We had to replace our outside heatpump unit. Jeff came for the estimate, It was a fair price and Insulation day there was quite the crew here. There were very efficient professional Technicians. We had an issue after the heat wave, not relating to the unit they installed but they came out promptly again. We could not be happier and would recommend them to everyone.

Air conditioner stopped working. Temp in house rose to 82. I'm thankful I have a service contract which means someone will come out very soon after you call. I've been using Evercool since (I think) 2004 and have always had a service contract. My home will now cool off in hours thanks to Jeff Snyder. His troubleshooting and repair took about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering HVAC needs.

I have been using Evercool for many years and I have to say if I compare them against other businesses what they do is they respond quickly, they are professional, they know what they're doing and they fix the problems, they are prompt and they are fair pricing. What a novel idea to run a business like this. I will say they are the best of the best and what I love Jeff the owner has instilled in all his people the same work ethics.
I have had a contract with them for my AC and heater for years. they have installed my new AC and heater they have installed my water heater all done perfectly. I can't ask for more. he just rescued me when my water heater went out on a Sunday came out to drain and on Monday morning they were there with my new water heater. you can't go wrong with these guys.

Have used EverCool for many years. They maintained my old furnace and AC, installed a new system several years ago, and have given that system annual checkups ever since. They are very professional, honest and dependable. Jared, the service technician, is fantastic. However, I do have a serious complaint about Evercool's responsiveness. We had no heat starting at about 8:15 PM last night. The house was freezing. I had to call Evercool 3 separate times and each time the answering service told me that they were going to page the person who was on call. That individual never returned the phone calls.
As a result, when a different technician arrived the next morning, he did not have the correct parts. That would not have happened if the technician who had been on call last night (and this morning) had simply called me back to find out what was wrong. We would have been willing to troubleshoot over the phone. But since he never called me back, the house was freezing overnight and for most of this morning.
