They came out to repair a unit THEY installed less than a year ago at my new business. I am tired of the excuses why the unit is not blowing out heat. My house we built with a Lenox system and it would break down twice a year like clock work. Spent a lot of money keeping it going and it just was not worth it. Had Continental Services replace everything with a Water Furnace and it has been problem free ever since.

I've had two geothermal units installed now through Continental Services. I moved after getting one installed ay my last home, and liked it so much I had to have one at my current house. I saw a negative review from Mr. Mike, and was cautious, but the communication with the company was straight forward and they handled all of my questions. Looking at his history, Mike seems to have issues with everyone and seems to think all companies need guns or something so I guess some folks have more trouble in the world understanding things than others. I agree with the other reviews that are very positive, and if I ever move again, I'll just have to get another geo system installed for a third time. Thanks for the help.

Frank came out to assess our HVAC after one company was going to charge $900. I wanted a second opinion and he said the diagnosis was right and charged half what the other company was going to. Great customer service as well from setting up appointment to the end.

They rush rush rushed to get our system put in so they could be paid. We spent 3 years trying to rectify all of the problems created by the substandard installation not to mention incurring huge electric bills all the while. We finally had to call in the County to force Continental to bring the system up to code - barely. Geothermal from anyone else has got to be better than this.

Highly recommend! We recently hired Continental Services to install dual zone geothermal system in our home. The contract process was easy and straightforward, with willingness explain everything in detail and work around our budget. Once on contract Continental took care of everything. They hired a very knowledgeable and efficient crew to drill the Geothermal Wells.

The Continental install crew was also very knowledgeable and friendly, willing to explain things as they went and work with us to install the systems exactly how and where we wanted them. Finally, Continental's office staff is very friendly and helpful with arranging work needed to be done and did all of the paperwork to ensure we got tax and rebate incentives. In the end we are very happy with our new setup and can't recommend Continental enough.
