Robert has been to our house several times. He has always professional, helpful, and just plain fun! We look forward to him coming, and he comes here twice a year. No other contractor has so much respect and welcome in our home. I can't say enough good about him and his visits. Our dog sits in the garage because she enjoys watching him work. He's a family member.

Just purchased a Mitsubishi Ductless Heating and Air Conditioning system to be installed in late May/early June. Britt, the sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even answered his cell phone when we called last Sunday, with a question. Amazing customer service! 7 years ago we purchased a new heat pump for our fathers home, same great service. The installation of a heat pump to my existing furnace to provide heat and air conditioning ran into supply problems in actually getting the equipment. But, once received the installation went very well with the installation crew being very professional! Everyone at Sunset Air that I have dealt with has been knowledgable and helpful!

I've never been to Sunset Air. The only Sunset Air I know of is the company that installed my Ductless heat pump for me. They did a great job and the heat pump is wonderful. Ty Britt

Randy came today to replace a part on our furnace. He was very thorough and even walked me through the proper adjustment of our thermostat. He urged me to sign up for yearly maintenance on our furnace. I couldn't be happier with the service of Sunset Air. Services: Window installation, Heating system repair

With temperatures in low 20's our furnace failed. Sunset had installed it a year or two ago and we pay extra to be a priority customer. We called for help on December 27th. A tech came out the next day, which considering the weather, we were impressed. However, couldn't fix it, left a mess and left the cover for the attic partially open. When you're a senior citizen climbing a ladder isn't easy.

The guy told us someone would get back to us. Two days later, and hearing nothing we called and were told we were on the list. I called later that day and the young lady that answered told me we were on the list, however she didn't take time to check any list and wasn't going to. I understand they were overwhelmed with calls - if we could have gotten an informative response it would have saved the lady 5 phone calls.

I finally called again on New Year's Day and got the answering service who was far more helpful than Sunset ever was the past week. She should be promoted. She took our name, address and phone number. A Sunset employee called us an hour later. Grant it, he didn't offer us any hope but my husband was able to explain what the problem was and what they needed to do.

Thank God my husband knows these things, however he's not able to do the fixing anymore (thus we pay extra to be priority customers). It'll be January 3rd tomorrow, still no heat. My arthritis and bursitis is painful, but at least I know we're on the "list". When we get repaired? That's anyones guess, but we'll be looking for a different company when this is over. We don't feel like a priority customer at all. Very disappointed. No company is perfect, and we don't expect that but their lack of communication was appalling.

Top quality products, terrific installers, and they are there when you need them. On a holiday, with record low temps and impassable roads, our old furnace failed. Not only was I able to reach someone quickly to request service, but they immediately began coaching me on how to keep the house warm and safe and avoid frozen pipes. They also kept me frequently updated on their progress to reach us, which really helped morale over a few chilly days.

When they finally reached us, they were friendly and empathetic but most important, highly capable and motivated. I used them 20 years ago in a previous home and had great service. It's great to see and know I can always rely on them. Thank you, all! Highly recommend.

We are extremely happy and grateful we chose Sunset Air. We had researched several local companies before choosing Sunset Air and we were so GLAD we did. Jesse Cherry, our sales rep, was honest, upfront, personable, responsive, experienced and professional. He answered all our questions. We immediately felt comfortable and knew this would be the company we would choose.

We felt he went the extra mile for us and we are grateful. The installation of our furnace and heat pump went extremely well. Michael and Eric were professional, friendly, efficient and hard working. The process was streamlined and efficient and they explained the details to us. We also had duct cleaning with Dave and Mason. They were also very professional and efficient and respectful. We are truly happy we chose Sunset Air. Thank you!

Dave and Mason were right on time and completed the job with outstanding customer service every step of the way! Dave fully explained the procedures available with pros and cons so I could make informed decisions. They were very respectful of my home and took every extra precaution for my pets, possessions, and health. I even got some great tips on things I can do myself. I will definitely be calling Sunset the next time I need help.

If there were negative stars I would leave them. They don't even deserve a 1 star. It took three trips and a flooded cold room to finally fix the problem. They caused several thousand dollars in damage and refuse to fix the issues they caused. I talked with the service manager and he says that they found three different leaks at three different times in an area of 1 foot.

If there were three leaks they should have been found on the first trip. Not days latter. I called the next day and told them I still smelled the oil and the service manager told me they have a 90 day guarantee, and that it's impossible to smell. They didn't send anybody out to check. I ran the air conditioner like crazy so it would show the problem and they are so bad that they knocked the coil off the ledge and made it impossible for the water to drain properly causing it to run down on the floor and into the ceiling of the cold room below.

Well that guarantee doesn't mean anything if they just mess more stuff up and refuse to fix it. I called the Olympia office and they told me the office manager would be calling me. No call. I tried several times to have them fix the issues they caused, and they refused. I don't like leaving reviews but they leave me no choice. Beware and use someone else that won't cause you more issues.
