Anthony, the technician was great as were the all the office people I spoke with. When the part wasn't in when it was promised I left a message on the service manager's voicemail. I waited 2 days and never got a return call. I called and asked to speak to the service manager again and was transferred and had to leave another voicemail asking him a second time to please call me.
This was 3 weeks ago and I have still not received a call back! I called another company and they came out and fixed it the very next day. The tech was great, the ladies in the office who answer the phone are great, but the service manager has no concept of customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Blue Dot today! The customer service representative that assisted me was a helpful young lady make Samantha. She insured that I received a technician as soon as one became available. My technician was a gentleman by the name of Corey T. Pitt. Not only was Mr. Corey prompt but he was very efficient! Corey contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival and communicated that he was on his way which gave me enough time to get home.
Once he arrived, he introduced himself and immediately began inspecting my furnace. Corey explained what everything was and thoroughly articulated what he was doing each step of the way. He was awesome! I actually learned something about my heating system! I appreciate him educating me. In today's society, good customer service and professionalism is difficult to come by. Which is why people like Mr. Corey are immensely appreciated! After my positive experience today I will continue to use Blue Dot for any future HVAC service needs!

I am a long time customer of Blue Dot. Here is timeline of the customer service provided to me. Saturday (5/14/2022 at 909pm - I contacted Blue Dot (since they are listed as being 24 hours-7 days a week) to let them know that my air conditioner was not working properly. We had our air conditioning unit serviced a week prior for our annual inspection by Blue Dot.
It was very hot in the house and the humidity in Maryland that night was bad. The female person that I spoke to took down all of my information and said that she would have someone out to me the next day (Sunday 5/15/2022) between the hours of 800am to 1000am. I was fine with since; I knew that it was late. I contacted Blue Dot on Sunday at 1208pm to let them know that no one had showed up as of yet.
The female person that I spoke with said that she was unable to help me because all of the computer systems were down and she would have to contact one of their IT people for assistance. She took down my name and number and said that once the systems come back up she would give me a call. I called Blue Dot again at 237pm and was told by a female person that there was no service order for me.
This made me angry and I explained to her that I did speak with someone the night before and she said that someone would be out by the morning. She said it was nothing she could do and that she could have someone out to me tomorrow (Monday 5/16/2022). I told her that I did not want to wait until then because it is hot in the house and my husband has asthma.
He did not have an asthma attack but did not want that to happen. I asked if she could have someone come out. She repeated that she could not and would have someone come out on Monday between 800am and 1200pm noon. So, I will wait to see if that happens. I normally do not have any issues with Blue Dot and in all the years I have been with them. However, the time when I needed them the most; they were not there. I am upset because of being told that there was no work order; which means someone who I trusted to take down my information did not do so.

Brandon the technician was great. Five stars for him. So were the front desk staff. The inability for Blue Dot to deliver Services when they say they are going to, however, has been a consistent theme. The communication issues I have witnessed between the Departments are significant. The only time they have shown up on time without difficulty was when they were selling me an extremely expensive unit.
After that, they have been highly unreliable in communicating accurate information. I received the call at 3:10 pm saying the tech was about 1/2 hour away. After 3 additional calls, he arrived at around 7 p.m. That would have been fine if I hadn't rushed home from work to meet him in time. Blue Dot, please figure out a way to get all of your Departments communicating accurately.
After that, they have been highly unreliable in communicating accurate information. I received the call at 3:10 pm saying the tech was about 1/2 hour away. After 3 additional calls, he arrived at around 7 p.m. That would have been fine if I hadn't rushed home from work to meet him in time. Cory was the maintenance agent who came to check out the issues I was having with my heat. He was very helpful - made every effort to listen to my concerns and address each one of them. He was patient and explained the workings of my system in a way that I could understand and made several helpful recommendations regarding maintaining my systems that I appreciated. I ended up signing a contract for continuing twice yearly services and will request Cory to return as needed

So after the winter, I've gathered that they lied once more. Im spending twice as much on natural gas than I was on a old Montgomery ward boiler. I've varified that the gas price rising isn't the issue due to it being over $100. this is with the heat set to 72,a nd 70 when away. Worst compnay, avoid like covid! EDIT. You may get a good install, you may not.
This is my review. Installed November, 9 2021!. So far it has been an unsuccessful install with electric being not plugged back in outlets not working after installation, two months later valves are leaking on my boiler heat doesn't work, Felt misled the whole sales pitch. I regret spending the money here. 2 more visits and still haven't fixed my issues. Pushing it on my house pressure is to high.
But my 1974 Montgomery Ward boil never leaked. so I'm Stuck with this company and no fix to a expensive system I had installed, avoid! 1-12-22 had another visit, found a new issue! Now it's their install, interesting how everything keeps changing except for my side. I'm still waiting on this "fix" but won't be very optimistic. I'm still continuing to deal with their lack of communications between me and the installers in their offices and install times and service fixes are a nightmare to wait

Technician arrived during the time frame. He was courteous and efficient. He entered our home wearing a mask and immediately put on the shoe coverings. He went to the unit after turning up the thermostat. He removed the filter, showed it to me and asked if I was aware of the air scrubber attachment which he recommended. I informed him we were getting the ducts cleaned and would consider a unit after having them cleaned.
He showed me where the unit would be placed when we decide to get it. After checking both the inside and outside units he reported we were in good shape at this time. He asked if I had any questions, got my I gi for the receipt to be emailed to me, and asked if I would complete a survey.

Blue Dot is a great company to work with. They installed my furnace in 2013 and have serviced it since. I called today about my heat not coming on and they were there within 90 minutes. The professional technician explained the issue and how he would fix it. My heat is back up and running. Appreciate this especially with snow coming later!

Professional service. Never a strong sales tactic when servicing. Explain issues and options to resolve. Equipment is great and just needed the first unexpected fix after 5 years. Due to environmental issue. Scheduled maintenance is great and inexpensive. Our tech Dayson has been so professional and efficient. Would recommend based on him alone but entire company is nice

My husband and I purchased a new home on Friday. We knew that we had to replace the water heater. We called around for a few weeks before closing to try and find the best price. I finally decided to contact Lowe's and they referred us to Blue Dot. The sales person came out the day after we closed (on a Saturday). He was very informative, super personable and very thorough with what we were paying for.
We decided to choose them. Our technician was supposed to be there around 10:00AM but called me at 8AM saying he was on his way! He arrived very early, and worked really hard. He took the extra time to put cloths down on our floor, cleaned up after himself when he was done, walked us through how our new system works and even told us about some new places to check out since we were new to the area.
We had another question about plumbing and he didn't hesitate to answer it for us. Such an awesome experience from start to finish and their price beat all others! Can't recommend them enough and we will be using them again if needed! Thanks Blue Dot!
