I can't recommend Oasis high enough. I've been using them for 25 years and the owner, Joe, is reliable and super-meticulous. He always does it right the first time. It's obvious that he cares and stays up-to-date with the latest equipment and technology. I wish I had a person for everything that I could count on like Joe! I've been apart of Oasis for 2yrs and they are amazing! Great company and they have an amazing Owner very done to earth and personable with exceptional HVAC knowledge! I wouldn't trust anyone else to fix my A/C and furnace!

I had a low airflow issue in one of my bedrooms. I paid $120 for someone to come and tell me nothing was wrong. It turned out that I had a damper in the duct that the prior owners installed. It took 5 mins to remove and he was too lazy or inept to find and remove it. I called and asked them to at least acknowledge that it wasn't up to their standard and the rep wouldn't.

Oasis is awesome! Right in the busiest time of year, when the heat spiked, they were able to get out and take a look at my broken AC unit in just two days. The office manager Betsy is very responsive and friendly. The technician, Elijah, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had our system up and running within one hour. I would highly recommend this team and will be using them for our continuing maintenance needs!

We called for a warranty repair and were told that work after 4:30 is billed at time and a half. Didn't mention the per visit fee on top of that. We had to pay $120 visit fee PLUS $81/quarter hour labor charge for a tech to come at 4:30pm. He took his sweet time (1 Hour!) figuring out that the indoor blower motor had failed. 2 weeks prior I had another company (AAdvantage) diagnose that the outdoor blower motor had failed. Prior company charged all of $90 for their visit. Oasis billed $444 for their visit. Do the math.

I've been a customer of Oasis since 2000. Joe and his associates have performed fall and spring preventative checks each year and replaced both my furnace and air conditioning systems when it was time. His service has been consistently great and in the rare times that an unexpected issue has occurred, he's been extraordinarily quick and efficient with repairs. You can't miss with Oasis. Highly recommend.

When the owner of the company shows up to your house during COVID-19 Phase 1 without either a face mask or shoe covers, hard to want to continue doing business. I was a service customer of Oasis until this encounter, which also include asking me what I wanted vs. being prepared to offer suggestions. They lost their best tech when Brandon left, and they lost this customer when the owner, Joe, showed up to my house without PPE and a customer-first attitude.

Joe and his team were excellent. Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They saved me hundreds of dollars and helped me pick the right AC unit for my house (no up-sale). When we needed a copy of a receipt from a service 6 months prior, Oasis provided it. We were not aware it was the customer's responsibility to register our air conditioner ourselves in order to have warranty protection, so we have taken care of that now.

I first used Oasis when I had my AC unit replaced in 2007. They have been very reliable since then. So when my furnace died in 2019, I called them and they gave me a great price and a great install. They are affordable and the most reliable in the area.

I have used Oasis since we purchased our house 3 years ago. Joe has always given me prompt, excellent service and honest advice. We recently had a new heater installed and the experience was great. We were given 3 options and there was no high pressure sales tactics. The installation went fast and the house was left in pristine condition. I highly recommend Oasis.

These guys are the absolute best in HVAC in the Lorton area. We had Cropp out to service our HVAC. We have one unit in the attic and one in the basement. For the attic unit, they told us the condensation pipe (which flows to the basement) was clogged. They proceeded to use an air compressor to try to dislodge the clog -- and burst the seal connecting the pipes running vertically from attic to basement.

They realized this when they poured water in the top of the pipe (in the attic) and the water didn't pour into the drain the basement. Yes the water was draining behind my walls. They suggested the only fix was drilling a hole through my roof to run another pvc pipe out and down the outside of my house. That would look lovely. Said they couldn't run another pipe to the basement because it would be too difficult.

I asked the technician to leave. Next, I had a company from Maryland come and their tech suggested he knew exactly where the problem was. He suggested a quick 5x5 inch hole in the wall and all would be well. Well after two holes in the sheetrock without finding the problem, They made the same suggestion to run a pvc pipe out the attic and down the side of my house.

I asked them to leave too. Then a friend recommended OASIS and we gave them a try. The owner said he thought he could run a pipe to follow the existing pipe. He did exactly that. He also fixed some unrelated issues with the vents to maximize airflow. This ensured all of our upstairs bedrooms were the same temperature. I've used OASIS for 3 years now and have always been satisfied. I highly recommend them.

We called Oasis to come and take a look at our AC unit to see if it had a leak. I had to call multiple times to see if a time and date had been picked so that I could take off of work. I finally got a confirmation the day before at 3:30 in the afternoon that someone would come between 9:00-11:00. This time went by and at 11:35 I called to see where the repairman were since I still needed to go into work at some point.

