I cannot speak more highly about Capital Heating & Cooling. They are honest, reliable and provide excellent work/services at fair prices! The HVAC system I had installed was done with precision and properly met the needs for my square footage - meaning I was not oversold a system I did not need! I appreciate their customer loyalty in offering free inspection at the one year installation date! Great service with a smile! Highly recommend using their services!

In early spring of 2021 I contacted just about every HVAC company that provides service and installations in Lacey. I had all of them provide quotes for a new A/C system. I was thoroughly impressed with Capital Heating and cooling from the moment they arrived for a quote all the way through the install (And during the yearly maintenance). I received a simple and thorough quote with a detailed understanding of the different systems offered and their pros and cons (pricing, efficiency, etc.) After reviewing the options available I set an install date and when the date arrived two technicians arrived at the set time and started working.

They were professional and polite. After they finished the install they walked me through the process including basic maintenance and operation of the system. Capitol Heating and Cooling has exceeded my expectations in every way. Every technician that has been to my house has been professional, courteous, and polite. I don't feel like someone is talking down to me when they are explaining things about the system.

They always ensure that every question is answered before they leave. As a bit of a side note, every person that I have spoken with has raved about how much they enjoy the company and how well the company takes care of their employees which speaks volumes about the company as a whole. We have used Capital Hearing and Cooling for many years and find them to be reputable, reliable and skilled. They serviced our old furnace and weren't pushing us to buy a new one. When it finally quit working, they were here the next day to evaluate our needs, give recommendations and we purchased our new HVAC system from them. Their technicians are people you feel comfortable having in your home! Well mannered and skilled, pleasant and helpful.

I hired Capital Heating and Cooling to install a new gas boiler in place of my old (1960's) oil boiler. My house has in floor radiating heat and I wanted something that would keep with the old system/ pipes but more efficient and cheaper then the oil boiler. Capital Heating and Cooling was the best company for the job. This job had many challenges about it and it ended up taking more time, patience and resources then anyone had anticipated.

Capital Heating and Cooling stood by the job. Their technicians delivered not only an amazing and quality product on both install and the unit they quoted, but they also stayed patient and professional through the whole experience; even with its many trails. It took longer then expected to get the new gas line in and when I was finally ready to install the new system I was 36 weeks pregnant and desperate to have it completed.

Not only did they get me on the schedule ASAP but their techs put in overtime to make sure it was operational prior to my hospital stay. I know this job was a challenge but I truly appriciate the hard work, professionalism, and quality of the job done. A personal thank you to the techs that have come out since for minor adjustments and to the techs that did the overall install. It means everything to my family to have a warm home again and to know you guys will always be there to help us maintain it. Thank you!

The technician went above and beyond to figure out our problem, despite it taking him well into a Friday evening. He was friendly and knowledgeable and determined to give us heat before he left. We contacted Capital Heating & Cooling about dryer vent cleaning, and they were able to get us in the next day. The first employee to come out quickly assessed that he needed additional equipment, and within 15 minutes a second employee was out here. They were able to clean out the vents in about an hour and a half all told, and very little contact needed from me. Now I don't have to worry about a house fire when I use the dryer! :

What a great Company to conduct business with! The customer service from the start was outstanding. When it came to the installation, the installers were professional and very knowledgeable about all the equipment. They explained everything to us and made this a great experience. They were first to call me when needed. It was 21 degrees and our heater failed us. Connor was a great young technician. He was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. The shop was prompt in getting back to me when I requested a quote for a furnace install and their communication was helpful and courteous. The two workers arrived early each morning and worked two long days. Half of their job was the installation of two new heat pumps outside during cold wet December weather. That did not slow them down or cause complaints. They were careful to clean up after themselves. They were polite and respectful of our being in the house while they were working. We are very pleased with the work.

The Capital Heating tech (Alex? Sorry, forgot his name!) called ahead and gave me an ETA. He came in, scoped it all out immediately, and knew exactly what the system was and why it wasn't heating well. He diagnosed, did a simple, quick fix to make it the best it could be, and gave me a recommendation for a much better system with a less expensive monthly bill.

He even told me what the other dials and meters and things plugged into the walls of my new home were about, none of which had to do with the heating or cooling! He even had ideas of how to reconfigure the existing window air conditioner so it would work well with the new ductless heat pump system he recommended. This tech was awesome!

Technician Dale was kind & patient enough to walk me through the full diagnostics of my Trane gas furnace as he tracked down the likely cause(s) of my intermittent ignition problem. Capital was able to provide me with Dale's services same-day for a totally reasonable price. the estimates and suggestions that Dale provided were comprehensive and easy to understand.

My Heat Pump "died" and I had to find someone to come out and look at it. I texted the Company on Saturday and received a call back on Monday morning. They were extremely helpful and I was able to get a Technician out to my house on Tuesday. Marty showed up in the afternoon and was able to diagnose the issue with the Heat Pump. We discussed the best options and went from there. He was very friendly and professional and ensured all of my questions were answered before he left.

CH&C just SAVED me $959. Fan stopped working on my Heat Pump. CH&C came out and diagnosed the problem. Fan motor had to be completely replaced. cost = $959! They went a step further and contacted the manufacturer. Turns out my Heat Pump was still under warranty. They organized for the new motor to be shipped. savings = $959. Installed today by Dale. knowledgeable, professional and ON-TIME. I cannot recommend CH&C enough. THANK YOU for your wonderful, professional service. We had a new furnace put in which wasn't easy. Old house with a pull down ladder that balances on a stairs. They had to pull out the furnace and get the new one up these rickety stairs. Not easy. They were able to do it, with some help, and good humor. Explained the new system and thermostat. Would definitely recommend them if they could install inthis complicated situation.
