I called TN Bowes in a panic because my cat had gotten into the HVAC ducts and was lost. The fire department came and went, unable to help reach her, and this was my last hope. To make a long story short, TN BOWES' Eddie and Albert came out immediately and eventually got my cat out alive. Without them, my baby would have been gone forever in a horrific death, as she would have been trapped and/or electrocuted.

I have generally been happy with TN Bowes and for many years recommended them to my friends. Their customer service has always been solid but unfortunately technician quality has become very poor. I have had them install two separate systems now along with numerous maintenance and service calls. The first install over ten years ago has been running solid and the value was very good. Unfortunately, ever since then the quality has gone sharply down hill.

I went back to them to update an aging heat pump and furnace. The furnace install in the attic was not properly leveled in the drip pan and leaked down causing drywall damage. To their credit, they were quick to fix the issue and repair the damage. My last two service calls have also resulted in sub par results. This last "repair" also resulted in leaking plumbing from the furnace. Fortunately this furnace is in an unfinished location in the basement and I was able to notice it before any damage occurred.

I informed them that they could either come repair it or I would repair it myself, but if I did I would not be paying the $262 charge. They said they need to talk to the technician about the repair. I never heard anything back and could not deal with having to empty a bucket every day, so I made the plumbing repair myself. They have continued to carry the charge on my account and have now threatened to report it to collections.

It wasn't about the money, and the repair wasn't difficult, it was just about the principle of continuous poor quality. I have made the payment, but after three issues of bad workmanship, I will be looking for other options when it comes to my HVAC needs. I hope that TN Bowes can find/train better quality technicians and build back my trust in the future.

A two person crew arrived on time and were very personable. They took care of cleaning and replacing the filters and equipment and checking levels. I really appreciated that they spent time to let me know where the system stands and the current condition of the ducts and when I should be thinking about having the ductwork cleaned (not needed right now but probably in a few more years). Very professional.

I received quotes from two business. TN Bowes and another. TN Bowes actually gave me two quotes for two different levels of systems. The high end quote was just a bit more than the other company quoted me for a system that was comparable to TN Bowes "lower level" system. On top of that, TN Bowes offered a financing option that was better suited to our needs.

On the day of installation, they showed up on time. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. They took the time to answer any questions I had about the installation. When they were done, their clean up exceeded my expectations.

After cancelling a very expensive service contract with SMO, we switched to TN Bowes due to their low price, pleasant no-pressure customer service, and smaller, home town feel. Had to wait over a month for the 1st visit due to their popularity and COVID precautions, but the wait was worth it. The service pro who visited was professional, courteous, kept the area he worked on super clean, and gave us a strong sense of confidence in his expertise. He was able to answer our questions and took his time to ensure that the systems were running properly and well maintained.

When the heat pump in my house quit working, SMO Energy wanted to charge me $1,644 for a Carrier fan motor, and $377 for a controller board. After googling the part numbers, it became clear that they were trying to price gouge a senior citizen with a 140% markup! I called TN Bowes, and they quickly got out to the house and said I only needed the fan motor, and there was nothing wrong with the controller board. They charged me $764 for the brand new OEM part. I was with SMO for 20 years, but am now a TN Bowes customer!

Just completed installation of a new Carrier heat pump, furnace, thermostat, and hybrid electric water heater. Also TDE upgraded electrical service as sub to T N Bowes, to include a new hook-up for a generator that I asked for. Everything came off exactly as promised and was very expertly and professionally installed. Installers also left a clean worksite each day. Downtime was minimal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Enjoy!

Came home late from work tonight to find the upstairs unit was not working. Ran over to the neighbor who recommended TN Bowes as they have after hours service. Called, left a message on the emergency line and received a call right away. The tech (Keith) arrived in 45 minutes as promised. Within a moment he know what the issue was, fixed the problem and hung around for a few minutes to make sure everything was ok. Keith was kind, prompt, professional and honest.

They came over to look at my air conditioning. They did a great job and had friendly service.
