I've been super happy with the work of Kelly and his crew when they replaced our heat pump that gave out unexpectedly. They responded quickly and had it replaced within a couple of days of our calling them. Kelly's a straight shooter. He didn't pressure us at all and even encouraged us to get additional quotes. We've got a regular maintenance plan with him now. He's a guy you can trust to give it to you straight and give you a reasonable price.

I only gave them a one because I had to in order to write this post. This company is dishonest. A vehicle insured by this company hit my daughter, the owner arrived on the scene and first gave inaccurate insurance information. Once the right insurance company was found, the insurance company contacted my daughter to say they will not return any of their calls, now she must go through her own insurance company.
This was a rear-end collision at a light, so we all know they are at fault. Why do you think they are refusing to talk to their own insurance company? They are hiding something. If they handle themselves in this kind of matter, you don't want to do business with them. You should only deal with honest companies and this company is NOT an honest company.
My daughter even reached out to the owner and her words "I did nothing wrong" and hung up on her. No, she was not the driver, but the car was insured by this company (her company) and was driven by her daughter.