I was told oh they're running behind but they're on their way. (Their office never called to let me know that they were running behind a basic common courtesy). I waited again until 12:15 and I called again and said they were over an hour late from the agreed upon window. The woman in the office was like darn. at this point I told them to forget about it, that the poor customer service and basic lack of respect that we would go with someone else.

When people take time off of work to get something taken care of being respectful and considerate should be the base level of customer service you should expect. We'll never use this company again and also have put it out to the HOA as well. From what I have heard it's not the first time this has been an issue.

I've used many HVAC contractors in the past but have stuck with Oasis. They maintained my prior unit until its end and installed a new Lennox system. It's been a great investment and driven down our monthly electric bill significantly. They've always been courteous, responsive and professional.

Outstanding Service all the way around. I discovered Oasis when the AC in my rental house failed. My previous provider couldn't get to me for a week. I called Oasis late in the day and Anita in the office told me Brandon could be there the next afternoon. I got a call in the early afternoon letting me know Brandon was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts needed on the truck and completed the repair on the spot.

I was impressed. Then last Saturday my tenant called to let me know the AC was not working again. I called the office and much to my surprise, got the answering service, and even more to my surprise was told that they would get a repairman out to the house early that afternoon. I got a call to let me know the technician was on the way and yet again was surprised to find Joe, the owner, already working on the troubleshooting and repair. Again, the situation was diagnosed quickly, but the part needed was a proprietary part from Carrier. Joe ordered it on the spot and provided a solution to keep the unit cooling until the part arrived.

As I said, great service all around. Anita in the office is a pleasure to work with and both Brandon and Joe are truly professionals. I now have a maintenance contract with Oasis on my primary residence. I'll be a customer for life.

Over the years Oasis has been providing us excellent support. They have quickly responded to problems and provided very professional and courteous support. Once when I expected to have a costly water heater replacement, Oasis suggested and made repairs at great savings to us. years later it is still operating fine. They have kept our HVAC system operating efficiently and have corrected plumbing problems within hours. We highly recommend Oasis service.

We've had great experiences with Oasis! Our heat went out just before we were to leave for a trip. Oasis came out right away, diagnosed the problem and had the part installed before we had to worry about leaving our home in the dead of winter with no heat! We had a similar great experience in the summer when a storm knocked out our air conditioner. Oasis was right there and able to get the system up and running quickly and at a low cost! Thanks!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was so impressed when my hot water heater went out just before I was hosting 25 people for dinner. Oasis was able to send someone over that day! The friendly technician was honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my options. He was able to replace a part to restore it to working order again. I was worried that I would have to replace the water heater.

I have used Oasis in the past. I have now decided to sign up for the maintenance plan to ensure good working order for my ac/heating equipment. I appreciate the small business and being a valued customer.

Oasis has provided great service to us for 14 years. They do not do repairs unless necessary and provide helpful advice on how to keep our current system working. They never press when I have deferred repairs over the years. Each of their service technicians is always on time and ready to answer questions. When we moved out in 2008 and rented our home we signed a contract with Oasis for regular check ups and service calls.

They've always followed through on the contract and never billed for anything outside the terms of the contract. Our tenants have appreciated Oasis' responsiveness and politeness. For a recent failed water heater they had a new unit installed within 48 hours of our initial call. As a smaller company I appreciate their personal approach and their willingness to work billing with us from our current home out of state.

I've been using Oasis Heating for over 25 years now. They have been my only heating and air conditioning contractors for two of my homes. They recently replaced an 18 year old A/C unit and a 20 year old furnace, both of which were originally installed by Oasis. This was performed on a day that had over 2 of rain and the technicians worked for 4 hours in torrential downpours and windy conditions. I expected them to call to reschedule, but they came on time and performed the work perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Oasis will be our go to heating and air company from now on. Even though it is their busy season, they were able to work us into their schedule the day we called. (I am not saying they can always do that -- but they really made an effort!) The technician was courteous, professional, and most important, knew what he was doing. Also, some of the companies we have dealt with in the past used service calls as a sales call to pressure us to buy a new unit. That was not the case with Oasis! They are a local family-owned business that I will be using from now on.

I had a very expensive experience with this company. I missed an appointment, which was my fault, but somehow that equated to a 161.00 bill. A typical visit from most heating companies is about $85. When I called the company to negotiate for a $100- bill, they insisted the $161.00 charge was fair.

I'm shocked that Oasis does not already have hundreds of stellar reviews on here?! I am in the process of selling my home and the gas fireplace had not been operable for many months. Anyone who looked at it left puzzled. The buyer listed it as needing to be fixed by closing this Friday. I was in a bind and my realtor recommended Joe. Within 10 minutes of arrival, he going a hidden compartment no one else had seen and had the fireplace working perfectly! To add to the skill level is the professional and courteous treatment I received from Joe as well. I honestly can't recommend him enough!
