My hot water heater started leaking on a Thursday afternoon. Jerry from All Pro Services was there by Friday morning. A new hot water heater was installed on Friday. Over the years they have installed my AC, my furnace and hot water heater. They have always been very responsive and I have been happy with their installations and maintenance.

I have been using All-Pro Services for 18 years now, but they really shined when I was in an emergency situation. Our heating went out, and since we have a boiler with an indirect-water heater that means no heat or no hot water. Winter had provided us a lull, but really cold weather was not far off. Sadly our boiler had reached its end of life - but All-Pro worked hard through the supply shortage to source all the necessary parts, and get our new boiler/water tank install started in under 48 hours.

It was a big job given the 4-zone, 4 story install - but they worked tirelessly for almost 3 days to get it completed - while also taking great care to do their work cleanly and respectfully for my basement tenant. While the job was not cheap - and the pandemic made prices a bit higher then usual, they were always transparent with me and worked to get things back up and running as quickly as possible.

I would highly recommend All-Pro Service, and have to give a shout out to Rick in particular for a job well done - but the entire crew was really great, and helped make a bad situation go as well as possible.

I called for servicing a leaking water heater. Rick came out the same afternoon and said that the heater needed to be replaced. Since my furnace and air-conditioner were dated I agreed to have those replaced as well. I was surprised and happy when Rick said that all could be done the following day. Early the next day the team arrived and by late afternoon the installations were complete and operating.

The team was respectful and professional and cleanup was excellent. All-Pro Services installed my old system so I am a satisfied, returning customer. All-Pro Services is an appropriate name for this company.

I was very pleased with "All Pro Services Inc" workmanship and installation so much so that I referred my neighbor.in which they too were well pleased with their service. I truly appreciate the courtesy, cleanliness, care & respect that they shown towards my home. The only downfall was that they did forget my Manuel Booklet but they did return to give it to me in person a couple days later in which they were very apologetic. My experience with All Pro Service Inc was great not too mention they are a neighborhood company so It was great to support.

I called App Pro Services with a hot water heater emergency. They walked me through and came out the next morning with a very fair estimate. A couple of hours later the crew was installing my new unit. They explained things and was very neat and clean with the installation. I've been very happy with this All Pro Services experience. Replace HVAC System. They say you get what you pay for, well in this case I did not because other quotes for replacing my hvac system were 3 thousand dollars more. All pro not only did a phenomenal professional job but they did it last Monday in the middle of a snow storm! They had to cut dry wall to run new lines. I expected a lot of work to repair the dry wall but they cut in such a way that I was able to reuse the cut drywall. The new hvac unit is working well. Can't wait to see the low electric bill!

My furnace died mid-afternoon on a Friday leading into the coldest weekend of the year. Had an HVAC service contract with All-Pro for years. Called them and they said unfortunately there were no techs available. But they called back within the hour and said they found someone to come over. He was there late in the afternoon and after an hour let me know i could repair my 40+ year-old furnace at substantial cost or get a new one.

I had no bargaining power or chance to shop around but they offered me a reasonable price on a new furnace and said they could install it on Monday. I took the deal, they were there first thing Monday morning and my heat was back on by 3:30 pm. Have since confirmed with my contractor that i got a respectable deal on a quality furnace in the midst of a frigid weekend with quick turnaround and the work was professionally done. All told, it worked out probably as well as it could have and All-Pro was responsive and responsible.

Our hot water boiler failed just as the heating season was beginning. After calling around to a number of places (and obtaining a number of estimates) I found that there was a general lack of familiarity with boiler installations and maintenance (this was also apparent from the companies that tried to fix the prior system). I received a wide range of responses and after much frustration stumbled upon Bill Royston and All-Pro Services.

Bill was the first person I spoke with (after many, many calls and visits with vendors and service providers) who demonstrated any real experience and confidence in his ability to replace the boiler system in my house. The result was excellent. We got a new boiler that heats beautifully (and hopefully more efficiently) and we also added in an additional zone to a basement area that wasn't properly heated.

He and his team had excellent solutions and were great to work with. Bill's colleagues and staff were ALL excellent (Rick/Ricky/and many others). If you have a hot water or steam boiler that you need replacing, I'd highly recommend All-Pro Services.

Couldn't be more impressed. Came out for an estimate after a Lowes referral to replace my HVAC system and Bill was tremendously honest and frank. They ended up giving me an estimate well below another estimate for a big job (needed to redo the return system) that many other contractors simply passed on. Jerry and team came out and did an utterly brilliant job - there was very minimal drywall damage to dramatically increase the volume of air going into the system. The system now works like a champ and is much quieter. I couldn't recommend All Pro Services any more.
