I had TEC install a Geo-Thermal system back in 2019, we had agreed that an additional return would be installed in the basement. What I did not realize at the time was that my supply ducting was too small, they went ahead and added additional ducting and increased the sizes as well at no additional cost (btw, their price was the most competitive of all the three I received quotes from).

Throughout the entire installation they were very courteous, professional and timely. Two years after the installation my BGE bill has dropped by more than half. Very Satisfied Customer!

Terry found a way to do a quality installation with less equipment, and therefore substantial savings. Their employees arrive on time, are polite, knowledgeable, and cover their shoes to avoid tracking dirt in the house. The prices they charge match the estimate and billing is easy to understand.
