I had this company install A/C and a new furnace a few years ago. They did a fabulous job. Sadly a part broke during this pandemic and of course it was not in stock at the warehouses and they are estimating a year until it comes in. So no heat or A/C for a year. The tech knows that is unacceptable so he will check around the shop and will work it out. I am pleased to work with this company and highly recommend them.

Repair of Heatnglo fireplace insert bought 2 years ago and out of warranty. It took a few weeks to get the parts and was expensive. However Kohler kept me informed and the service tech was knowledgeable and explained the situation. He said it may have burned out more quickly because we are on Propane. I don't know if another insert would have been better but that was very disappointing.

I had to have my vents cleaned and had to get my furnace a tune up. I had two separate professionals from Koehler. They were both great service techs. They were super friendly and did a great job! Fantastic group of people to deal with. Worked us in for a diagnosis on our furnace within days of calling. When a replacement was recommended due to the furnace being 29 years old, I had a very competitive estimate within 1 hour and an appointment was also offered to install a replacement unit within 1 day. Due to the holiday, we had to wait for a week and still had excellent service and follow up. We would highly recommend them for service or replacement of your furnace.

A+++. Friendly family oriented, personable, crew, more like army, that gets the job done in a day so, everyone on a mission with different tasks, and gets along well and loves their job. Can't really go wrong choosing these guys, quote was much less than some bigger Seattle based installers. Ron will walk u through the setup and cator to what u want rather than what is easiest or cheapest for him to do.

For example, we had our system installed in the crawl space--something other installers giving quotes would not even bring up as an option. This saved a ton space in the garage. He got a side discharge heat pump and was able i stall on the opposite of the house as the breaker in a tighter location, no big deal. When we asked for a bigger air filter, and they had i installed another, that would not need to be replaced as often, that was no problem and done.

His crew went the extra mile running ducts, electrical, etc in a way that hidden from sight and more attractive for our home but more time intensive and laborious for his crew. None of them thought twice about it, and treated our home like theirs, happy to make us happy and creative in finding solutions--while maneuvering in tight spaces. Nice to work with and recommend.

Joe was so nice and thorough. He explained everything he did. I was just so happy to have someone come out today. We had our annual inspection with Joe E. from Kohler heating and air conditioning. He arrived with a mask on and booties over his boots for both our health and floor protection. Joe is easy to communicate with, as well as knowledgeable and friendly. We especially appreciate how Joe takes photos of his metre's readings of the various system diagnostics and includes them with our paperwork so we can see the proof of his inspection. Thanks, Joe!

My heater went out as the temperatures were dropping. My house was in the low 50s at one point and the weather this time of year is only going to get colder. The previous owner of my home had the furnace serviced by Kohler and their sticker was still on the unit. I called and they had a tech out same day. The technician, Joe, was very professional and knowledgeable.

He diagnosed the issue quickly and found it was the thermostat. He installed a new one and the furnace was working again in no time. It was all bit pricey, but absolutely worth it to get it all back up and going same day. Their speed and professionalism convinced me to sign up for a maintenance agreement for my home to keep my HVAC equipment in top shape moving forward. Thank you to Joe and Kohler team!

This company installed our heating system at a lower rate than others quoted. They are honest and genuinely interested in their customers and providing good service. Stuart provided the annual maintenance today. He was friendly, polite and meticulous in his work. Great local company and superior employees. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always friendly and positive experience with these guys. They installed a ductless mini split for us at a lower cost using a higher quality product than the local competitors. We brought them back into our home for our furnace maintenance and no looking back. Friendly and knowledgeable techs. No pressure bids, very patient to explore what the consumer wants for their home, and very helpful to understand the options.
